On 12/14/had written check to JC PenneyThe same check was ran twice and second time it was denied by bank because of same check numberJC Penney automatically sent this to Certegy Check Services for collectingWe have sent two letters from bank showing it was paid and JC Penney sent recipes where they were paid
My problem is this has been weeks and could be more days before we can use checks because they have stopped payment at most storesWhen you call Certegy you can not talk to anyone who can correct this in a timely mannerI see this as being punished for JC Penny mistake
