Revdex.com: While I am still concerned that no fraud detection was activated during the ATM fraud of which I was a victim, and that the thieves were able to withdraw nearly $2,in less than hours (despite having a significantly lower per-day cash limit on my account), Citizens bank replaced the stolen funds within just a few business days I'm not confident that I would have received the same level of treatment had I not filed complaints with Revdex.com and CFPB, and posted my concerns on [redacted] and [redacted] Nevertheless, I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, *** ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted] No that was a totally different matter, that was for the bank account being charged per month so he changed the bank account to a one deposit bank accountI then later was charged $and before being charged the fee I put the money into the accountBeing charged $for an overdraft of a $is ridiculous especially considering how many months you have been charging me I called myself and I did not receive any helpTherefore I reported you to the Revdex.comThis is horrible I have been with this bank since it was charter bank for over yearsWith so many banks having so many offers and grace periods and just so many helpful features I have stayed loyal and committed and this is the appreciation I receive
