I've twice attempted to reach this company regarding a defect in the (supposed) UGG boots purchased by my daughter but have NEVER even received a reply. Scam.

I am rejecting this response because:
This was their third story.  They originally told me that I was out of the date range for returns and warranty.  I had to explain repeatedly that I had started the process well within the 12 month range of the purchase.  Then they told me, after sending them multiple pictures because they returned my boots without even examining them, that the boots were purchased in 2004.  Then in their final emails they said that we bought them from a dummy website.  My husband is an engineer physicist and knows his way around the Internet pretty.  I seriously doubt he would have purchased off of a dummy website and paid the full retail amount.  Their detailed explanation about the tags was never relayed to me either.

Good Evening,
Yes, they were given as gift last Christmas from my sister in law. I don't understand how this an discrepancy. We communicated that the representative before ever shipping them back.
I receive a letter stating UGGS were unable to process the warranty since the tag indicated they were purchased in 2012; later your representative realized that was not the class.
I have expressed thoroughly how I would like this matter to be rectify; I would like a resolution before the end of the week. Considering all that has transpired my husband and I are not asking for a lot.

I certainly apologize for the confusion that this has caused. Unfortunately there is no possible wayto mail a check. That is something UGG Australia does not do. As a one time courtesy , I can get the 
$100 site credit refunded to the credit card ending in 3671. I want to verify...

I certainly apologize for the issues you have experienced dealing with the customerservice. Unfortunately you will need to work it out with the store that the item was
purchased from directly. The online UGG Australia customer service will not have this
order in their system...

if the order was placed in the store. There are two separate systems.
Now if you see the tracking showing delivered to Camarillo, that is where the UGG Australia
warehouses are located. You should be able to be refunded, but again, you will need to work
that out with the store they were purchased from. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Review: On 10/24/14 I placed an order for the Scarlett Chesnut boots (order # 09791594) the order was shipped and the delivery address was [redacted] park avenue which is my job address. The boots were to be delivered on 10/31/14. On 10/31/14 I noticed late afternoon I had not received my package. I checked the delivery status and it stated the package was delivered. I asked everyone on my job had they seen a package for me and I was told I didn't receive a package that day. I contacted ugg that day and conducted an online chat with a representative named [redacted]. I explained the situation to her. She stated that due to the package being signed for UPS would be conducting an investigation. But in the mean time I would be shipped a replacement item because the shipping issues wasn't my fault (the replacement (order number is 09849235). From 10/31-11-4 I waited for a shipping confirmation for my new order. I even spoke to a couple of reps and was assured my package was being shipped. By 11/5/14 my new shipment still hadn't been shipped. I contacted ugg via online chat. I was told by a representative named Alexis C. that the new order was made in error by [redacted] and that they couldn't send me a new item until UPS finished their investigation. But I have an email from her assuring me that regardless of the outcome that I would receive a replacement shipment. The next day [redacted] emailed me to give me an update and told me that by friday 11/14/14 that the ups investigation would be completed and led me to believe that I would be receiving a replacement package. I contacted her today 11/17/14 and asked her what was the status of the situation. I received an email from her stating that she called ups and that since the package was signed for and the driver stated he delivered it they would not honor my claim. And told me there was nothing ugg could do. Now all of this was known when I put the claim in initially. Further more how does the driver remember who signed for a package over a month ago?Desired Settlement: I have been a loyal ugg customer for over a year. I have spent thousands of dollars on their products since becoming a customer. I do not want a refund. I would like the product that I originally ordered replaced. I would also like it shipped to an alternative address so that this will not happen again. As I stated before I am a loyal customer and I hate I had to take it this far. I would like them to treat me as a valued customer and honor what their representative told me they would do.
