Very pushy while here! Didn’t show up after scheduling next visit! No call no nothing!
Hi ***. This isn’t the typical customer experience. We do our best to find you the best quality at the best value. We use high-quality American made materials, backed by industry leading warranties and factory trained installers. We realize we aren’t the right choice for everyone. Apologies and we wish you the best with your project.
Please don't invite DaBella into your home until you've done some research about the company and the windows. They have pushy sales tactics that left me itchy and in need of a shower when it was over. The free estimate was supposed to take ~2 hours, but I ended up having a DaBella representative in my home for closer to 4 hours. I certainly hadn’t planned on being away from work this long. It’s awkward having a guest in your home that doesn't know when to leave. You may have to take significant time off of work for this window estimate, so factor the loss of a half-day’s wages before setting up an appointment. The representative hauled two suitcases of plastic bits and window replicas into my tiny living room to show off the quality of product like a 1930s door-to-door salesman selling bibles or hair tonic. He even offered to stand on a window replica to demonstrate its strength like *** selling a ***. Pretty embarrassing.
Perhaps the most egregious assault was the lack of sensitivity toward another human’s financial situation. I live in a modest 900-sq ft. townhouse—not a $6-million mansion in the hills of Portland where people spend money like toilet paper. In response to the idea that $14,000 was a lot of money to spend without much consideration, I received a lot of nodding and “uh-huh, u-huh, hmmm…” That said, they made the sale, so I guess it worked out for DaBella. I truly hope that DaBella salespeople never push a person into a situation that stresses their finances or makes it difficult to pay the bills. I also hope that my financial situation doesn’t change in the next decade so that I can pay off these windows.
The windows are good, I guess. However, the salesman told me that the internal side of effective windows should feel the same temperature as the nearby wall. What sorcery! Our new windows look all right (they look like windows), but they are triple pane, and they are definitely still colder than the walls. I was told that these windows came with a 50-year warranty that covered any type of malfunction or breakage, even if a baseball came flying through the glass. Once I received the warranty (which I had to request after the sale), I found this is not the case. The warranty doesn’t even cover installation defects, let alone acts of god or neighborhood children playing sportsball. Then I was told that the money I was taking out to pay for the windows would be a 10-year loan. It ended up being a 12-year loan. I have no idea why. The payments are manageable, but 12 years is longer than the loan on my student debt.
I started out writing this with a 4-star review in mind, but the more I think about all these factors, I have decided to go with a 3-star review. I also thought about keeping this all to myself, but they persisted in reminding me to write this review. I wonder if they’ll regret it.
When you need a new roof on a house you just bought, it can be quite stressful. Fortunately, Kory, at DaBell walked me through all the ins and outs on why a good roof is an important long term purchase. He laid some very reasonable payment plans and now I have a beautiful new roof. I couldn’t be happier.

Shalene, the sales rep I talked to in February, was very knowledgeable and went into great detail on the window product I was looking at. She was thorough with her description of the energy saving aspects and the durability of her product. Subseqent to my current order, at some point, I will be doing business with DaBella and Shalene again in the future.

We first wanted to get windows, but during the install we discovered we had water damage that needed to be fixed first. Chris came to the house to check it out. He worked with his boss to get us a great deal and fast response to help with our problem. We are now getting old siding torn off, new siding gutters and of course the windows. All said and done when they told us the cost I actually got emotional because I didn’t think we would be able to afford it. Best company to work with and they treat you like a person not just another sale. I would recommend DaBella to anyone who wants a quality job they know will last.

I had two sales reps come to give me an estimate and a go thru for my complete roof..while here they informed me thru advice and photos that my roof which I was afraid of was worst than I had hoped..But they both were very knowledgeable and courteous and laid out the pros and cons in a very protection way..Thomas R was the one I mainly worked with but both men were excellant in showing me the product..I was sold on their product and their help infirmaning me .Both Thomas and the other gentleman were top notch and I'd rate a 5 start for both.

The Salesman who came to our home, was more interested in making a sale than providing accurate facts regarding the replacement of our siding. In hindsight, his claims that the work would be done professionally, proved to be false.
First, the installers urinated on our home, repeatedly.
Second, we were told the job site would be left immaculate. We have found nails, fragments of old siding, and plastic nail caps all around the house. While, it is not possible to find all the pieces, the amount of trash left behind is excessive.
Third, response to our concerns from the company have been met with ignored phone calls and no-showed appointments.
Fourth, they charged us $95.00 per sheet for 8 sheets of plywood. The installers used 6 sheets, we found a full uncut sheet in the trash trailer, and we don't know what happened to the remainder.
Fifth, the installers did not replace the trim around the garage door, as was promised by the Salesman.
Sixth, the gutters were not removed to install the fascia, as was promised by the Salesman.
Seventh, we were not given any notice prior to the installers showing up at our home to remove the old siding, as was needed for us to prepare. Preparations were to include the removal of home decoration, house numbers, and things from the interior walls.
While we are pleased with the end result, we will never recommend this company to anyone.
So, we just got told that we will lose our discount that we got at the time of signing up because we didn't accommodate their flex schedule, even though we set up a schedule and worked our schedules around what we decided on at the time of signing the contract. I get the idea of the flex schedule discount, but when you set a schedule with a client and that said client rearranges their schedule so that they can be there, because they would prefer to be there at the time of the roofing ~ this is bogus. Just sayin ~ beware all those out there that are getting roofing done. Make sure you get all the facts clearly before signing any contracts ~ READ Page 4. Yikes!
Hi ***. On the contract, we were approved to utilize a flexible schedule and discount. When we get a request from the homeowner to schedule for a specific day, we do our best to accommodate that but no longer consider that to be a flexible schedule. I am writing to recommend the services of Haleigh S, Sales Representative for DaBella, Marysville. Her knowledge, attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond my expectations. So much, that I had already signed a contract with another roofing company the day before. Needless to say I canceled my contract with the other company and was very happy to sign a contract with Haleigh for our new roof and gutters.

Our experience with Carey F was nothing short of delightful. We’d previously had numerous roofing companies approach us about a roof replacement but none of them was as personable, thorough and patient. Her inspection was revealing and well documented, but it was the time she took to present options and answer questions that made up our mind. Had Dabella come out and look at the home I just got back after my divorce. Sierra and a Rep in Training, They did a great inspection and even helped me out with loading up the donation truck that came during our appt. They explained everything well and where very knowledgeable.
