United Car Care is a Revdex.com accredited A+ rated administrator and pays all approved repair claims with a corporate credit card over the phone to any dealer service center or ASE certified repair facility. There is not much United Car Care can do if a repair facility refuses to call in a claim.

As it seems Ms. [redacted] is stating that the card used is still active; we will go ahead and run a credit to her card tomorrow for her down payment of $150.00. She should see that credit to her account in 3-5 business days.

I am rejecting this response because:You state you have recording, release this so called recording.After speaking to someone about the coverage. I declined. I also have a conformation number that this coverage was declined. I am due a full refund. If all of my funds are not returned to me within the next few days, I will seek legal action against your business.

When Ms. [redacted] called in and set up the coverage she sounded very sweet and of sound mind. There was no reason the sales representative would have thought anything was wrong with Ms. [redacted]'s mental capacities.

Ms. [redacted]'s mother on a couple of occasions regarding cancellation of the coverage. Ms. [redacted]'s coverage has been cancelled at her request and her refund check is in the process of being mailed out. She will be receiving a full refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the circumstances her mother has described.
Ms. [redacted] should have her refund check in approximately 5-7 days.

According to United Car Care, the claims administrator for Mr. [redacted]'s extended coverage; a claim was presented for failed rear differential gears.
When United Car Care sent out an independent inspector, as is the normal case when a claim is...

submitted, the inspector found sand in the right side door, and water intrusion in the rear differential. Damage due water intrusion is not covered under this contract with United Car Care.
Notes say that Mr. [redacted] had recently purchased this used vehicle, unaware that it had been used off road and/or driven through water to a greater degree than rain.
Mr. [redacted] was unhappy about the claim denial and sent in a letter requesting cancellation. His coverage was cancelled as of April 14, 2015 and he received his prorated refund minus the inspection fee and cancellation fee, per the contract's terms and conditions.
Mr. [redacted] had only made a down payment and one monthly payment at the time of cancellation.
We feel this issue has been resolved.

We have received 2 incoming calls from the number listed in this complaint.  In the first call, the consumer did not state his name or reason for the call.  Rather, he just asked what the address of our business was.  The Sales Representative gave him our address and the consumer...

terminated the call.In the second incoming call from the consumer, he requested that he be removed from our mailing list.  The sales representative said he would be happy to remove the consumer from our mailing list and the consumer terminated the call.Mr. [redacted]'s contact information has been removed from our list.  He should not receive any additional mailers from our company.

All the notices we send have this statement listed on them.Perhaps Mr. [redacted] received a mailer from one of the many other marketing companies that send similar mailed advertisements.  If Mr. [redacted] can send us the Customer ID number that appears on the mailers we send, we could the determine if the mailer was sent on our behalf.  We will remove Mr. [redacted] from our mailing list with the information he has provided.  However, the ID number would be of great assistance in the removal process if he can provide it.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:You claim to have removed me from your database but yet I continue to receive mailings. I have not received any more calls nor have I made any additional calls since my first when I requested to not be contacted again. That request obviously went ignored and that is unacceptable. I filed this complaint because I made a call once requesting to never be contacted again and once again, I was contacted via mail. Obviously, making another call was not going to change anything. This business had its chance to resolve the issue and refused to do so. I took what action I saw necessary to have myself heard.

not state that a consumers factory warranty has expired.  They state that if their warranty has expired, they will be responsible for paying for repair bills.  The mail piece then goes on to offer coverage.
