Hard Sales approach, while you think your buying a warranty its not really what your buying There is no guarantee they will cover the issue your having Its subject to there discretionIts more like a service agreement and there are many ways they can get out of covering you This is nothing like a manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty
I contacted my dealership and they advised against purchasing this (warranty) for the reason provided above
They give your days after your deposit to refund you They wont let you use Amex because Amex will give you your money back easily if there is an issue(Red Flag) But they will take Amex for your monthly payments because they don't care if you cancel once they have your deposit, In fact they say you can cancel at any time
Even though I cancelled before the deadline and the agreed to refund me they didn't process the refund and I had to file a charge-backI even gave them a second chance and resent the cancellation form again but still they didn't do it

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Although people should know how hard it was to contact this company and they didn't do exactly as they said in the response My wife called them for a refund on May She asked them for a confirmation and they told her they couldn't provide her one I tried contacting them over times and could not get a hold of them I would the number you dialed is unavailable from both my phone number and my wife's number I had to call them from a separate number in order to get through as though our numbers were being blocked According to the refund transaction it shows May that they processed the credit They said they credited it on which was not so They credited it on the the day I got a hold of them after I posted this on Revdex.com and contacted my credit card company I hope this gets passed on to consumers so they are aware According to multiple sources like *** and other sites they tell consumers to stay away from cold calls from Exended warranty companies especially those that keep calling and don't leave a message and the mail out cards that you receive on your cars extended warranty I will definitely pass this information on my friends and hope Revdex.com does as well to consumers

In January of my husband signed up for a warranty with car treaty and then later changed his mind because of the cost and put a stop payment on the checkThey never told him that they use a third party to collect the monthly payments and they took a payment out after days, which they say if they don't get the initial payment within days they don't process a monthly paymentWe have been trying to get the $back from them since February, they have told me three different times in the last two weeks that the check was processing that day and I should have a check from them by the end of the week, but I am still waiting to see it come in the mailbox

I bought a auto warranty with a day wait period and a 100% money back guarantee During the wait period, I canceled the policy but have not received my refund in a timely manner I have placed four calls over a day period and have been told each time "we will have that to you in days" or "we will have a tracking number for you at the end of the month"One of their excuses is that they have a backlog in the financial department This caused me to wonder how many other people they are doing this to

Do not purchase anything from this company!! I perceive this company to be a scamI am on hold everyday for min or more then disconnectedAfter attempts to contact, at min each holding finally someone picked up and told me to call back the next week and have been unable to contact anyone sinceHolding for min is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.I canceled my EXTENDED warranty policy before it went into affect, (car was only yrs old) No one could tell me what the refund amount will be or when I will receive it while on hold there is a message to contact them on their email if you don't want to hold, but when you send an email there is auto response in seconds that says to call their phone number

I really am happy that I didn't cancel this policy like I initially thought after reading these reviews I have only had a good experience with them, they were very informative about the different service contracts they offer and I like how they lowered my costs for me

Stay awayI was lead to believe by *** *I was getting a so called Platinum Plan when in reality I was only getting a Power Train PlanThank God I looked them upI was sent the policy by *** (she was nice) but when I open it I could not read itI immediately called the company and asked to cancel my policyThe new tech I didn't catch her name was nice and sent me to *** (so called Customer Service Manager)I politely asked *** to cancel my policy he kept going on about how he could upgrade me to the Platinum policy for the same priceI told him No Thank You just cancel my policyHe then started to say how they wasted so much time on me and I would not even look at the new Platinum policyI told him that's the job they choose and to just cancel my policyHe then proceeded to say if I needed the money that bad for Thanks Giving or Christmas then just say so and that the $would not make or break their companyI said ok just cancel my policy and if you did not I would call my credit card company and dispute the chargesAfter he knew I would not give him the satisfaction or control over me he then stated he would cancel the policyStay away peopleI am most certain this business will not lastI did call my CC company to make sure there were no charges addedSo far they have not charged anything to my accountI believe we will cancel that CC and request a new one just to be on the safe side

Revdex.com:Funds do not need to be exchanged for the buyer to look over detailed paperwork. They collect funds immediately while the buyer waits for the paperwork in the mail. Then they want paperwork filled out and sent in to close the account when the policy was never activated for use. The documentation should be sent in PDF to the buyer for immediate viewing like I did with the cancellation paperwork. Waiting 90 minutes and 47 seconds on hold to talk to someone after waiting 2 weeks to see the policy just to get your own money back is terrible business. I feel sorry for the short staffed folks answering the phone.

Car Treaty claims to be an Automobile warranty Company. I was scammed along with many people. We have wrote our complaints to Revdex, Revdex.com, Facebook and Ripoff. No one got a refund back because this is a fake company. I was promised a refund in January. Now Car Treaty stop answering my calls. They owe me $1,952 and I want my money back. The name CarGuard Administration is the Main Company to contact. They claim Customers must talk with Car Treaty to resolve complaints. Can Revdex help with this complaint?. I wrote a detailed complaint on January 6, 2018.

Update: I finally got $1,297 on 7-31-18 by money orders and certified mail. I learned a good lesson about a warranty company never again. I'am happy to get my refund after reporting the business practice to the BBB and Department of insurance in my State and the original place that issued the contract. I have NEVER spoken to the vendor again after the first contact made when the initial order was placed (there are multiple references to "speaking with the customer" made in their letter response to the Revdex.com). References made to supplemental phone conversations are untrue. I emailed the Car Treaty customer support email address included on the vendor's Web site and NEVER received a written response back from the vendor via email. I have never been told what the process for refund would be and what the timeframe for expected refund of the full deposit amount of $595 would entail. In my email communication to the vendor, I explained I was disputing the charge via my credit card company; however, that in no way results in refund of the deposit monies. The dispute process only prevents the cardholder from being responsible for paying the amount charged to the card until the vendor and customer resolve the issue. In this case, the issue is I have yet to receive a phone call to my home number that was used to contact me regarding the extended car warranty package to let me know and confirm that I will indeed receive a refund of the $595 deposit. Nor, have I received any written confirmation of a refund via email or to my mailing address which was captured during the extended warranty order process with Car Treaty. Please assist with assuring that the vendor holds to their commitments with regard to communicating with their customers. The reason I reached out to the Revdex.com in the first place was because of the overwhelming concern with the fact that no one ever answers the Car Treaty phone number I was provided, it disconnects in lieu of letting you leave a message; therefore, there is no way to reach the vendor by phone. In addition, after reaching out via email, I had never received an email response which was disconcerting as well. Please advise and direct on how best to proceed.Regards,
