Coast to Coast Carports

I placed a $2365.00 deposit on a steel shop/garage in March 2018.
I also purchased legal drawings for $300.00 the building permitting process.
I got the Drawings in a timely manner.
$15000.00 due upon delivery/install of the building.
The company said 6 - 8 weeks delivery.
I had a concrete slab poured in June 2018
It is now October and Coast-to-Coast still can not give me a delivery date, not even a approximate one.
So 9 months since the order was submitted, 4 months since the concrete slab was ready
No explanation as to the delay and no return to my calls.
The only time I can talk to them is when a person anwers the phone, usually it is an answering machine.

Company doesn't want the money?
Lousy customer service training?

I just want the building I put the down payment on.

Now I have to figure out how to cancel the order, get my deposit back
Find someone that will build/install my shop to the drawings I have or make changes to my building permits.

Since this is a national company I will be submitting a complaint to the Federal Trade Commision to determine if this is fraud or just bad business practices.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Coast To Coast Carports. Mallory was very helpful through the entire process. I appreciate her help in getting everything in place and completed. She was professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable through the entire process. The finished product looks good. My only concern was the time the workers arrived at my home to put up my building. It was 6:45 pm and they were at my home until 9pm. I was concerned about the workmanship since it became dark before they finished but the men were polite and professional. They completed the job, walked around the building showing me everything (by flashlight) and cleaned up before leaving. When I looked over my buuilding the next morning, I was very pleased. I will recommend Coast to Coast to others.

Everything went great as far as when they showed up and the time it took to put the carport together. Size and color was great. The only thing I was disappointed with was the time frame that it took from the time we ordered it, we ordered in June and we were told 6 weeks we didn't get it till the very end of August but still happy with the service we got.

Things are looking up at Ciast to Coast! More than a year ago during winter months I could not get delivery date or anyone on phone to help me get one scheduled and very frustrated I eventually cancelled my order.

However, I called the helpful salesman Gabriel again this Spring and got a new quote and crossed my fingers that this time I would get a garage. And I did!!!! Great quality materials were measured and Renea surged by the installers who built me a beautiful and sturdy structure in a days' time. It was amazing to watch them work non-stop and do it right!

My new garage is better than I dreamed and I'm so glad I gave them another try! Great quality, materials, and service. The guys spent 1/2 hour afterward cleaning up spent screws and scraps and materials. They were very courteous and professional. I love my new Coast to Coast garage and am sure from watching its construction that it will last many years to come! Thank you Coast to Coast for correcting errors of the past and providing all your advertising promises and more! Great job all!!!

looked up plenty of other metal garage business however coast to coast had a really nice salesman Joseph *** who wanted to make sure the size, color and detail fit our needs. Joseph sent pictures through emails of the garage to make sure it was what we wanted and within a few days I was signing the doc agreement. Darla was assigned to me and made sure I was aware of checking into permits from my city and that it would take 4 to 8 weeks for the garage to be put up. Permit required by the committee for approval of the garage and also a permit was required for monolithic concrete slab. The process for the permits were forever however Darla stayed in touch through phone and email to see how the process on our end was coming along. Honestly, we needed 7 weeks to complete our end. once I called Darla and told her everything was done the garage was set up 1 week later and that was for the concrete to cure. I want to thank Darla *** and Joseph *** for making the process smooth and non-stressful. I love my garage!! I also spoke with Deloris *** and Jann *** and thank you for making sure I was satisfied with my garage. Reading some of these reviews almost seems as though these people were unaware of PERMITS! Please found out if a permit is required and as well as the cost and wait time on them before ordering any building. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a metal garage or carport!!

Easy to work with. Darla *** was my contact and she did a fabulous job of keeping me informed and working with me. They build a Loafing Shed with an attached Tack Room and it turned out better than I could of expected. Quality work at an affordable price. A+++ to Coast to Coast Carports and Darla ***!!!

We were contacted by Ashley a couple of days after we placed our order to verify the order. We asked to make a couple of changes and she took care of it without problem. She advised it may take up to 4-6 weeks for install. About a week and half later, we received a call from Ashley offering our install on August 15th. She offered methods of payment on day of install, but I requested to pay over the phone and she handled that without issue. She assured me our payment would not be processed until after our install. This was perfect for us. On the 15th, I had not heard from the crew by 11:30 AM so I left a message for Ashley to make sure we were still on the schedule, as we had major storms the day prior that may have pushed work back. She contacted the crew and assured me they would be there. About 4:45 PM, I received a call from the crew saying they were in front of my house. They got right to work and had my carport completed in less than 2 hours. They were polite and quick and did not leave any mess! Everything worked out well. (The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the crew did not contact me to set up a specific time frame of arrival).

We had our third building installed this August. Although it took a bit long longer than expected we always had good communication with Darla and the other people on her team. The crew was fun to have around. They did a great job on the building and we're easy to talk to answering any questions we had They left their work area clean and we never felt like we were bothering them when we would go watch them work. We will use them again if we d code to have another building installed in the future

My Account Executive and the Building Crew were great! The neutral rating is based on the issues with lack of sufficient communication between Coast to Coast and their Building Crew in general with respect to ensuring the crew arrives on the customer site on the scheduled date. If the scheduled date changes, the Customer should be notified immediately as a general courtesy.

Twice, this company has attempted to take advantage of my parents. Twice, my parents requested a particular color and TWICE Coast to Coast brought the wrong color. In case you work for Coast to Coast, my parents are the people who live in the small West Texas town of Loraine, Texas.

The first time this occurred, my mother allowed them to install because she's nice, she didn't want to wait longer for a car port, and, she said, "I guess Rawhide will be ok (even though they wanted red)."

The 2nd time, they ordered rawhide to match the first carport. They brought the wrong color. Again. How does lightning strike the same couple twice, Coast to Coast?

My parents sent them away and asked for the correct color. My father called and here we are, a day later, and they have not returned his phone call.

My parents waited two weeks for this carport. I hate to think that Coast to Coast takes advantage of customer desperation and brings whatever color they desire, because they know the customer has to wait another two weeks before getting what they want.

Imagine walking into the hair salon and saying,"I'd like blonde highlights."
The stylist replies, "Blonde? You got it."
She walks to the back and says, "Here we are. Purple."
"Wait, what? I said Blonde."
And she replies, "Oh sorry, this is all we have."

If you order from these folks, just be sure you confirm SEVERAL TIMES that they bring the correct color. Install was nice, customer service is horrible. Still haven't heard back.

We ordered a carport from this company on August 30,2017, at that time we put a deposit on our carport and were told it would be around a month and they would contact us to set up delivery. We were never contacted by them until February when we received an email asking how we liked our carport. Really, we never received it. My husband called the company and spoke to Jake and was told they would be getting us a refund of our deposit. We never heard from Jake again and never received our deposit back either. The last phone call my husband was told they would be getting our deposit back and they would call him, well, we are still waiting for a call back. This company is terrible, do not do business with them. So very disappointing. We were really looking forward to having a carpotrt for the winter, never did happen though.

I requested a quote from this company and agreed to the quote they gave me of $775.00, but when they sent the contract for me to sign an additional "return" fee of $100.00 was added and he quoted the door size wrong and charged me for the cost of the larger door I had requested in the first place. Now my cost is $905.00. I have never done business with a company that actually charges you for being a return customer? I have been emailing back and forth with this salesman since the beginning of June, with no resolution. I Would not recommend this company!

I was very pleased with my experiance with coast to coast, their people were professional, and efficient Aisha. Was pleasant to work with, as was everyone I dealt with. I will recomend them to all my friends.

Your wonderful, we had two 20 x 40 metal Barns installed in Alamosa, Co.
Placing the order, and working with Darla Berberick (Texas get a Carport) was very
easy and all questions were taken care of in a timely manner.
Darla, assured us the Barns and Crew would be there on the 19 & 20, she was right on.
I woke up early to let my dogs out 4:23 am and there's the truck and crew outside waiting
for the sun to come up. Went and told my husband he said I was dreaming and go back
to bed that I was just to excited :)

My mother is a returning customer. She had a wonderful experience the first time. When she called to order her 2nd, Andy was very helpful. Although he did not inform my 73 y/o limited income mother that Pierce County now requires building permits. She had to cancel her order that she paid in full, and since they have great policies like No Refunds on Cancellations! She is out of luck.

We ordered a shed from Coast to Coast over ten months ago and are still waiting for it to be finished. We were told 6-8 weeks and it is well over that time. When scheduling to install our shed we planned to meet up on two separate occasions and they no showed with no notice at all. Finally shed was installed six months later but then it wasn't completed. The man door has been installed backwards which makes it impossible to lock. The trim is uneven and there are shorter tin pieces that don't line up. Overall very disappointing. Repeated calls have not been returned or we are told they should be there next week to complete the work. We have been waiting months and still no resolve. They also left pieces of sharp metal and screws all over the area during installation which is a huge hazard with children in the area. I am beyond frustrated that we are still waiting with no end in sight.

My experience with Coast to Coast Carports was a very good experience. Ashley *** stayed in touch and kept me on tract on when I could expect it. All in all great experience. Installers were polite and did a good job.

The initial call to ask questions and get information and ordering was handled by Andy and he was a great help. Ashley stayed in communication for the order and installment appointment. Cesar and his crew did a great job on the install.

Ashley *** was great. The crew also worked very hard. My next building will come from Coast to Coast. Thanks again Ashley.
