I have received several calls The Office of the Chairman has asked me to send the fax confirmation of when I sent the Automatic draft payment in which I sent today They are not giving me details on if they plan on refunding me the late charges or if they will send letters to the credit bureaus to repair my credit that was unduly damaged I would prefer to keep this complaint open until I receive confirmation that my credit is restored and my late fees have been reimbursed I plan on pursuing this even to the point of implementing an attorney to this case

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] This response is not sufficient, I received a call from a Citizens Bank representative on 2/1/from [redacted] from the Office of the Chairman, tel [redacted] in the morning She stated she would call the local branch I have been in contact with to investigate my claim of Fraud as well as any backup documentation they printed for me She also stated that the collection calls will cease However, on 2/2/in the morning, I received an autodialer call from the collection department even after several requests to cease the harassment and even after ***'s promise to get these harassing calls to stop My rights are being violated and there are civil penalties that are now recorded on my cell phone to back up the harassment that was supposed to stop Perhaps a lawsuit will stop the calls at this point? I thought they would oblige after I escalated this all the way up to the Office of the Chairman, but apparently they do not follow the laws of the CFPB I have never gotten any response in writing that I requested on separate occasions and got absolutely no results to get my money back that they were taking out of my checking account for a fraudulent check written from my account causing an overdraft which is the root of the problem that the branch provided the proof of the front and back of the check, however they seem to be doing no justice with protecting my rights to pursue fraud I want results, I want the response in writing, I want my money back that they were taking to pay themselves back for cashing a stolen check and I want the collection calls to stop I want them to follow the law, I want my credit report to be updated and I want them to oblige otherwise I have no other recourse but to take legal action since I have tried every other amicable way to resolve this on several occasions with zero help from those acting on behalf of Citizens bank Shame on you for harassing your customers all the way to push them to the limit to file Civil Lawsuits....unfortunate you will not do the right thing required by Federal Regulations Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] My matter was not fully resolvedWe spoke and talked over options that are not feasible for an individual working a jobCitizen's One will continue not to pay the principal down when given an electronic transfer from an outside bank due to system inadequacies I was asked to setup a bank account with them Unless I call each time an electronic transfer is made, go directly to a branch every time I wish to pay down principal or setup a bank account with them, they are unable to process my payment on principal as I requested We did not discuss the time table from the moment the money was delivered to when my principal was credited The time between the actual payment and the time the principal was applied matters The bank should not profit off of their poor systemsMy lone transaction may be small, but over the multitude of transactions that occur, what is the cost to the general public? Why should a call be made every other week? Is my time not as valuable? Should a second account have to be opened in order for a business to process additional payments? These are unreasonable requests I am very disappointed with the results of our conversation Regards, [redacted]
