I had my carport two weeks after they received my order. It took them ONE hour to install. Great job!

Ashley and crew did such a great job getting everything setup. Installation crew showed up on the day scheduled and had everything finished by 6 pm. Really like our carport, looks great and is well built.

Worst company ever. My carport has leaked right after I bought it. Won't return calls. Called many times. I wold not recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the garage. The people that installed it were very professional and worked till 7:30 at night to get finished. Reason being heavy rain next day. Ashley sent this memo so I appreciate her also. A satisfied customer. Eugene G

Darla was a pleasure to work with and Gustavo and his crew did an outstanding job assembling my garage. Everything went as planned with no delays and on my requested time schedule. No corners were cut and the assembly was very meticulously done. They finished the garage yesterday and it rained heavily today for about 7 hours with absolutely no leaks. I'm extremely pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. I've had neighborhood folks stopping by today and complementing me on how well the garage looks. Thanks Darla and Gustavo!

I bought a shed with this company and had it certified about 2 years ago. It was not installed properly and wind picked it up and damaged it. I have fought with this company for 11 months to get it repaired or to even get a partial reimbursement so I can pay someone local to come fix it. After months of no retuned calls or emails I finally got a repair set up and then the crew never showed!! The company doesn't do any follow up to see if any one actually fixed it so I had to call and let them know that no one showed.
I use this as my hay shed/shelter for horses and they told me I had to remove all my hay and personal things in order for them to come and fix it. So I went out there and did just that, of course they don't show and in the meantime of trying to get them back to my property my hay has been rained on and my horse is unable to get out of the weather. since all of this I have re-stacked my hay in the shed out of the weather.
Long story short I am still fighting to now just get a partial refund as its winter in my area and of course the hay is stacked back in the shed since they haven't gotten a repair scheduled and I have given them several chances. It upsets me that they have dragged this out so long when I could have just gotten money and paid someone local to do it!

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they want to be treated rude, hung up on, and receive a runaround and no calls or emails back etc.

Why does Revdex.com not provide an option for NO STARS???? Put money down for a carport on September 19th 2019. Week before last (week of October 7th) I got a phone call they would be here to put up the carport on the 15th. Monday, the 14th I get a phone call their truck broke down and they will be here on Friday, the 17th. Thursday afternoon, the 16th I get another call they're backed up and won't be here3 until Saturday, the 19th. Get everything ready (had to move my RV among other things) and at 8:21 AM I get a call that they're essentially lost - @ 25 miles away. Try to give instructions but English isn't their primary language. Send text message with detailed driving instructions as well as a map. Wait an hour and nothing. Try calling - message says they can't receive voice messages because they aren't set up. Try calling 4-5 more times during the day - nothing! Call the Arkansas HQ (that probably should have been a warning) and a guy says to call back on Monday. I texted Madison Saturday and Monday, called and left message on Monday - no response. Finally on Wednesday she texts that she can't reach the crew or Oregon office manager. It's now Thursday and called and left another voicemail - no response. Filed a complaint with Washington AG. These *** should be OUT OF BUSINESS!

This company provides the installation for many "front" firms that sell carports. I ordered a carport from firm A and Coast to Coast missed three appointments, with very little communication to me. I cancelled that order and placed an order with frm B. Found out Coast to Coast would be installing it and waited for another unsatisfactory experience. This time, however, they came out when promised and installed the carport. Nice crew.

I had a 40x25 barn and a 24x30 carport utility shed built. I dealt with Steven
He was very helpful I changed my several times and he never got inpatient.
Ashley was also very helpful she called and said they could deliver in just one week
if I had my sites ready. They delivered one week after I confirmed my order. The installation
crew was very professional asking were I wanted doors and windows. When they were done they picked up everything Great job!!!

Very pleased with whole experience. Ashley informed us when to expect delivery and though crew was a bit late in arriving they worked quickly and effectively. Have had several compliments on our new carport!

I ordered a carport from Coast to Coast Carports and the experience is the worst I have had. They will not call or email you back. After 14 weeks we finally got our building with little notice and I had to try to get a building permit together in three days. Their customer service is the absolute worst. The screws don't match the color of the metal and are not straight. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Please do this homework and go with someone else.

The set up crew did an excellent job putting up our carport. It was everything we expected but more. We are very proud of our carport. Ashley has been a great help to us getting back with us promptly. She answered all our questions and concerns. We recommend them highly. If you need a carport give them a call you won't be disappointed.

I had the most professional install. Starting with Darla at customer service and my numerous questions she was kind, patient and professional with each one.
I took a year to decide and once I finally had everything in place I was amazed at how the installers did such a professional, well orchestrated install. They hardly spoke but just knew what the next step was and it only took 3 hr.
They made double and triple sure everything was square, level and even with the house. Asked appropriate questions that I never would have thought about and made things right.
I would highly recommend this company to do any job you are considering.

Darla B made waiting months for our carport to be installed bearable. The crew was from
Amarillo and were very professional. My neighbor 's order was messed up after pictures and calls for repair parts (tree fell on his carport) . His order seemed simple and they still screwed it up.
