Canvas Angel

This website is nothing but false advertisements. I recieved rolls of paper with a picture instead on the '100% premium canvas" as described.

I ordered a product from them a month ago. They took my money immediately. There phone is full. They do not respond to any emails and sent several. I asked for refund by email because I received nothing. Absolutely nothing from them. I want them removed so no else gets taken. They also need to be criminally prosecuted for taking money and not providing a product.

I ordered a canvas as a gift for my mom. When it came it was just rolled up canvas--not on a frame. I went back to look in the description and there was no where in the description that it said that it would be unframed. I looked on their website but could find no instructions for making a return or printing out a return label, at which point I contacted the company. After making me go through a whole ordeal of taking pictures of the product and uploading them to my computer and sending them via email, they pointed out that there was an option for framed or unframed. It was very unclear and easy to overlook as, when you order a wall canvas with pictures advertising a framed wall canvas and description that says nothing about it being unframed, you expect it to be framed. I still wanted to return the item as I wanted a framed wall canvas for my mom. They came back with an offer to give me a discount on another order and a partial refund. I opted for a return and full refund, at which point they told me I would have to pay for shipping the product back to China myself, and they would give me a refund when they received it.

This company is NOT in the usa. Their products come from Japan. The phone number goes to NEW YORK STATE, its always busy NEVER RINGS. The product was damaged in mailing and theres ink bleeds on the back of a canvas piece. NOTHING is described that the buyer would have to stretch it and make frames for the product its not a product that you can hang on a wall it has to be cut and measured very bad customer service. They want me to PAY shipping cost to return it to Japan and NOT the USA mailing address that is on the site. They stated I would get a refund of the product but not the shipping cost and this product to ship is half the cost of the product itself.

I placed an order on 12/14/18 and it is now 12/29 and my order still hasn’t arrived. According to the website, orders are shipped out in 2-3 days. After emailing the company several times, I finally received a response back from Robert on 12/24, stating that my order was already shipped and I would have to bear stocking and delivery cost if I decide to cancel my order. I immediately followed up requesting the tracking number but again no response back which means the order was never shipped. I am disappointed because there is no excuse to take this long to ship one item. This company has no respect for their customers and no one deserves to be treated like this.
