I have reviewed the response from Citi/*** ***I have paid them $which is half of the interest I owed on a balance of $dollarsI have already spoken to a *** at *** *** with no resolutionIf I had known it was a month type card I would have paid it off and never made future purchasesThey tell me that they informed me of this on the 3rd/last page of my billHowever, if you think it is a credit card all you look at is the payment slipI feel as if I was tricked into paying triple what I owe, it seems almost illegalSo no this is not resolved!

A lady contacted me about weeks ago to let me know that she was going to take care of my complaint and conduct the investigation. I haven't heard from them since then. I'm so sissapointed because due to this issue my credit score went from almost down to 624.I'm expecting for them to fix this issue as soon as possible and fix my credit score back to normal.Thank you!

They have not contacted us in reference to this hospitalization... All we have received is threatening lettersWe are not sure why they would say that? They have not tried to listen to The original complaint filed... They are vague and have not tried to morally understand that accidents happen... In the meanwhile, they are receiving a direct deposit for the balance due, but due to the current circumstances that is all that *** *** can pay. I *** *** was diagnosed with *** ***, and have two small children I am a Single Mother to...Four and five years in age are they...We are giving them all we can at the moment. We will continue to give what we can until our health returns... Nobody expects for these situations to happen and we are doing our best Respectfully, *** *** *** ***.

The letter received from the business does not address my complaint Rather than address my complaint, the letter simply seeks to enforce the merchant's return policy and dictate in a paternalistic manner how a customer should operate when making purchases The letter received does not explain why the credit card company accepted fraudulent documents from the merchant nor does it address its poor customer service in attempting to help me resolve the issue Further, please note that I explicitly give the business authorization to communicate with the Revdex.com so that there may be no obfuscation by the business in addressing this complaint

*** *** from the *** *** *** of Citibank contacted me via telephone and was extremely cold and uncaring. She immediately went into defending Citibanks position on the matter and refused to hear my complaint saying that she read the complaint and understood it. She followed up with a letter as well. Ultimately Citibank has allowed fraud to be committed against their customer and their so-called fraud protection protects the criminal committing fraud.

*** ***'s credit processor Citi Bank appears to know about the Fair Credit Reporting Act, but their response clearly ignores the law. Citi's response to me fails to address my written protest and bank evidence of ALL monthly payments ($and $29) paid in full and before each due dateI filed a formal protest, including bank payment evidence, with Citi Bank on February *. This protest was of Citi's erroneous claims of late payments and their piling on of late fees and interest. However, Citi ignores my Fair Credit Reporting Act complaint. I've now filled a complaint with the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I've also contacted Citi bank, both by phone and in my written protest, to require Citi to stop their telephone harassment. Citi's phone rep acknowledged that I had that right under the law to stop the phone calls. However, I continue to log Citi's continued robo harassment phone calls of up to six times a day
