Mikey came to our house this morning and true to their word they called about half an hour prior to his arrival He was professional, friendly, used covers on his shoes, didnt try to do anything we didn't need unlike another company We're very pleased and will definitely do business again

Ben Franklin Plumbing does an outstanding job We have been using them since we moved here in and have always gotten great service

I had a leaky water heater Mark was out within a couple of hours and replaced it immediately He was very professional and did an excellent job

I made a reservation on 5/31/for two hotel rooms, each with double beds, and non-smokingWe planned to stay at this property on 8/3/When we arrived for our reservation that day at about pm, only room with double beds was availableUnlike all other rooms on the hallway, it did not have a non-smoking sign posted on the doorInside, it smelled like smokeWe took that room as no others were availableWe also took a room with a king-sized bed as no others were availableWe repeatedly asked for other alternatives (e.g., a third room; a nearby hotel) but none were offeredWe later learned that Motel corporate policy is to offer alternatives at nearby hotels, but none were offered and when we went to look for options our our laptop, the front desk clerk told us there were events nearby and none were availableWe finally decided we had no other choice and squeezed our family into the two rooms that were available to us, sleeping uncomfortablyRepeated efforts to resolv

They stayed but did not pay for the roomit was noticed when the books were audited I have send them the signed registration card showing that they stayed and as we did not receive payments we charged the cardthere is no refund as I have only charged what they owed us for staying with

This is the second time I have used this company and on both occasions the receptionists were very courteous, as were the techniciansThey were prompt as well, and did a good job of assessing the issue(s) to the extent that they were able to determine the exact problemThey did not charge for a follservice call, and I feel confident that the company will take whatever steps are necessary without adding additional or unnecessary costsTrust is an important commodity in the plumbing industry, probably second only to ensuring water and/or waste stays where it belongs, and I think this company is excellent on both accounts

In December both toilets stopped upwater filled to brim of bowl After a few hours, water receded Called business Plumber came out and told me I needed a new toilet I explained a similar problem had occurred about six years ago and problem with blockage in pipe from house to sewer Plumber did not even look outside Just said everything looks fine now No charge since I had a coupon
In January same problem Called plumber and again explained history Plumber found nothing wrong but looked into outside pipe Wondered why water was not running but did nothing even after I reminded him of previous sewer problem
Approximately two weeks later, raw sewage in front yard Both toilets stopped up Called another plumber who could not get there for a few days out of office over weekend Afraid to use any water Stayed with friend for two days Returned home to meet with new plumber Had to use bare hands to clean up sewage mixed with grass in front ya
