Very professional. Completed fixing a problem with toilet. Would not hire anyone else.

Excellent service, staff and follow up. Had a new heating and a/c unit installed a year ago and follow up maintenance service/checkup a few weeks ago. Would highly recommend Donley and especially their service tech [redacted].

This is the third time I have used this Company. Each time the plumber came when scheduled. Very prompt. Very courteous. This visit was able to fix problems with an old system very quickly. Did not try to sell me on a new one. I would gladly recommend this company.

In this era where mediocre service is the norm, it was a PLEASURE to encounter excellent and caring service from Donley. Our in-wall unit was plugged up and spewing dust back into the house. Ryan and Daniel were not only brilliant, diagnosing the problem quickly, but proficient as they resolved the issue and tested their work, including my wife at each and every step so she was confident of the progress and the outcome. The charge was fair but come here for the extraordinary service level. As a result of this call, these guys get all my AC and plumbing business! We were overwhelmed at the commitment and knowledge of these two young men. If they are the standard, Donley has our highest recommendation!

The absolute best installation and service company I have come across in 20 years in Valley. Purchased 2-5 ton A/C and new Water heater on Monday, and installation started next day. Rebuilt platform on which air handler and water heater rested and all work finished in two days. Incredible coordination among plumbers, A/C installers, Freon excavation company, etc. I have never witnessed such service. Then to top it off, in one week Donley sent out a Quality control inspector who went over the installation, made a minor adjustment, etc.

We feel this is a very reliable honest company and would highly recommend their service.

While it did take them a while to get here (our AC was completely broken), the were quick an courteous once they arrived.

It was very convenient to make an appointment for a service visit to my home. I called on the weekend and spoke with a Donley representative who arranged the service call for Tuesday between 3 and 5 pm, as I requested. The technician, Brian Pikula, called at 3 on Tuesday to let me know he was 45 minutes away. He arrived before 4, assessed the problem, and repaired the leaking outdoor spigot by 5 pm. We took care of the paper work, including the $50 coupon I had, and Brian was on his way. He was very professional and considerate. Donley has always done great work at my parents', sister's, and my homes. We always recommend Donley.

Good friends of ours recommended Donley Service Center to us over the weekend when I mentioned that our main air conditioner had quit Friday night. A repair contractor that I have used for about ten years, who had done all the service himself before, sent out a new technician on Saturday morning. He checked it out and said the compressor would have to be replaced and suggested that we needed a system, partly because our six year old system is 3-phase and uses R-22 refrigerant. The complete new system was estimated to cost nearly $6,000.
I called Donley Monday morning and they sent [redacted] out that afternoon. He listened to my concerns, checked the compressor, replaced a bad fuse and everything began running, and cooling. We paid for the service call and the 3 fuses, about $120. BIG DIFFERENCE!
