Coast to Coast Carports

I placed an order with a local dealer. He said it would be 4-8 weeks max but he would try to get as close to the 4 weeks as possible. When I signed the contract it was a contract for Coast to Coast Carports. I never got a word from them until I finally got a number from our dealer for their customer care department. I was told someone would call me 35 days before installation but couldn't give me any idea when that would be. Then a few weeks later I got a call from their scheduling department for an install in 2 days, which did not give us time to get a lift reserved so I asked to reschedule. I have not had a call back. I have tried to call them back and have left several messages and was finally told by their customer service that they do not return calls and that it was in my contract. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she doesn't have one. Everyone that I have talked to at this company acts like they are 16 years old with no sense of customer service or shows no concern for unsatisfied customers. I have been really polite and nice while speaking with customer service but I am about to change that drastically soon. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Worst customer experience I have ever had! Have been waiting 2.5 months for installation of a one car carport. The scheduling office in Knoxville, Arkansas, knows nothing! All they can say is they will call when they are ready to come install. No indication of when that might be. Week, month, year? They just don't know. Which is why they don't return calls. What can they say besides I don't know? They did call about a month into it and said they were coming the next week. I had very important plans that I cancelled in order to be home. They did not call, did not show up. I called and they didn't know why until they tracked down an installer's wife. It had rained the day before so they quit work and went back to Arkansas. I'm in Oklahoma. Another month has passed and I still don't have and install date. Now they say they will not refund the down payment because the time expired! Really?

I am very pleased with our carport. Ashley was awesome. She told me the date they would be here and they showed up on that day. They had my carport put up within hours. The men who came knew what they were doing. I couldn't be more satisfied with the price and how awesome it looks. I would definitely recommend Coast to Coast Carports. I actually referred a friend of mine already. Great people, great price, wonderful service.

We were very pleased with our purchase. The only complaint we have is that we wish someone would have told us in advance that we needed to have a sky lift here.

Ashley was great they were going to put the building on the 5th but they got started on the 4th at 2:30 PM had the building up by 7 PM, I was impressed with the guys that put the building up they picked and cleaned up very well, I recommend C2C Carport Price and service are great.

Ashley was very good from start to finish. It was the easiest project I have done in years. She checked on the crew several times during the installation to make sure all was well. The crew that came to install was very professional and cleaned up everything before they left.

My wife and I had a garage installed on our property and the three gentlemen that did the project did a very nice and professional job.
We had interaction from all members of the Coast to Coast carport team and the project went smooth.

We have a friend that suggested Coast to Coast Carports so we called and got a quote. We were happy with the price so we paid for our shed in full and waited for it to be installed. From order date to installation date it was about four weeks. The crew that came to do the installation was great! They were at our house before 8am and through by noon. They cleaned up all of their trash and any scrap pieces of metal they had to trim off. We have had a great experience and I would suggest them to anyone! I received an email from the company and was asked to do rate my experience by Ashley Watson. I did it gladly and would order from them again in the future!!

The 2 workers that installed were excellent. Did extras for me.
The price compared to other companies was the best.
Why they didn't get 5 stars.
Because of covid-19 we had delays of 4 weeks.
I ordered 3-10 2020. Finished today 6-25.
They said would call me when they were ready to come. Waited 6 weeks and called, I'm sure my file was lost. And did not have color requested.
They should have given me the add on for free do to delay.
They were most courteous, especially Mrs. Ashley.

I did a bunch of research and then decided to use Coast to Coast Carports. I sent several emails back and forth making sure they could design and build what I wanted since I did not want a prebuilt carport. They made every effort, designed it exactly the way I wanted and then installed the whole thing in 2 days. Everything worked out great except they required me to rent a fork lift for the installers who actually never used it. I love the new garage/carport! I watched them build the entire thing and I could see they went the extra steps to make sure every joint and screw looked good and no shortcuts.

Our building of 24x25 was completed a few hours ago. This has been a dream of my husband for 15 years that just came true! Not only that, my experience with dealing with Madison was top notch. Very kind, responsive and very accommodating and the crew was out of this world they did a fabulous job, hard workers and very professional, they even made sure to clean before they left. They made sure that my husband was happy every step of the build. Amazing work guys and Madison such a sweet heart!

Ashley W did a great job setting up my delivery. She double checked all of the items. The crew showed exactly on time. They got right to work. They where very careful in putting my 12x21 together. They wasted no time and cleaned up the area when they were done. I am very pleased. The materials used very good also.

We got a 10Ã?21 carport and we love it. The guys where professional. They had it put up in an hour. Ashley W was very helpful when I talked to her on the phone. We are thinking about getting another carport from them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you

I had my 24X21X7 A-Frame carport installed on 03-26-2020 and I am extremely happy with this investment. The installment crew did an excellent job and my sales rep, Steven Holley was great! If there was any complaint I would have, it would be the Coast to Coast employee Yolanda. I had left numerous messages on her voicemail with no call back during the purchasing process and it seemed every time I would call she was on a break, lunch, or something else, regardless of the time of day. This was very frustrating and it gives this company a bad image, especially for a new customer who is making such a big investment. This almost made me decide not to purchase this carport from Coast to Coast but I am glad I did now. All other staff members, including Ashley Watson were on point with getting back with me and answering any questions I had.

0 rating,I put money down and filled out a loan to get building and never heard back so I called repeatedly and said they were closed due to covid 19 turns out they are not doing the loads with that company and are trying to go with another company says Shelly but they might have to re run your credit after 90 days if not bulit by then I have waited since April 15 .I also said I would do rto if I could be put on the list that way to get faster with agreement I could just pay off early so as to not pay double for building Shelly says I have to re apply for a loan and that I don't have paper work for rto but says I can not get my money back per contract,,,well to fishy for words and everyone says they are the boss and yet no one owns up to this deal of my building and price I can not begin to tell you how this company leaves a bad taste in your mouth,I could pay for this with a credit card but I feel like I would get taken for more than I have already where do I stand with this I will have to move soon and needed a place for my things someone please check out this company,we don't want MO to have these kind of business in our area we take pride in being a show me state that is as good as our hand shake

Really enjoying my coast to coast shop. Called and talked to Mallory S. She was so helpful with my questions and design. Went beyond what anyone could expect. Thanks so much Mallory S. and coast to coast for a great and well built shop.

just a quick note to tell you how our experience with coast to coast carports went. It started with the selection,design and contract all done by Travis Lloyd. It progressed from there to a young lady named Madison at customer scheduling and support and the ultimate service of installation by Abel and his 2 man crew out of Heyburn Idaho. The crew arrived at 6 am and finished at 5:30 pm with a perfect job completed. These people are a valuable assist to your company and deserves MORE of a rating than 5+. The entire experience was excellent and we cannot THANK YOU enough.

I've had two building done by Coast to Coast and have been happy with both. They are reasonably priced and get the work done in a timely manner. I would use them again.
