[Your Answer Here It is absolutely absurd that my Citicorp Card Services, Inccan't respond to Revdex.com regarding this issue. Citi Bank would not be providing any information that isn't already PUBLIC INFORMATIONI received a letter in the mail from Citi Bank yesterday telling me that my acct was Charged OFF on 9/**/14. I sent a letter to Citi Bank (seeattachment) to the address provided to me by one of the customer service reps at *** ***. Why didn't I receive a response? I sent the letter a full months before my acct was charged off. Citi Bank would rather charge off my account, add a JUDGMENT to my credit report, sent it to a collection/law firm named *** and *** *** *** *** *** ** ***, phone ###-###-####. Couldn't Citi Bank just say ((((We received your letter and thank you for contacting us letting us know you are unable tomake this month’s payment. We do see that you having been making the payment arrangements as agreed for approxtwo years. However, please keep in mind that if you don’t keep these arrangements, your account will be changed off and will no longer be on our books and a judgment will be added to your credit report and NO LESS THAN collection agencies/law firms will be contacting you to collect our money NOW their money)))) After all *** ***, we Citi Bank, didn't get to be as BIG as we are by being concerned about little people like you!!!I wasn't given any options to resolve this problem with having my credit affected and a law firm coming after me.Citi Bank ~ please respond to the question below:-------Respond to my original complaint.-------If this has been charged off and added to my credit report as a JUDGMENT… why are collection agencies/lawfirms/sheriff deptcoming after me?-------Why am I being punished twice?]

After cancelling the Debt Protection Plan according to their instruction, they said they could then help meThey finally called me todayThe first person I talking to said if I could make a minimal payment, maybe as low as $a month, they could work with me until I got back on my feelShe then passed me on to a man who said something quite differentAs near as I could understand it, I could pay around $a month, which is higher than my minimum was when I was in good standingHowever, if I had a source of income - employment - they could drop the fee to around $a monthIt's being unemployed that's causing the problemSo the less ability I have to pay, the more it costs me, by far. I have no idea what's going to happen next, but there is no way that I can currently pay the amount they insist onMeanwhile, he said they would continue to pile on late charges and interest.

They said they would not remove the hard credit hit because I applied on my ownI only applied because they lead me to believe I was pre approved by their mis-leading wording on the letter for this cardI wouldn't have otherwise applied not knowing and put a hard credit hit on my credit reportThis is un acceptable and i'm sure many people have been scammed into believing the same thing

Citi says that I should have read the vendor's T&CsI didBut they do not warn US citizens that the CFTC and the SEC ban foreign binary options brokers from marketing or accepting Americans due to the high rate of fraud, including frozen accounts and altered trading clocks, which is what happened to me.Citi and *** and *** and all the banks should not process these types of payments and should warn their clients that these operations by foreighn brokers are illegal.They do not want to listen or accept their mistake I should not be responsible for fraud
