1 star reviews is GENEROUS for this place. We ordered a 5 piece Disney's Lion King wall painting for our nursery. The picture online looked really nice and bright. When the product came, the paint is dull and dark. It also shipped from China which is not mentioned on their site. When I asked to refund I am told that I have to ship the package back to their factory in China at my expense - when they are the ones with subpar product that does not match the online description. According to Canvas Storm's own refund policy on their site, they are responsible for the return of product that is "not as described". I just sent that back to Canvas Storm and am waiting on a response.

Needless to say, we will not be shopping with them again and I suggest that you look elsewhere as well.

I placed my order on December 9. My picture (that’s what they call it) arrived on January 6. It looks nothing like what I thought I was ordering. No frame, very small. Just 5 curled up pieces of paper really. Luckily I only paid $34 for this piece of crap. Some people have been out much more. DO NOT order from this company!!!

Product was not as advertised. I purchased the product back on 11/28/19 and did not receive the items until 1/6/19. The product was displayed as canvas. When I received the product it was in a 1x1x12 box. The canvas is very poor quality. Very upsetting. The website on the webpage is from you US but yet the product came out of China. The contact number and email on the website are no good. There is no way to contact anyone about any customer concerns.

We ordered from CanvasStorm on 11/24/19 They took the money out of our account that same day and we have YET to hear from them and they don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. This was to be a christmas gift for our son. At this point we just want the product asap or our momet back!!! Please help us!!!

I placed an order on Dec 4th. I assumed they did their own work and would be receiving a nice piece for my sons room. However, 5 weeks later I receive a small box in the mail from Beijing China with horrible screen printed pieces all rolled up. They advertise such nice work but don’t waste your money. You’ll be completely disappointed. I cannot even return my item because they didn’t include a return slip.

On November 12, 2019 I placed an order of a Winnie The Pooh Canvas for my daughter who is expecting. I payed through PayPal. I never heard from the company until I contacted PayPal about the item that I had not received. I tried to contact Canvas Storm to no avail. As soon as PayPal contacted them, Canvas Storm sent me an email that my item had been shipped. I started receiving emails that the item was in transit. However, the emails came going back and forth saying that it was almost at the location, but then it went back to Phoenix. The emails made no sense. However, up to this date, I have not received anything.

I made 2 separate purchases through Canvas Storm. One was over 30 days ago and the other was just under 30 days. I’ve only made contact once through email. One of my purchases supposedly has shipped, but I cannot get a confirmation about the 2nd order. Their telephone number just goes to an automated response saying all reps are busying then hangs up. This is not a reputable business and needs to be shut down. If y’all can assist me in any fashion please do! Thanks.

Never received order after 6 weeks. Factory is in China.

I ordered some wall hangings on December 3rd. They were supposed to arrive by Christmas. I still haven't received them. Have no way of contacting Canvass Storm Company. I have left messages. And tried to call them. ALWAYS no answer or reply. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.

I ordered a canvas from CanvasStorm.com back in November and still have not even received it, they told me it would take 21 days to receive and it's been well over that. After this happened I read reviews and others were saying it's a scam.

My order has not shipped and no one will reply to my emails which apparantly is the only way to contact them. The phone number states to contact via email. I have sent 8 emails with absolutely no response and have no idea what to do.

I placed an order on Dec. 5th and I have gotten no response from company on where my order is when I call customer service it just states all reps are busy I have emailed them with no response all I want is what I paid for or my money back I see a lot of complaints for this company(after the purchase) for the same reasons we work hard for our money and this truly feels like we are being scammed thank you for your time with this matter look forward to getting this resolved

I purchased a pruduct for $34.99 and I have never received it..its been over a month already..and they dont have a valid number to contact them..try to emaill but never answered me back..I would like to get my money back.thanks.8

I ordered from this company thinking my order was being shipped from within the United States. They DO NOT tell you it is being shipped from China. They actually think that they are not doing anything wrong. This is a fraudulent company and took from November 5, 2019 and it was not delivered until December 21,2019. And all they kept telling me in emails that they gave me a tracking number everything was fine. I have all my emails from them.

I placed an order for a canvas print on 12/6/2019 and received confirmation of my order through Canvas storm co LTD. I have not received a tracking number or confirmation of shipment. I have tried to contact them but, the number they provide is no longer in service as well as email with no response. My credit card has been charged for this product and I have yet to receive it.

Advertising was miss leading. Product is stuck in China. They informed on website there was no middle man. Well indeed there is. With it being them. Because they own nothing with the factory in China. They said they oversee the product being made. But they have nothing to do with the making of the product. Lies lies lies. I still don't have my product it's still in China like I said. I won't a total refund not a partial one. I would recommend this business be permanently closed.

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. Terrible customer service. Took payment 3 weeks ago and still no product. Going through the dispute process with PayPal.

We ordered from this company on 12/1/19. Their policy states that we should receive tracking information 5 days after the order had been placed. We have yet to see our order. This was a gift for our son for Christmas. I have tried to call the number on their site and it continues to state that their reps are busy and to email. I have sent several emails and have heard nothing in response.

I ordered XL canvas a month ago and I haven’t received it. The tracking number is fake. The address in Portland, OR is not theirs. These people are in China and you cannot get them on the phone. I think this is a scam and I’m trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Hopefully you were smart and read the comments before you bought. I wish I would have. I paid for the largest print and upgraded it to get the frames, I spent over 180$. This is my fiancé’s biggest Christmas present from me and I ordered it over 3 weeks ago. I have never received a shipping email. I’ve herd nothing. The phone number is fake. This place is a giant foreign scam. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
