All I want is the $200 new customer bonus deposited in my account. I have made the prerequisite amount of deposits. This would take a simple click of a mouse, and I do not understand why they are fighting this so hard. I am simply asking for what they advertised. Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I did clear clarification to the agent on August 10,that 1.The appraiser came on May and he reported to loan processor that the house is illegal while its legal and the appraiser stop working from that day on until June I spoke with the loan processor they are not proceeding the loan until I demolish the upper unit and I inform him for the purpose of getting loan I informed the loan processor that I will not demolish my house at this point I asked him to refund me the money I paid for the processing and appraisal and the loan processor told me yes we will refund you and stop the loan processing.] after we agreed to refund me and stop loan processing meaning after weeks of waiting the refund I got mail that shows they make the appraisal report dated and signed on June weeks thus that is completelydifferent story and I do not agree and accept their letter of resolution for this issue I need the money back that I paid for the service that I didn't recieve Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below To Whom it May Concern:I filed the complaint above against Citizens Bank They reversed the unfounded overdraft fees to my account The online banking manager who called me ( [redacted] , I believe), told me that there were no pending nor outstanding charges coming in and together we reconciled my account.I receive a note from the Revdex.com I responded that all was handled amicably on 5/22/ The very next day the bank charged me $for a purchase memo overdrawing my account I called the bank They had no idea what a purchase memo was I spoke with ***, the [redacted] *** He was going to research it He never called back I called again He was gone for the day No one has ever responded to me.Attached you will find that my account that was in the positive is now -$ This is double the amount exceeds that of my original complaint The bank is well aware of the fact that I am disabled I am on a very strict and limited income I believe that telling me that there were no incoming or upcoming debits/charges and then knowingly overdrafting my account with a fee of $was nothing but retaliatory in nature The stress of this bank had effected my health this month I have scraped together what little cash I have to live off of due to their adverse action They have ensured that I my struggle to survive continue into the month following My panic attack is at it's highest point as I write this The effect of the bank on my health is causing me to struggle to breath, almost seizure and want to go back to bed This is too much, on any given day, let alone in one month and looking ahead I am forcing myself to write this I need my money backI can't feed my service animal I was referred to [redacted] When I feel better, I shall call them as well Thanking you in advance for your time.Respectfully, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

[The business refuses to address the lack of customer protection from fraud. How can a customer spot fraud, if the bank cannot? The bank withdrew the funds from my own account after four days (which is greater than the two standard). They state that the two day wait is to ensure a "five point check''to assess for fraudulent checks. As a customer, I assume this five point test has some validity. If it has none, make the funds available ASAP and NOTIFY your customers that the check return is then their own responsibility. Otherwise the bank should accept their part of the responsibility.] Regards, [redacted]
