Canvas Angel

This is a scam business. We ordered on 6/13/20 and they took our money. On 6/18/20 they said it was being processed and on 6/23/20 it was to ship soon. As of 7/22/20 we have received nothing. Their phone number is always busy and they do not respond to email or messages.

Placed my order on June 3rd. When it hadn't arrived by July 1 I tried calling the number on the website. It rings once and goes to a busy signal. Finally I emailed and now the email has come back as undeliverable. They got their money, I didn't get a product and by the looks of the other reviews the products are junk anyways. Lesson learned I guess.

All of the below reviews are true. This company is a scam. They took my money on May 10th when I ordered my canvas. They sent me an email saying it had been shipped on 5/17. In fact they only printed a label and as of today 6/30 it had still not made it to FedEx. They keep hiding behind the coronavirus and will not refund my money. They also function under multiple company names. They need to be shut down.

Trust the reviews that were generated, this company is a scam. I placed my order on May 8th, 2020 and have yet to receive it. The tracking number they provided me with indicates that they haven't yet created a label. They keep telling me that they are operating on a skeleton crew basically and that the mail is slow as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is totally untrue. Their response time is very slow and they just don't seem to care. I have requested a refund from them and I am currently awaiting a response, we shall see...

Order 2 prints, recieved 1. They stated in an email thre other was being shipped and I still have not recieved it and they will no longer respond to my emails

DO NOT BUY - This is a scam business - the same thing that I ordered and never received is now pictured - exact same picture as Canvas Storm - under a new company name - Bedding Mania. Reading other reviews of emailing and trying to get information about my order is the same scenario - they answered my first inquiry just apologizing for the delay but after six weeks still nothing and they ignored my next email. Very disappointed and upset. I wish I had checked Revdex.com before I ordered.

Scam company posing to be from Oregon--poorly made items are shipped directly from China. I tried to return item, and was told it needed to be shipped to Vietnam?! Ridiculous. Too bad Paypal decided to not help in this case--apparently they don't care where they get their money--scam or not. Ridiculous that Canvas Storm has been allowed to stay in business. Don't do business with them. Trust the bad reviews.

I ordered my 5 piece set on 12/2/19 with the understanding of receiving my order by Christmas. It is now 2/19/2020. I had no Idea this was coming straight from China. Had I known this I never would have purchased this item from them. I have filed a complaint with paypal and have reached out to Canvas Storm to return my money only to receive delay tactics as well. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed an order on 12/01/19, for canvas prints and have yet to receive them. I was given a tracking number that only stats my order was processed through China in late December 2019. I have attempted to call and email multiple times to inquire about the status of my order with no success. No way should it take three months to receive an order and the lack of customer service is very disappointing. Please help

I placed an order nearly 10 weeks ago and still have not received my shipment.

Ordered on 24-Dec and received a tracking number for USPS on 31-Dec. I’ve been diligently checking the tracking and it kept showing “Pre-shipment: Origin post is preparing shipment”. I go to the website to check their shipping FAQs and see they say to allow 14-23 days for processing and shipping. Finally on 20-Jan I decide to reach out to the company when the shipping status is the same.

The website, at the time, listed a phone number. I called it and it went to an answering machine saying to email them. I emailed inquiring about an estimated shipping date. I got a response from “Robert” the next day saying they had delays due to the holiday season and to track my package as my order had been processed and was in transit. When I emailed back on the 24th advising them that tracking had no updates I didn’t get a response.

I read some reviews on the company and found out that if you order unframed canvas that means it shows up to your home rolled up. Their website is not clear on this unless you really search for it. To me, a framed canvas would have something like a picture frame around it. I’m not a canvas expert so I have no clue it would mean anything different. Obviously I was mistaken in my assumption.

Knowing this information along with the lack of response and blown timelines to receive said product; I check my account on 02-Feb to see if I had been charged, which I haven’t. PayPal doesn’t even have anything associated with the transaction ID at this point. I check tracking with USPS and the same pre-shipment status is showing. I decide to email the company and request they cancel my order. Since yesterday I have been arguing with Robert about cancelling my order. This company claims to reside in Portland, OR...not sure if that’s accurate considering the product ships from China. This company also claims that customer service is their number one priority. If that is true then cancel my order. I don’t want rolled up canvas that so far is taking 65+ days to ship.

Just in 24 hours of emailing back and forth Robert first claims my order has processed and is in transit to me now. I email a screenshot of the USPS tracking to prove that it isn’t even to the USPS facility yet. Robert responds now telling me the product is in transit to USPS. So which is it? If customer service is your number one priority then have better descriptions of what framed verses unframed means, don’t blow shipping timelines, provide updates with REAL information and not just canned answers, and when a customer isn’t happy you do what is needed to make them happy. I see no reason why my order can’t be cancelled when the product isn’t even at the shipping facility and I haven’t been charged.

Just cancel my order, simple.

We placed an order back in Dec. and he (Robert ) says it was delivered. We have no record of the item being delivered to the Apartment complex. he never provided any receipt of delivery, We kept going back and forth on emails saying we had looked and nothing was delivered. he then told us that if we wanted it in the frame it would cost us another $99. We had already paid 59.99 plus shipping and taxes for it. very disappointed in this website and from what I can tell he has been scamming for over a year. People say they don't get anything some people do but it's wrong .

I placed an order with them for $44.00 on Dec. 16, 2019 and yet to receive my item. I am actually mad at myself for not running a check on this company or read reviews. I received an email stating that my order was received and a few emails back and forth with Robert of customer support even with a tracking number. Every time I put in the tracking number, nothing shows up, just that a label was placed but no other tracking available. Robert stated that the item could not be refunded for it had already shipped except that it hasn’t. I also would not have ordered with them had I known this item was shipping from China. Nowhere on the site does it state that. I thought it was coming from Oregon. Once I started requesting a refund and sending screen shots of shipping status, communication has stopped. I haven’t received anything till this day. I reported them to my bank for stealing my money and they are currently working on this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE A PRODUCT!

My order was paid for in full. It’s been over 2 months since my order has been made. They can not provide me further shipping information other than saying it is leaving China post and is on the way to a USPS location. The first time they told me that the holidays were causing shipping delay. And now when I email them, they do not respond to my email. I feel like this is a fraud.

I ordered from Canvas Strom on December 2nd, 2019 with the funds being charged to my account on December 3rd, 2019. I ordered a gift to be sent to Wisconsin, the gift being canvas print outs of the GreenBay Packers Football Stadium. I was told that the shipping could take anywhere from 7-30 business days. I received a tracking number relatively soon after I placed my order. The tracking number simply told me that the package was "processing". It has been over 30 business days at the time of my filing this complaining. The tracking link still says "processing" and that the package is "in transit to the shipment facility". Which from previous experience with USPS leads me to believe this was an auto-generated tracking number and that my package has not even made it to the carrier USPS.
I have contacted Canvas Storm multiple times and all I have gotten from them in response is an email giving me my tracking number and telling me that they are working on it. I have requested a replacement or a refund, and Canvas Storm has begun to ignore my emails. The phone number they have posted does not ring it simply gives me a voice message telling me to email them

They need a '0' rating! Ordered a five panel print that didn't arrive for over a month (my first clue something was fishy). When it did arrive, the panels are rolled up in a box, not stretched (which has suddenly appeared as the description on their website). The print quality is beyond blurry and overall unacceptable. Attempted to contact them by email and phone, during various times of the day. No response and the phone is never answered. SO....got PayPal involved to dispute the transaction. A month later I'm told by PayPal that the company will issue a refund, but I have to repackage the thing and send it back to VietNam with a return receipt requested (there is no Oregon store). It will cost me almost what I paid to return it!! Now I'm stuck with an unusable product and no recourse. This is fraud!!!

Paid for product, never came. Ordered November 21st. Says it’s still in transit from China. No one will answer phone, or reply to my last email a week ago. Told them I was contacting Revdex.com

I ordered a canvas product from this company off their website. Their website has their address based out of Portland, OR. Nowhere does it say, or indicate, that the item is shipped directly from China. I've been waiting nearly two months and have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the company, and get nothing but delay tactic answers. I have asked for a refund after reading complaints from other customers.

COMPLETE SCAM!! The print I got for my sons room looks NOTHING like it was advertised. It was made in China on some cheap paper and the picture is so blurry and out of focus you cant even tell what its supposed to be. This was a complete waste of money.

I ordered a 5 piece canvas on 12-2-19 and paid 139.99... I have tried emailing and the address is not good... I went to their home site and the email is the same. I tried calling and it say all operators are busy... I would like my money returned... I believe they have no interest in sending the product... They promised to have it delivered in 31 days.
