The second case # [redacted] for [redacted] was closed on August 21, by the Revdex.com as “Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied”Then, on September 2nd the Revdex.com status was changed to “Closed as Unresolved” We would like the status changed back to “Answered” because, although Mr [redacted] may still not be satisfied, we did completely address his rebuttal by way of mailed letter on August 28,

Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case # [redacted] for [redacted] , a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved” On July 25, 2017, we received a Revdex.com rebuttal communication from Ms [redacted] stating she had not yet received any response from the Bank.Previously, a detailed resolution letter had been mailed to Ms [redacted] (June 29, 2017) We provided a copy of that response letter to both the Revdex.com and Ms [redacted] on July 25, 2017, via the Revdex.com Portal (copy attached) On August 5, 2017, the Revdex.com notified us this complaint would be filed as “Closed as Answered” but it is currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”Although Ms [redacted] may remain dissatisfied, we have taken her concerns seriously and have fully addressed this matter and request this complaint status be updated accordinglyPlease let me know if you need any further detailsThank you for your assistance with this matter,***Office of the ChairmanCitizens Bank
