Initial complaint was that the bank made a mistake in processing a payment that I requested be held until certain information was verified, only to discover the payment was process while I was verifying the informationWhen informed of this, bank rep repeatedly explained information I already knew, then requested time to research a recording of the phone call of the interaction in questionWhen no such recording could be located, the bank assumed no liability and only offered an alternative credit that does not suit me or my needsExplained this to the rep, but the rep had no alternatives to offerAccepted the concession because it was the only presented course of action, but clearly stated that this is not a satisfactory resolution to my complaint -- it seems ridiculous that the responsibility of proof that I had a bad experience lies in the hands of the people who created the situation in the first place

Our caretaker did accept a certified letter on June * from Citi Bank. This will be reviewed when forwarded.Why does this merchant refuse to send electronic submittals? Is this another attempt to just charge unjustified fees on a zero balance?Again this account was paid in full,

Citi cards refuses to accept responsibility for approving a charge from a merchant (***) that has been banned in the USA by the CFTC and the SEC for fraud I was unaware that this was the case when I signed up and deposited $which I lost due to the site fraudulent practices I have spent many thousands of dollars on the credit card and have paid in time always It is regrettable that Citi does not protect the customer

I talked to Citi Bank , the credit card side, two timesFirst she said she could not do anything.I called *** *** and said Citi Bank told me if I got a Gold card I would not have to worry about my milesI told her I got a Gold cardShe said ‘I don’t think I have record.” I said please look them up. She didShe found when I got the Gold card but had no infoI told her I called Citi Bank on the phone and they told me about the Gold card to prevent me from losing milesFirst she said she could get phone conversation from that period but now she said noPassing the buck.Then, she said to call *** ***, it’s their problem, we have nothing to do with itI said “you told me the Gold card would solve the problem.” The person who sent me the Gold card was maybe looking for gold or a commissionSo now she wants me to call *** *** just to hear them say Citi Bank has no authority to tell us how to run our business.
