was returned to us and processed as return order 07507181_RT on October 14, 2013. The item was refunded to the same website credit in the amount of $313.73, which includes sales tax. The website credit in question has been used on other transactions since the refund.

Deckers Outdoor Corporation takes complaints very seriously. Upon first learning of the consumer’s complaint,
Deckers conducted an investigation.
Deckers’ investigation revealed the [redacted] boot underwent waterproof
materials and seam seal testing at a SATRA certified laboratory and
successfully passed the industry standard tests FST-08 and FST-09. These tests include a static water resistant
test in which the shoe is in water for 4 hours and a waterproof flex test in
which the shoe is flexed 15,000 times while in water. Deckers complies with all labeling laws and
stands behind each and every product that it makes.

I am rejecting this response because: They should be refund now rather than wait for receiving the returnned item. To return the incorrect item will take too long. It is unreasonable for me to take the risks.

I certainly apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. I dosee UGG Australia has submitted the request to get you the care kit.
As for the boots, they will need to be sent in for warranty. I would be
happy to email you a prepaid return label that you can use to...
send
back to UGG. Once they receive the item they would be able to get
you a new pair assuming you are covered under warranty. A UPS
label will be emailed to you so lookout for that. I hope this helps.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not treated nice by customer service. as a courtrsey I asked for the 20%, discount, and the free cleaning kit that was being offered during the holiday season. Not unreasonable request for a return that took almost 2 months

However, I would like to say that I do not appreciate the lack of concern for an entire month, and am offended that they consider replacing an item that I PAID for a "courtesy", as if I am lying about being charged for 2 pair of shoes and only receiving ONE PAIR. I am not a liar, nor am I concerned with what UPS said bc they told me the same thing, adding in that there was ONE box sent from the company to be delivered that day. I saw my receptionist sign for that package in front of me, with her bringing to my attention that this package couldn't possibly be the only one. That ONE box was only big enough to hold ONE shoe box. Obviously, if I am bothering to make a complaint about an item that I had not received with my original order...this should be seen as a mistake on the part of either the company for issuing identical tracking numbers for 2 different items as well as NOT following up with me as a customer, or UPS for hiring thieves. Maybe, just maybe not having the brand logo on the delivery package itself will prevent these mishaps from happening to anyone else IF it had been stolen or lost. I will not be doing business with either after this is over. Thanks for finally doing something about a mistake that I, the customer, had nothing to do with!
