I purchased some boots from the ugg storeThe boots were damaged so I sent them back for an exchange in January and I am still waiting for my merchandiseI keep contacting them and all I get is that they're sorry that my exchange is taking so longI haven't heard from them since 02/20/even though they assured me that they were going to stay in touch and keep me postedReturns and exchanges are suppose to take 6-business days to process according to their websiteI want my exchanged to be processedIt's been months and I haven't heard anything from them
