I purchased a computer on 1-19-for $779.84, on 2-12-Dell charge my Capital One card and I received a computer that I did not orderWhen I called they informed me that the computer I ordered was no longer available and they sent me a better oneI didn't not want the computer they sent so I returned the computer and Dell received it on 2-19-I had been told that they would refund me with in 10-business days upon receiving the computerI have yet to receive my refund and it has been 60+ daysI have called many with no resolve in the refund back to the capital one card

Contacted Dell last week because laptop would not charge After running all the diagnostic testing, I was told to send the computer back They sent me a label via email that has no barcodes on it Second, the next day I received an email stating a box would be sent to my home for shipping I have waited one week and since no box was delivered, I contacted Dell Each time the reference number was given (***) and each time I got the run around Transferred several different times and each time, the representative knew less than the previous one
Finally, I learned no box was being sent Now I have a box and it is ready to ship and not one of the four people I spoke to can give me any information Totally frustrating I was told my warranty expired but after researching, I realized the laptop was purchased last February It is my opinion, they are trying to delay the repair so I will be responsible

In late January 2018, I placed an order for a Dell Inspiron laptop computerThe computer arrived with damage clearly present prior to being shipped[NOT damaged in transit] I immediately contacted Dell notifying them of the damage and asking how to proceedTheir initial response was to state they would "look into the matter" and proceed accordinglyWhen no action resulted, I once against contacted the company, explaining how critical a laptop was to my business and asking for a quick responseIt too an additional ten days before Dell finally agreed to replace the first systemBecause I desperately need a working laptop in order to complete my work (I do travel and nature writing and travel for that work) it was agreed that I would keep and use the first laptop until the second arrived
The replacement system eventually arrivedUnfortunately, upon initial boot -- or more correctly, attempted boot -- it was apparent that system was not operational as it should beI again notif

My problem is in regards to a warranty service request that I submitted to dell, on or around 3/22/2016, which has still not been resolved
When I received my computer I quickly realized that the speakers were not workingI contacted Dell shortly thereafter to have them trouble shoot itAfter working with the technician for some time, he informed me that they were going to issue a warranty replacementI received a confirmation email from dell on 3/22/16, stating "We have set up a "System Exchange" dispatch on Dispatch number ***You will be receiving a replacement system with the same model or better if your system is not currently being manufactured..."
I next heard from dell on 4/6/16, in an email which in part read "Dear *** ***, Thank you for your recent contact with Dell Customer CareWe appreciate the opportunity to address your issueHopefully this issue has been resolved to your satisfaction." I responded to this email by reminding Dell that my name is not *

I ordered a laptop Alienware Ron the 4th of May However it wasn’t delivered to me due to the spelling mistake in my name in the orderThat is what the support team claimed when I called themWe have initiated a returnLater on I’ve looked up to the FedEx tracking page of my parcel and it said that the laptop was delivered to Lebanon, TN, although my address is in New York, NYThe guy from Dell’s support team told me that the parcel since than was redelievered to the Dell store, and the refund is in processI’ve called to the support team so many times I’ve lost count, and it’s been already months since the refund process has been initiated, I still cannot get back $3515,that I had payed for the laptop which is illegal retention of my moneyNo one is willing or able to help meI put all my faith in that you can help me with that violation of consumer rights

Purchased and paid for order number *** on Jan I was charged $for this order Item was shipped via FedEx tracking number *** I was never contacted by anyone from Dell via phone or email, but FedEx says Dell called them to have the package returned to sender the morning it was on the truck to be delivered The item is on its way back to Dell per Dell's request to FedEx, but I have not been contacted about this matter and the charge has not been removed from my credit card
At the very least, if Dell did not wish to fulfill this order, they should have contacted me by phone or email and refunded my money

I placed on order of a dell laptop (order #: ***) on Dec 11, and the estimate delivery date was Dec My original plan was to ask my friend who was heading overseas to Asia on Jan to bring back this laptop for my familyI received a phone call/email regarding the difference between my shipping and billing address on Dec and I informed the CSR it was my intent as my friend was leaving from *** *** while I live in *** While I checked my order progress on Dec and there was nothing shown on my status, I called the same CSR (*** * ***; ***.***@Dell.com) and was promised that it would be delivered on timeThen, as the status had not ***ed on Dec 22, I emailed *** again and received no response (and my American Express offer for Dell expired on that date)On Dec after the original estimated delivery date has passed, I emailed *** again and still received no responseOn Jan after my friend left, I email ***'s supervisor,

I BOUGHT A DESKTOP IN MARCH 2017, AND KEEP GIVING ME AN ERROR THAT "COUNTERFEITING WINDOWS", AFTER LONG HOURS ON PHONE WITH DELL AND MICROSOFT NOBODY COULD VALIDATE THE WINDOWS LICENSE, SO ITS REALLY DELL SELLING COUNTERFEITING WINDOWS ?? WHY THE PRODUCT KEY DOESNT EXIST TO MICROSOFT ??

I bought a computer from Best Buy in Greenville SCWhile it was under warranty, I had to send it in twice for repairsEach time it was the same problemAfter the warranty expired (by months), the same problem happened againClearly this product is defective, or they would have fixed it the other times it was sent in for repairI spoke with Dell about repairing or replacing the computer, but they will not do either without a feeThis problem I am having with the computer began before warranty had expired, and they never fixed the problem

I recently, January 10th 2018, received my laptop (Dell Precision 7510) ordered from Dell online for $2,400+, I also have a warranty on the laptopWhen I received the package some of the keys on the keyboard were lifted upAs the weeks went on I noticed other things were wrong with the hardware and softwareSome of these things were: even more lifted keys, loose metal frame around the laptop, loose right monitor hinge, mouse would move slowly move on its own, fingerprint reader would only work sometimes
On the 27th of Feburary, I sent back the laptop for repairsAs I recieved the laptop back on March 2nd, I noticed some of the keys from the keyboard where still lifted up! While the frame was fixed; the monitor hinge was notOn top of the two items still not being fixed, the laptop had a plethora of new problemsThese new problems were: laptop overheating, more keys than before being lifted up, three of the four usb ports are bent, the top left corner of the back of the monit

Perpetually getting screwed by Dell End User Warrantied Support
Opened a ticket via the Dell Diagnostics support page, went into it knowing this was a motherboard failure, send them diags as well as Windows System Event logs - proving definitively there was an issue with their hardware
Error rate and subsequent hardware failure intensifying in frequency, rendering the machine worthless - unusable
They had me wipe out all of my data and settings - TWICE - to prove to them it was not a software issue with Windows (which the event logs themselves already proved) After having been without a machine for two weeks at this point, and having done all of their work for them, I requested the Like-for-Like swap as outlined in their Limited warranty They responded they could not do that, that I had to continue going without the machine I paid for - in order for them to continue troubleshooting, then possibly swapping anyway
My request is entirely within their customer-facing doc

First, the products must not be very good because my laptop stopped working after months on March
I called Customer Service on March and every step of the service process seems to be done incorrectly
It is now 4/19/and the computer is still not fixed

Dell computer SN 79C6Hwas sent to Dell under warranty by my repairman, *** *** per Dell's instructions which were not completely explained
Dell claims that the computer is not there and will no longer communicate with me regarding this complaint

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop under warranty both hardware & softwareI recently encountered numerous tech issues including the audio compartment (sound, no sound, muffled sound) and freezing while browsingI have called Dell a few times, all techs have ran diagnoses, tested, updated drivers, which they claimed would fix the issue yet, the issues have continued to occurI spoke to a rep on 8/2/expressing my frustration because the issue had not been resolved after several attempts, and I requested my laptop be sent to Dell for further inspection and diagnoses and I was refusedThe tech continued to say he could fix the issues, he wanted to update the drivers again and for me to wait another day "to see what happens"I informed the tech I have waited days, all test have been exhausted and I have a right under my warranty to send my laptop in and to send me a box to do so, it still was refused he stated "We are not sending you a box" I even had a supervisor contact me on

Purchased a Dell Inspiron and it was defective right out of the boxHave tried on numerous occasions to obtain a replacement or refund and am continually ignoredThe customer service assistance they keep offering instead is of no consequence whatsoever, but continues as their only offered remedyThe computer is approximately one month old and has a defective touchpad/left button and numerous other hardware issues, including display driver crashes, camera malfunctions and screen malfunctions

I purchased a Dell XPS from the Dell.com web site on 3/19/ The price was $1,The hardware I eventually received was defective and would not boot I promptly reported the problem to Dell and was offered a refund if I shipped it to them I returned it to Dell via their shipping label on 4/11/and was promised a full refund

On 4/29/2016, Dell credited my card $1,039.37, short-changing me by 253.86, contrary to their written promise for a refund

I bought an Alien ware Aurora desktop computer during a black friend day saleI was assured that the delivery for this item would be no later than December 3-As of December the order tracker has not changed from confirmed to shippedWorried I phoned Dell's costumer service to ask what was going onI was given the run around and after speaking to various agents finally told they had a parts shortage. When I asked which parts I was told different parts where on the listI asked the next agent I was transferd to to confirm that the part I was just told about was indeed on a shortage and was told No that its a different partVery upset I asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied several times before the girl finally transfers me to someone in the wrong department that told me my only options are to cancel my order

Dell shipped a broken tv to my residence last MondayI called and reported it immediately and they checked inventory and said they would send replacementI was also told to call dell back once the new tv arrived to schedule a pick up of the broken tvI call dell back after one week of no communications with me to find that nothing had been doneThe representative told me that the tv was no longer in stock and had not shippedI called them on a Monday to order the replacement and they tell me that it took till Thursday to process that request and by then none of thes particular tvs were in stock at the timeAdditionally, they have all my contact information on file but never contacted me about not sending a replacement tvThus had I not contacted them today I would have waited an undetermined amount of time for a tv that was never going to show up and as a result never return the broken tv
