Marissa came over to inspect the existing roof and provide an estimate of the cost for replacement. She was very helpful in pointing out issues with the existing roof not observable from the outside. Marissa was very knowledgeable about the existing construction used and changes that had occurred in materials and installation processes over the years. Her presentation of the products they use and the "system" approach provided me with the confidence to move forward.
I feel very confident that the crew from DaBella and product used will meet with my expectations.

Dabella did my roof and Bobby did such an amazing job. I had him back to look at our siding, but the timing was off for now. We are thinking next summer!! The roof went amazing. I would recommend Dabella to anyone that wants quality work with an honest company!

DeBella came to my home two times to give me an estimate on siding for my house. The second time, after several calls to his boss, the representative told me the best they could do for me after cash discount and being flexible on when they do the job was around $20,000. I was told I needed to give a down payment right then and sign a contract or the offer would be off the table. I got them the money and we signed a contract. He said I had three days to change my mind. After 3 days they sent me an email they had my money. Two weeks later I receive a voice mail from "Matt" wanting me to call him about my project. I called and got a hold of his secretary who said he would call me back. He called me back later and told me that I got a pretty good deal on the siding. He then said that he would not do it for that price. He said that a mistake was made and that they could come back out to show me what could be done, which he thought was about 2/3 of my house. He said they could also let me know how much more it would cost to do my whole house. I told him I did not want to pay anymore and that I thought we had a deal. He said he would not do it and would refund my money. As of yet no money refund. My husband called and could not get a hold of "Matt" until Fe. 27, 2020. Matt told him that I had cancelled the contract and that he could cancel it too if we read the fine print on the back of the contract. There does not appear to be anything that states he can do this. This is a company who pressures, sells you something and then wants more money for what they said they would do in the first place. It took two weeks to get back to me and they already deposited my money. I have lost time finding someone to do the siding and feel taken advantage of. Not honest people.

Unfortunately we were unable to fulfill your contract as written. We do have a written clause in our contract that allows us as the contractor to cancel the contract within 60 days.

I left you a voice mail on 2.28.2020 as well as sent you an email regarding this matter. I have not heard back from you.

Your project has been cancelled out and we have promptly returned your deposit back to your credit card.

We were extremely happy with the thorough job that *** from DaBella's did on getting us set up for our roof replacement. We have a two-story house, which is difficult to get up on and she managed it without a problem. She was kind and courteous and made sure all of our questions were answered. We'd highly recommend her in the future.

I recently had my roof and windows replaced by Debella.
*** and the workers were on time and very professional. They did
a great job on both the actual work and cleanup. Two days
after the windows were installed we had 50+ mph winds
everything withstood the high winds with ease. The window
didn’t rattle and there were no leaks. I would not hesitate to
recommend Dabella for either the roof or window work. From the
start working with *** was great. I would use them again.

and *** came to our home to give us information and a quote for re-siding. They did a thorough check of our home, and gave a good explanation about the product, also that it is low maintenance, and the warranty that comes with it. They took time to explain all the steps that will be involved in replacing the siding and gutters; also reviewed the timeline of what to expect. The cost and financing was also explained.

At first I was very weary. Being a single female, I felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. I’ve had many companies come to my door to offer their services and never felt safe. Then one day DaBella came by and ***, a representative of DaBella inspected my roof and showed me exactly what was going on with the roof as if I was doing the inspection myself. *** even went into the attic to find anything and everything, and I myself was describing what was wrong. I knew what DaBella was offering was of the upmost quality because of the professionalism of ***. I’ve had roofers out who didn’t get into the attic, and even ones who didn’t even have a ladder! The installers themselves were very professional, the quality of their work was outstanding, and I found myself dancing in my driveway to their music as they were installing the roof. I had a couple quotes before and after DaBella, and DaBella was one of the highest and after seeing and living through this process, I completely understand why. Their products, their representatives, and their service is of the upmost quality. I’m excited to be apart of their transformation of the home improvement services in America. The skylight that I didn’t want to be replaced was too old for them to just reflash it, so they did have to build a custom skylight and add that to the project which makes sense to me.
