Our annual maintenance on our Water heater was professionally performed and we are very satisfied with the service
The work they did was very good but the price gave me sticker shockI was expecting to pay between $and $500, but my bill was $What was I suppose to do, my bath was tore apart and a new vanity was sitting on my porch

07/01/This is to inform that the guest had brought the concern to us as well as our corporate office, but as said to the guest previously, the door was not left behind open by the staff at the hotelAll our rooms are double checked for the lack and safety even after the maid clean the
room by the housekeeping supervisor later in the dayWhen concern was brought of missing, we assured that nothing was removed by the hotel staff and if she needed to call the police she should do soThe guest did not want to call the police and we assure her we did not remove anything as these are reputed hotel doing business for many yearsThe guest has also complained to corporate office which is enclosed herewith here for the detail.Again please note the hotel has cooperated with the guest and has even advised her to call the police which she refusedThank you.Sincerely,

I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to be exactly as advertised, on time, knowledgable, effeceinent and they make sure the job is done right They clean up after they finish and again, live up to their advertising I definitely would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone
This is in response to the mail which we have received on Apr il 20, with the assigned ID of ***.The guest has
made the reservation through the third party vendor and the guest has claimed that the reservation has been cancelledThere was no communication which mentioned about the
cancellation with respect to this reservation from the vendor In general, if some reservations are canceleld by the third parties they
eventually don't show up on our system as live reservations on
their actual date of arrivalWith this case, the reservation was still live and we didn't knew that the reservation was cancelled and hence we had charged
the guest for night each on the two reservations but the guest actually had a reservation for nights stay on the two reservationsThe amount that was charged on the guest card is $117. 30 and the guest mentions it as $234.
We would be more than happy to look at the supporting document
or the receipt
s that states that it was charged $234.After careful consideration and evaluating the case, we have understood that due to some technical errors that the reservation was not cancelled due to which the card was charged.This was taken care now and the amount that was charge d has been refunded to the card which should be credited to the guest in the
next 3-business days.Attached are the fo lios which confirms the charges and refund has beenni it ia te d.Hope this would solve the concern
Excellent service all the way around I liked how quickly they could respond and cone service my water heater and that the technician took the time to explain what was going on

Not only did they say we need a service that will cost us thousands of dollars, but the plumber charged for a service that he should not have
Our hot water tank was not leaking before the flushing service that he came to do as an annual thing, per themBut he did something and said we need to wait a month to call them and they will fix it They gave us a price of over $ This company representative have said multiply times she was issuing us a refund and over a month now and we have not gotten it
The Ben Franklin team is incredible They have some of the most genuine and honest people in the business They are always prompt and courteous and I will continue to call them for any plumbing need that I may have
I could not have been more pleased with my experience working with the team at Benjamin FranklinThey were able to resolve my plumbing issues within my budget, and now my faucets no longer leak! They went out of their way to ensure that I was pleased with the final product
There are several statements that are not trueThere were not millions and millions of mitesWe offered to clean all the gearThe customer would not accept thatHe told me to put everything in the garbageWe did not do that we put it in our storage area because the exterminator told us mites
can only live on birds with out a host body they die in hoursThere were at no time mites in the dinning or kitchen areaThe other coworker did find mites in his roomWe washed his clothes and he said there wasn't any problem and there was no more mitesWe have closed up all places that birds could get into the ductsWe were full and was the only room we had to move the guest into the first days and then that room was rented and the only other room available was a smoking roomI offered to get him into another room at a nice clean motel on Federal but he refusedWe did not charge the company for any of the rooms the gentleman occupiedThe company was satisfied with the arrangementThe boss of the company had gone on line and found out that the mites were not a problem to humans and was satisfied there was no reason to worry about contaminating any ones homes or propertyThis customer wanted us to get new coolers that were supposed to be contaminatedI have yet to picture how these tiny, ittsy bitsy bug could get the darn thing open in the first place and then to open the cans would really require magic powers. The mite problem was confined to rooms which have all been taken care of and the birds have had to find a new home.The coworker that had the problems in his room didn't have any problem after we washed his clothes and the bugs were gone and he stayed in the room for the rest of the time the company was thereI did check several times to make sure there wasn't any more problems.The company still stays with us
