Great and wonderful! I called Benjamin Franklin for a water heater flush Once Chris arrived, he understood I was also interested in the general condition of the water heater, which was installed years ago He explained he'd get a real good idea once he started the flush and seeing the color or sediment that would first come out, but the overall flush would take about minutes After about minutes, he said I've got no worries and the tank condition looks good He explained he saw no brown or rust tint in the water and only a white-ish color that's due the water softener Chris said he didn't see anything to be concerned with at this time And while the flush was finishing up, he took the time to explain how a tankless water heater works and the benefits over a tank, if I ever wanted to consider And we even talked about his plumbing background and how he got started Great guy! Good job, couldn't be happier with the work done and will recommend BFP to others and will call, again, if needed in the future Thanks, **

I stayed at the Days Inn next to O'Hare airport , in Oak Grove Village ,IL, and it was the worst Days Inn that is connected to Wyndham properties , that I have ever experienced, period . The room # 115 stunk a real bad from moldy smell, with very dirty carpets that had holes from wear by the bathroom door . The decor of the room was extremely dated , with 1980s look . Then came the batht, which had real poor water pressure , which made taking a shower an unpleasant experience. Also , when you turn on the water it comes out yellow and has an odor to it as well. I informed the front desk about these issues , however they didn’t seem to care , nor did they do anything to resolve the problems . This motel definitely doesn’t deserve to be associated with the good name of Wyndham properties and you really need to inspect properties like this, before you accept them to be associated with the Wyndham name and label . This motel really gives your label a very bad image and soils the name of Wyndham properties.

I have used Benjamin Franklin for over ten years and have always found them very professional, and eager to assist from my first phone call to the individuals who come out to do the inspection and/or work They always follow up on my satisfaction of whatever the service call was concerning Carey who set up the appointment my most recent appointment and Jared who was the first service person were very personable and knowledgeable I had a great deal done which included three other people and all were respectful of my home and property I would and have recommended Benjamin Franklin to friends & family

The Benjamin Franklin Team, Chandler, AZ did a great job from start to finish Paul, the service pro, went above and beyond

Trevor was the plumber Very friendly and appeared knowledgeable On time Willing to go extra mile to get the job done I think this company is a little over-priced though

We had quite a large project involving the replacement of main sewer lines from the house to the street (it took days)We had a team consisting of Bobby, Tim, and RichardOne of problems involved a gas line which had penetrated the drain lineThe team contacted the gas company so they could do a temporary rerouting of the gas line while the drain was replacedAnother problem occurred when they found the drain line didn’t go straight out to the street but went at an angle under the driveway to the streetThe team took all these things in stride, there were no outbursts of anger, no swearing, just honest professional work
Little things were addressedThere was a hole in the lawn where a tree had been removedAfter one of the guys stumbled because of the hole, they filled it so no one else would trip
One of the toilets kept running causing water to keep going down the drainThey gave me a new flapper to put in the toilet to stop the water from running
These and other unforeseen events occurred but the team always had a good attitude about the job and there were no additional charges for the workThe price I was quoted is what I paid
I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their good attitudesI would recommend them to others and would not hesitate to call upon them again
