installed, [redacted] is out of town he will contact me when he gets back in town and we will resolve his issue with his refund, I will let you know what the final conclusion is with the refund for [redacted] after we get back in contact with him. The part we installed along with another part must be replaced in order for the customer to have an operating system. We don’t refund for work completed but since my technician failed to tell [redacted] that additional repairs might be needed we will go ahead and let this one get approved for a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: (1) I commend the Cyprus Air Assistant Manager Stavros for negotiating a settlement of this claim with me.  (2) However, we only negotiated to this point.  I am awaiting follow-through actions from other business elements in Cyprus to reimburse me for this compliant.  Once that is settled, in accordance with the terms of our negotiation, I will return to this site to accept Cyprus' resolution and close this matter between us.

Good afternoon,They have done what they can to finish installing the fireplace we ordered, except the exact item ordered isn't allowed per product safety regulations.  So we ordered a fireplace that doesn't exist and currently don't have anything that we can use.  We wanted a modern fireplace with black crushed reflective glass in the middle of the insert.  It came with white crushed glass.  When we complained they put in black rounded rocks.  When we complained that that wasn't what we ordered (and it says so on the paperwork) they mailed us the black reflective crushed glass.  We finished trying to install it ourselves and the paperwork says very clearly to not use the black crushed reflective glass with our size/type of modern insert.  So we are stuck with a fireplace full of black crushed glass that we need to take out and we have to use the ugly round rocks which is not what we ordered.  What we ordered cannot exist.  We want a full refund for messing up our fireplace!  We are waiting to here from the Revdex.com before posting about their incompetence all over the internet.  I'm not sure how this company is still in business.  We've spent way too much of our time taking off work to watch them screw up every aspect of this project.

We have called and left a message for the customer to schedule the install team to go back out to complete the 1st phase of the install. We are to come out and install wall switch and schedule a close in with the county there after once close in has passed we will come back out and install the log...

set, reinstall the marble and start up the system and schedule the final inspection with the county. We will need a total of 4 days including county inspections to complete install.
