I got an answer from (Revdex.com) on 9/saying that Cyprus had refunded my $service fee. At that time I did not respond, because that was not accurate. Only after I called and said I would not respond before it was refunded, and I had been given within days to do so The same person MrsIndira G*** said they did not say it was already refunded However, since I did not know what to do, I was waiting to receive the refund back, which was refunded on 9/9/2016. Thanks for your assistance with this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, its dissatisfactory that I had to go through great lengths to get them to DO THEIR JOB In addition to being made to feel like a second class customer, this brought me many frustrations, some of which were misguidedI want to apologize to Vasti for the heated exchange during these eventsIts never my intention to lose my cool but when your spending close to $10,on a project, I would like to be kept in the loop even if things aren't going smoothly.

explained to him as well why there was a mistake with the over charge for $which we have refunded back to customer few months agoWe do have proper procedures in place to take care of this but since his account is still open with us it has not made it to our accounting department that's why customer caught it before we did In addition to customer contract I approved additional discounts only charging customer $flat fee for gas line.We are scheduled to return to customers home on 8/25/to complete the installation, after this customer will be ready for final inspection.I understand that there has been some misunderstanding but at this point we have taken the proper measures to make sure this project is completed.Should there be any further concerns please feel free to reach me.General Manager Indira G***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and spoke to the General Manager. I have accepted the company's offer to provide the free granite and installation around my fireplace. The company also agreed they would repair the brick in front of my house that needs touching up as a result of the gas line installation and they also agreed to touch up the paint on the cabinets they built around the fireplace. I wanted to say that everyone that I have dealt with at Cypress Air has been pleasant and courteous. The workers that came to my house were always hard working and did their best to complete their tasks. As a customer I was very frustrated with the length of time it took to install the fireplace, but once upper management became aware of my situation they did everything they could to remedy the situation and make sure that I was a satisfied customer, which I do appreciate.
