Coast to Coast Carports

I as very pleased the carport installed by C of C. I was in Texas and was worried it might not be as I needed. Left instructions, Installed as I needed. Site crew did a great job cleaning up the site.
The installation exceed my expectations.. Will use again If I need additional covered space'

We have bought 9 carports from Coast to Coast and we love them. The people are nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. The installers are quick and efficient. I recommend them to all my friends.

Great job all the way around by Coast to Coast Carports. The order/design process for my building went smooth and Ashley *** scheduled the install. Ashley had to work around weather conditions and a couple of my special requests for timing of the install but it all went great. The install crew worked like a well oiled machine on the building. Absolutely I will use them on my next building.

My experience to date with Coast to Coast carports to date has been exceptional. Their 3-d modelling and design of the carport is state-of-the-Art. Their pricing and terms are reasonable. Their customer service coordinator, Ms. Darla *** is totally professional, absolutely in command of her duties and exceptional at communications in scheduling my install, and explaining other options available to make this purchase valuable and a positive experience.

Coast to Coast has been nothing but a headache for me and my wife. When we were first contacted on the day they would arrive, they never showed up and NEVER called. Causing me to miss a day of work. When they finally got to our house to put the carport up three sheets of the metal were a complete different color and one sheet had four holes!!! Another sheet had rust all over it and yet another one was scratched up. I refused to pay them until they corrected the problems. We were informed it would be up to 5 weeks before they could get back to fix the problem. When they returned to "fix" the problem the sheets were STILL the wrong color!!!! I forced them to negotiate a new price just to get them out of my hair. Customer service is a complete joke!! The main office has NO idea what is going on and they do not return phone calls. This would be zero stars if that was a choice. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use this company!!!

I called coast to coast carports to get quote on a 24x35x12 garage I spoke with ruth she gave me a fair quote for what I was looking for . She then told me I should put down a deposit because steel prices were going way up I told her I would call her when I have everything in order for building ,health,road departments in order for permits she's then told me if I couldn't get permits do to setbacks on property lines and septic system roads etc that my deposit would be refunded. So I took her word and put down 950$ from my Visa card . As it turns out when I went to get a permit from the health department I paid them 250 to apply for permit they came and did inspection and it wasn't good there wasn't enough room on my corner lot to put the building on due to drainfield setback and the 2 road setback of 55ft each so I called ruth and explained the situation and she said my deposit would be returned in full she said these kind of things happen all the time 2 days later she called me back and said that the would be keep 3% of the deposit she explained that would only be around 28$ so after that I was watching my bank account and noticed that coast to coast carports had only deposited 660 of the 950 so I called ruth back and told her about it she's said she will get it figured out and call me back after 2days of waiting on her call I had called her back and she said she will get to the bottom of and call me back . Needless to say I've been told I was gonna get a call back 4 times now and they have not even made an effort to call me . All I want is my money back

This company sucks period! not only did it take 7 months to get my carport they showed up a day late after I took day off work. The guys that showed up too install are subcontracted by the company they said they called company to tell them of delay and the company failed to call thats no surprise I called them so many times and no reply. I tell everyone not too buy from this company.

Extremely positive experience! My salesman was informative, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helped me step by step thru the process of deciding which carport was best suited for my needs. I had a ton of questions, some of which were probably ridiculous, but he never made me feel "stupid". Any company is only as good as the sales agents who represent them, extremely pleased with my decision to purchase my carport from Coast to Coast out of Knoxville, Arkansas.

This company is the worst I have ever worked with. They take a person's money then do not deliver, zero customer service, cannot get a hold of them when needed, make excuses. Cancelled my order and fighting to get my deposit back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU CAN!!!

I recently had 24 x 30 building installed on 2/22/2018 from Coast to Coast. Was very impressed w/ the entire transaction. My scheduling agent was Beth. She was superb at maintaining communication throughout the entire process. From the time bldg. was ordered til it was installed was 6 weeks. 2 days, very impressed w/ the timeliness of C 2 C. The install crew showed and got after it, all 3 had a job to do, and all 3 did it very proficiently. I will use them in the future and so should you. Keep up the good work C 2 C, a pleasure doing business w/ you.

Poor customer service product not installed on date they said it would be installed I took time off no phone call from them I called the company on Monday following the day it was supposed .gentaman that answer the phone very rude and unprofessional

I have the petting zoo in Scipio, Utah. We re-did everything with 15 buildings from coast to coast carports. Every time a crew has come they are very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone for their workmanship and quality.

Overall this was a great company to work with. From the begining I was informed what the process would look like and even some potential for delay given the uniqueness of my property. Once they came to install, the process was quick, very quick. The crew was friendly and entertaining. They did make us laugh. Good people.

I am very pleased with our new carports. The crew that came to put them up were fast and the boss was very nice. Also my phone communication with Coast to Coast was great. The only complaint would be that it took quite a while to get them but, it is understandable because we live in the middle of nowhere. I definitely would use them again.

We ordered our building early October and haven't gotten it yet. It's mid February, there website says 4-6 weeks but 4 months seems about on par from what I have been reading in these other reviews. We feel trapped in the contract and I feel like a sucker for ever ordering the thing in the first place. The reson why I write this is because this is the day they were sapossed to show up. But after reading other reviews it seems like this happens quite often. There prices may look good but don't be fooled. No one wants to ignored for 4 months by the company that's they are hiring to do a job!

My carport is finally here! It is beautiful, well made, and structurally sound. The crew that came to put it up was very professional and even though I was not on the site my written directions were follow very well. They did leave a half dozen metal screws around in the yard, which could be hazardous to tires, but their workmanship looks great.
The scheduling representative was great to talk to. My only complaint is I had to wait 5+ months for the carport to be delivered, so if you have plenty of time to wait, it is a great.

I had a good experience with Coast to Coast. I contacted several local contractors to build my metal building, and Coast to Coast literally saved me $18,000 compared to the next closest bid. Michelle from the Arkansas office coordinated the install crew all the way through the build out. She also sent color samples so we could match it with the house. We had to reschedule a few times due to high winds and conflicts, but it was well worth the wait. The build crew was great to work with and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. There was a missing door latch that the install crew was worried about, but Michelle sent a new one for us. I am thinking about getting another building and wont think twice about contacting them again. You have to realize that the install crew is likely going to be coming from out of state, so that can affect the scheduling and speed of install, but in the end you will be getting a good deal on your building.

We ordered a carport for our RV. I placed the order on 9 Nov 17 and the carport was erected on 1 Dec 17. The process was completely painless and the installers rocked. They arrived when they said they would and worked steady until the job was done. I had spoken to Ashley *** at Coast to Coast two or three times during the process and she was quite helpful every time. I would buy from this company again.

We have ordered 7 carports, out of the 7 carports, we have ordered , had them delivered and installed. They are a professional company, and the the installation team work very quickly and complete the job!! Excellent workmanship!! And for the order team in the office, they are always kind and professional as well!! I have NI complaints!! And Apprecite the prompt and professional customer service!! We have other customers to fulfill and we definitely will be using Coast To Coast!!
