Coast to Coast Carports

Buying from coast to coast has been a very pleasant experience. Holly did an absolute fantastic job of coordinating everything from what we really wanted in a building, too the delivery to our home which went flawlessly. The installation crew led by Gustavo G were amazing, professional, courteous, and very efficient they took pride in their work. Our new building looks great I couldn't be happier.

Our scheduling rep Madison was more than helpful with all of our questions along the way! Never once were we left hanging. She was always on top of things. The installers of the shop were awesome!! They were 100% customer oriented in ensuring that we were happy and keeping us in the loop along the way. Very very friendly crew and highly recommend!! Great experience! Thanks coast to coast!

I'm not sure why there are so many 4/5 stars for this company! they don't even rate 1 star for customer service! This company very quick to demand their down payment for the loafing sheds, but after that...it just stalls out! waiting months for "the phone call" for installation date. Excuses after excuses! Then when they FINALLY made the date, I arranged for time off, ripped out all my horses cross fencing, and 4 hours into waiting for them to show, I got a call that the truck "broke down", and they wouldn't be coming! Lost a days wages! Said the crew would be there by 9am next day, Took another day off....the "crew" of 2 showed at 9am. I knew right then, these sheds would not be completed AGAIN! They assured me they could do it. I told them I got to bed at 7pm because I had to get up for work at 2am! They were there until 1030pm, with 2 uncompleted sheds. I got 2 hours of sleep. They said they would return next day at noon (after they completed a simple Bend Oregon job) now, I'm told they wont arrive until 4pm with at LEAST 4 more hours of work! I am now at 36 hours with 2 hours of sleep.....FYI..... don't think this company will contact you, OR return phones calls because they DONT! Not Yolonda, or Madison, or Jen (manager). Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Folks, PLEASE shop around and DONT trust these folks (Culver Oregon)

I put a deposit on my carport April 20th today is July 10th still no carport. After numerous calls and faxes I get told they cannot find my order or it will be at least 2 weeks before someone will be in the area. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business, no one will ever call you back. I am a Quality Manager and my company would loose accounts if we handled business this way.

We purchased a 30' x 50' building with a 10' x 50' joined lean to from McNair tire, a dealer for Coast to Coast. As with any project, things happen along the way that challenge a successful competition of that project. While most of our challenges were weather related, McNair and staff, and the staff at Coast to Coast were there standing behind their product. I want to especially commend and thank Ashley my customer service representative and the installation crews at Coast to Coast for a job well done. I have a great building and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I purchased a metal building (24' by 30') on November 1, 2018 from a business in Tremonton, Utah. The dealer was new but done a great job of helping me. Winter set in in the Rocky's, it snowed and rained for the next 6 months. So it took a little time to get the building delivered but all of delays were my problem as I keep thinking about and adding additions to the now (34' by 30') building. The Coast to Coast rep (Tiffany) was a total pleasure to deal with while helping me thru the many changes that I made to my purchase. She was so patient, pleasant and helpful every time I called, texted, or emailed changes, questions or concerns.
She scheduled two different times to deliver the shed but weather stopped them, then on May 31st she scheduled another delivery. Two young men showed early (before 8:00am) that morning and by 9:30pm that night they finished the building and were driving down the road to their next appointment. They worked hard all day and stayed at the sight as they allowed my wife to cook them lunch and dinner.
Wonderful people, all my dealings with Coast to Coast have been very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking their products.
The building is everything I hoped and wanted it to be.

This is my second time using coast to coast. Yolanda and Ronnie are very knowledgeable and professional, so was Ashley. The guys that delivered work together and cleaned up afterwards.

We have purchased carports from this business on three occasions (six buildings in total) and have been extremely happy with them each time. The quotes and estimates are straightforward and understandable and the sales and customer service staff are friendly and helpful. We have shopped around and found their prices very competitive as well. The last building we bought from this company was installed last Friday and it is very well constructed in my opinion. It is raining here now and there are no leaks. The builders were right on time, and have been each time we've had work done, were very professional and were also friendly and courteous. We can't think of a single thing to complain about and would readily hire this firm again, and very likely will, as we have additional needs for buildings on our small ranch/livestock operation. We highly recommend this business.

I had ordered my building to sit a certain way in my yard. I hired a local contractor to pour my slab. The contractor turned my slab the wrong way which in turn, would throw everything off. For example, my two 10x10 doors would face the house. There would not be enough room between the house and building to pull my trailer and boat into the shop. I had been working with Ashley and she helped me change my order and fixed everything. Ashley stayed in constant contact with me until the installers delivered and erected my 26x31 building. The installers were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I am very pleased with the work that was done. When the installers left the property, they cleaned up everything and even swept the shop. You would have never known they were there. I can't say that for the contractor that poured my slab. I had to clean up the mess that he left. Thank you Ashley and Coast to Coast Carports for your professionalism.
P.S. I really liked the "Made in the USA" sticker I found.

Not even one star. Excuses one after another. Takes your downayment and then it's a run around. . Not trust worthy, not dependable or reliable. Needs to be put out of business. Pull their license to operate.

Very professional. Crew showed up as scheduled. We had an unexpected issue with a carport anchor hitting our water line, however it was our responsibility to know where the line ran through the property. Ashley kept in touch with us throughout the process. Nice looking and very appreciated carport.

The Town of Webbers Falls purchased a carport for a pavilion we were doing. The delivery time was much shorter than expected, installation was very quick! The customer service I received was wonderful. Ashley was very helpful!

I had an excellent experience with Coast to Coast Carports. I used them in 2012 after an unsatisfactory experience with another company. They did a great job so I called them again for another trailer shed. The salesman told me delivery would be in 4-6 weeks but fortunately my practice is to get things done so I scheduled site prep. Good thing...because I was called in two weeks for delivery and installation. Unfortunately it rained heavily the day after my site prep so it was uneven when the crew came. this car port was our second one that we got after a big wind storm blew our first one to pieces Darla *** was on top of things when I asked her about a warranty for the first one meet all our needs and great to work with very pleased with their customer service and willingness to work with us on our schedule

Worst company I've ever had dealings with. Been over 6 months and still waiting on my building. They always have an excuse why it's not been delivered or completed. Will and would not recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied with customer service..Better to search another company. Only reason to leave 1 star is cause it requires at least 1 to leave review But they don't deserve the ONE.
