I bought Alienware laptop at Dec 1st as I know it's good for game which cost me 1400+
The first day I get the laptop it disconnect wifi some times but not always
Then I need to restart the laptop to reconnectI thought it's software issue which can be fixed by upgrade
One month later, the laptop will become black screen some time especially when I watch online stream movie
Then I call the support, then told me to upgrade all the drivers and restore, after that the laptop can't turn off, every time I shutdown the machine it will restart automatically, the only why to shutdown is forced shutdown
It will take weeks to send back the laptop and wait the part be in stock then repair and send back
I bought it for half year and actually I haven't felt system stable, because it always have issue here and there which I don't know when and where
I used thinkpad and lenovo for years, I haven't met any issuerMaybe I am too strict or this is the case
I strongly f

I purchased a Dell Computer in February and in May of the computer stopped working and I sent it back for repair and they fix it and send it back In December the computer stopped working again, I did not send it back for repair again until February because of the Christmas break, when I had to go home to New Jersey for my Mother that is that was sick I send it back in February they fixed it again, one month later the computer stopped work again When I called them to complain about the computer they said the warranty was up In addition to the two times that I send it back with the year I also had to call service for them to try to try to get the computer to come on twice with in that year I asked them to replaced the computer the first time but they would not I also called twice during that time and they were able fix the computer on line remote from they location Within the first year I had to contact them twice online they repaired and twice I send it

I purchased a 60" LG UHD television (60UF7700) on 01/09/from Dell which had display issues right out of the box Specifically large clumps of stuck pixels would appear on the right side of the screen and the disappear for a week or so At around three weeks the right side of the screen would start flashing and the tv would power down by itself This lasted for an hour or so (so I dismissed it) At the day mark while watching a movie the right side of screen srarted flashing the same digital distortion and then the tv began cycling the power off/on on an endless loop That is where we are currently at LG's technicians claim the panel to be defective (manufacturers defect)
Dell's customer support was called and I spoke with *** *** After telling him about the issue I was having he recommended I return the LG television for a more reliable Samsung television with an extended 2-year warranty After speaking with his supervisor and getting the ok on the r

I placed an order for an item from Dell from Walmart.com on 11/10/Order # *** When I Received the item a few days later I decided I did not like it So I returned the item per the instructions on Walmart.com which said to follow directions from DellSo I did
Dell received the return on 11/21/On 11/26/I made the first contact through online chat to see if they received the return since the return status online on my Dell account did not show anythingThe rep said they had the return and the refund should be processed within the week
On 12/2/I made the first email contact with Dell asking where the refund wasI received a reply right away that the person would take care of my problemThen They quit responding to my emails
So on 12/6/I reached out to DELL on Facebook to try to get an answerTo which I got I couldn't get my money back on my Walmart Credit Card because I didn't purchase directly through Dell
Also on the same day, I started

Purchased Dell U2414H monitors from dell back in June Order numbers *** & *** Called Dell customer care and technical support and was hung up on times and got the run around on why they could not find my warranty information or why they could not All dell monitors have a 3-year warranty I have one still till I gave them both order numbers and serial numbers from each monitor They did not want to help me at all I was frustrated because I either gave the correct information and they said it was wrong I got different responses from different people to finally be told they could not replace them under warranty
PS I got online to chat with customer service representative about the warranty and they verified that my monitors indeed have a 3-year warranty I also have the transcript of the conversation for proof if need be

On July 26, I placed an order on dell.com for a Poweredge Tserver - just the server, no hard driveIt was offered at a GREAT price of $129.00! I received an order confirmation by email - Order Number: *** The estimated delivery date was August This morning I checked the status of the order and it was shown as "canceled"
I called the phone number provided and spoke with a *** (sp?) who told me that the order was canceled because of a payment issueI informed him that the charge had come through to my credit card as a temporary authorization - no problem He transferred me to the "sales team."
*** (sales) told me that the order was canceled because the particular configuration was "end of life." This apparently means that they built so many of the particular configuration and sold them all before my order was filled*** told me that they always take more orders than they have inventory because some people cancel or change their orders The only T

Your service system currently has some major flawsMy current service request is an excellent example of that! I worked for Dell in Tech Spt/CSV/Sales for years and never encountered the problems I, as a customer, have been experiencing as follows:
Website never provides any updates
Tech Spt never provides updates unless prompted from customer
Updates are always obscure and non-descriptive! (deceptive?)
Illogical service delays went on for days
Replacement system finally sent but to wrong address at Dell Corporate HQ where I used to work years ago where the original system was shipped
Dell kept insisting sent to correct address and delivered even when I insisted they used the wrong address which they had never confirmed with me!
Dell was unable to find the system so decided to provide a new replacement system which I was advised would be an Inspiron which met or exceeded specifications of my original system

I had a very difficult time getting warranty service The company took a long time authorizing me to send the computer in for repairs I spent two hours on line with a repair agent who attempted to make repairs over the phone I then spent another hour getting authorization to send the computer in for repairs I kept being asked for receipts (the computer was a gift) even though I told them that I did not have receipts They admitted that it was under warranty as stated in their own records
Two repair attempts were unsuccessful Meanwhile, they claimed that it was now out of warranty I initiated the complaint well within the warranty period They finally authorized an additional attempt to repair the computer which was also unsuccessful
Finally I was offered a refurbished replacement even though the computer was purchased new I was told that the replacement would be a better model However, two different offers did not include features that I have on my computer They

I bought a computer in early JanuaryWithin the first few days the fan kept blowing at full speed and would not stop (Heatsink issues)After three failed attempts with Dell support to fix the problem within two weeks they told me they were going to send me an exchange computerI got the new computer (Service # ***) and within the few first days it was having the same issue so within a week and after more failed attempts to fix it with Dell support, I had to send it back to them for repairWhile at repair they told be turn around should of been within daysIt was not and after the day period I asked for a refund, they said no because the request was not within the first days of purchaseI explained that I did not have the computer to evaluate it for days (first computer for about weeks and the second for about a week) and feel I should be refundedThey still denied my request
Since receiving the new computer back, within a few weeks I have had to work with De

Long story shortI paid full price for a new monitor but end up getting a refurbished itemDell claim the monitor to be new and ask me to prove it otherwise, but I have reason that they are not telling the truth
Here is a recap of what have happened since day (this is based on email conversation with DellIt can track by Dell with the service request number *** and *** )
9/20/2016: monitor purchased from *** website
9/27/2016: SR *** filed due to monitor flicker
9/28/2016: flicker issue is not resolve with different cable and different laptop driving it
10/4/2016: Dell request PPID to process the replacement
10/5/2016: All necessary info (PPID, invoice no, customer no, and order no) provided to Dell

After my purchase of a laptop at Dell, I was told that I was going to be given 5% rewards of the price of my laptop through email once I have received the laptopI did not receive any email regarding my 5% of rewardsOn my online dell account, the rewards had not shown upI called Dell and they said they had sent it to the wrong email address so I told them to send the rewards to the correct emailThey said I should wait for a week for processingAfter a week has passed, the rewards still had not shown up on my account, so I called againThis time they said I should wait days for the change in email to be processed and I should be able to receive my rewards in early to mid-JanuaryIt is near the end of January and I still do not have my rewards

I had recently placed a pre-order for Zelda Breath of the Wild Special Edition on Dell's websiteThe item was up for a few hours after I placed my orderI even received confirmation of my orderThe next evening, almost a full day later, I received a cancellation e-mailThe first line of the e-mail read:
"As requested, some or all of the items in this order have been cancelledYou’ll find your cancellation details below, and you can view all products in this order on your Order Status page."
First off, I never requested cancellation of my itemI had every intention of buying this item and had no contact with them between the order and the cancellationSecond, the item was STILL up for sale a few hours after this e-mail when I read itThe delivery date was delayed at this point, but was still up for saleWhy cancel an item that is still technically up for sale? At the very least, it's very deceptive sales practices
The item has since been taken downThis all transpir

On October 10th, my computer screen shut off and crackedThe computer was never dropped nor has it ever been mistreatedThe fact that computer screen shut off shows that there is obviously some internal issue, possibly overheating or some other issueI contacted customer support immediatelyI was contacted by mail and was told it was not covered because my computer was out of warrantyI purchased my computer on 04/21/which they said they had no record of and had to "obtain my information" because it was not on file, even though I registered my computer the day I bought it! I also registered my computer with DellI was told that my computer was not under warranty and the Dell warranty department told me that I had to pay for the repair but couldn't tell me any information because the person who could tell me was not workingThe issue with the computer is obviously internalThe agent argued with me and said that if it was a problem with the computer there would have bee

I contacted Dell through their online form to request a quote for a warranty extension in October when I got notice that my year warranty was expiring soonI received a response asking me to confirm my service tag, which I did, and then I never heard back from anyoneMore money for them if they let it expire, right? Furthermore, I am now having a known issue with the right side hinge on my laptop, and what I've been reading on the support forum is not at all encouragingThey seem to blame this defect on their customers, and since they would not respond to requests for a quote on a warranty extension, I'm guessing that I don't have a hope of having this defect fixed

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have had a problem with my Dell computer that has cost me many hours over the phone, loss of computer use, and lots of aggravation My latest problem was earlier this year when I would lose use of a usb port for my keyboard or mouse I then would switch my device to another usb port and eventually that port would fail Dell technicians came to my home many times and replaced the mother board, mouse, keyboard and who knows what else in hopes of correcting the problem If they were capable of getting my ports to work they would again fail after a month or two I even sent my pc to the Dell service center to fix the problem, but after a few months my usb ports would start failing again The last time they failed I was told I was out of warranty and that I would have to pay for Dell to work on my pc
Bottom line, when in warranty my p

Bought a laptop computer from Dell online Received computer but have been having issues with it locking up and freezingI talked to a friend who is an IT Specialist and he advised me that I did not have enough memory (RAM) on the computer So I looked into getting a memory upgrade for this computer but the computer has the maximum memory (4gb) it can have from the factoryMy friend says that 4gb of RAM is barely enough to run windows which is what operating system is on the computerI contacted Dell "out of warranty" support and said the computer is over the day initial warranty for returns or warranty issuesSo he transferred me to the returns department and I asked if there was something Dell could do for me in this situation even though I am just slightly over the warranty period They said no you are over the warranty period and there is nothing we can do, So I talked to the manager who said the same thing I expressed that I am not happy with this purchase and woul

I've been having persistent problems with some Alienware machines ordered from Dell a few months ago Specifically, the machines have been persistently crashing I escalated this request to customer support, and they were not able to fix the issues I then emailed Michael Dells email address, and someone from India called me and sent out a service technician This technician made the problem even worse, as the machines do not even boot at this point, so I have non-working machines
