Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been at my home twice for two different repairsIt was a great experience to watch their talented plumbers complete each repair, and keep me informed at all timesTheir work was perfectly completed and I am very happy

If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] I would like a refund I only stayed one night at the hotel in result of my getting bed bug bites it was no water that morning nothing the hotel says that I have to go through the third party which is priceline and priceline is saying that the hotel have to give me my money back

We have been using Ben Franklin's services for almost years We have never been unhappy with their services We are on the annual maintenance plan and Ben Franklin detects minor problems with our plumbing before they become big ones Dakota has become one of our favorite techs He often makes suggestions for upgrades on our systems and I have been very pleased with the results

Trever arrived on time, got right to work, didn't take too longOverall my experience felt professional and honest

Prompt, always kept in touch and responded to my texts and phone calls (I worked directly with the service team rather than the office staff), met with my insurance adjuster to explain the work performed and helped me with month no interest financing (my repairs were pretty extensive unfortunately)

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing last Friday afternoon when plumbers we had previously used were not available until the next dayWe had a toilet which we did not feel was working properly.Two plumbers showed up even earlier than we expectedWe discussed our options and decided to purchased a new toiletThe called to get estimates on what we wanted but couldn't obtain some of the information we needed to make a decisionThey told us they would obtain the information Monday and call usThe called as promised and set up an appointment for the following dayWhen they unpacked the box, they found that the toilet box had been mislabeledWhile one of them returned the toilet for the right product, the other plumber removed the old toiletSince the new toilet would be slightly smaller, he offered to paint the wall if we had any paintWe did and he did The toilet was installed and we are very happy with both the product and the service

Do not hire this company for any work Their sticker was affixed on my water heater for warranty work after a year elapsed, and being just after the year mark- I chose to call them Upon doing so, a team of men arrived and didn't want to inspect the water heater with me in the same roomEach time I entered, they'd walk away from the heater I was given an estimate for a monthly membership of so-called protection for $monthly charges, a diagnostic charge for $for a therma coupler replacement and labor, $for a flush that is usually included in the replacement anyway and $for a filter to prevent damage and a $inspection fee When I told them the parts were under warranty they were shocked and said noI had to get my book out and physically show them, and they didn't know who to call or what to do It was me who called the heater manufacture to begin the claim process I took down the info, and the operate instructed us that the part which costs $would have to be fully replaced which they then changed to quote from $to $and alleged that their expertise and knowledge validated the price hike Meanwhile, I had called a trusted licensed, insured and respected plumber from the Buckeye community who divulged that they were ripping me off and to tell them to leave As I did, they were utterly shocked and I accrued an additional shipping charge of $for the part & sent them on their way to which they must have went straight to the bank and cashed my $check The part came & my trusted plumber arrived and spent hours trying to replace the part & heater still would not workSo the company suggested that I order a gas valve to which I paid another $in shipping for It arrived and my same trusted plaumber worked for another hours and flushed the heater and it still wouldn't work They had misdiagnosed the problem from the getgo- and I was out time & more money Eventually, it had to be replaced and the my trusted plumber from Buckeye Plumbing in Buckeye, AZ handled the shipping, warranty registration and haul off at his own expense I am insulted that they tried to take advantage of me, and even more insulted that they were wrong to begin with and comfortable depleting my savings while they tried to figure out what the problem truly wasDon't hire this companyEver

Hi, We apologize for inconveniences. We charged this guest cc on file after checking time to verify it was a valid reservation. We have already refund the money and advice the guest who was staying at our property that their money will be back on their cc within five to ten business
but sometimes it might take longer depending on their cc company/bank policy. We again apologize for inconvenience, unfortunately we can not cover for overdraft fees. ***

The team was very efficient - not to mention friendly & cooperative Could not have asked for better work or a better team (I think one guy was a trainee but I sure felt confident with him.) They have a A+ on my rating list

I am the Front Office Manager at this property and dealt with this concern myself along with a FD EmployeeOur property does require a deposit in order to stay at this location.Collateral is needed in case of damages/missing items
I do remember my FD Agent calling me
about this guestWe originally required $CASH as deposit to stay at our hotelBut due to her circumstances we did lower it to $on a credit/debit cardThe guest then explained that she didn't want to leave a deposit at all and wished to cancel the reservationI explained that we can cancel, but do to the restrictions/cancellation policy, any reservations cancelled same-day will be subject to penalty fee of night staySo she was ineligible to get her room and tax returned to her
As a hotel property we take pride in the up-keep of our hotel and in order to do so we need to take precautions by making it mandatory to hold incidentals/deposit feesThey are returned at check-out as long as no damages/missing items occurI did apologize to the guest for the situation that she was in, but we still needed to follow hotel protocol
