We ordered our Carport through ***'s Country *** Shop *** on September 26, 2017. Coast to Coast Carports, Inc. Has called us numerous times. And reschedules about every two weeks. The first time they schedule, no one called nor showed up to do the work. So I, Larry, called and left numerous messages for 3 days straight. Finally the following Monday, me back, and said that she has been sick. And rescheduled again. Never showed up. The last time was that they ran out of Evergreen color that we ordered. Wanted to know if we would accept Barn Red or White. My wife chose Barn Red. They scheduled for two weeks out again. But never showed or called. Even though we haven't paid out any money yet. It says that is contract is legal and binding. Can they just come anytime they want and start delivering the carport?

Without a doubt one of the worst construction contractor I have ever utilized. Built 6 homes over the years and delt with dozens of trades people. This company is horrible. Signed a contract Sept 5th and told by their sales rep it would be 4-6 weeks. It's Dec 29th so going on 4 months and no carport and no estimate when it will possibly be scheduled. No calls, emails nothing from them in many weeks. I have called 5 or six times and only gotten through once, only to get double speak and excuses. Left unreturned messages the rest of the time. It's one of their standard metal carports not a custom order so what's the big deal? I want my money back but their refund process is not straight fwd. You have to go back through your dealer so he is inconvenienced and *** off. The whole reason to go with a metal carport is speed and ease of install. Stay away from this company. This is my first Revdex.com complaint ever. Look at their F rating and all the complaints. Wish I had before signing up. If your reading this review Coast to Coast I want my carport set up and no more excuses.

Extremely sad over the lack of respect for us concerning our carport. We ordered in Oct and told them they needed to have it to us before the snow fall in November, and we were told they *** be 3 weeks out. Upon multiple phone calls, we've been told no one is in our remote area and they do not know when they will be coming. I cannot get a hold of a supervisor to cancel the order or get our deposit back. Very disappointed in the excuses.

Another sucker born? Their sales booklet very professional done... Thats where it ends... Ordered their carport 8/19/17....Cancelled their carport 11/13/17....Very difficult to talk with someone alive, except one time I got a hold of the representative in Oregon for Washington state,just so happens she was just going to call me and tell me they would be out in a week to install....Not....Cancelled the carport....Lost my $ 130......Lesson relearned,especially nowdays....Check company's or persons out before you dishout.

one phone call, the lady I dealt with was quick and very professional. She clearly had knowledge of every question that I asked. The entire process from application to approval took less than 5 min. Cant ask for more than that. Thanks Yolanda!!!!!

Coast to Coast is horrible. I've been waiting 3 months to get my job done. The laborers have come five times without the necessary materials and I wait almost two weeks for them to return. I bought engineered plans but the guys who install have no idea about them. I get scheduled, wait around all day and then they never come. This has happened frequently. I don't know what to do. Wish I never used this company.
