Terrible company! Quality is horrible and they make it impossible to get a refund. Save your money and avoid this company.
The products come with no frame they are cheap uneven and made in China. They try to make it extremely difficult to get a refund. I would give negative stars if that was an option.
I ordered a canvas print on 4/21/19. First, they never disclosed the difference between framed and not framed. I found out from another (scamy) type canvas site that framed means it has the backing to be hung and not framed means its a rolled up piece of paper. I ordered not framed under false pretenses (I assumed framed like a picture frame with a border). Besides that initial issue, I sent an email asking for an update on my order as its been over a week with no information. Their phone # is a prerecorded message saying to email them. Its a generic "[email protected]" email. Never heard back from them on an update. Started researching and came across some other Revdex.com reviews saying they had problems getting their products and being charged. My initial search showed they had no issues (it seems they have 2 pages here not sure how that happened). When I clicked the 2nd Revdex.com link on google for Canvasstorm, it showed 6 complaints in the last few months. Since I learned from another website I ordered the wrong type of print and since they have no way to contact them besides email, I asked to cancel my order has it hadn't been processed and I received zero updates but they charged me for the full amount on the day of purchase. I still have not heard anything from this company. I assume it is a scam and either I will never get a product or it will be of poor quality and I will have to fight once it got here. That is why I chose to cancel with them before anything was sent or processed. I also had my grandparents order a print for them that they would like to cancel as well.
I placed an order on April 11th. They immediately took the money out of my account. It is now May 1st and I haven't received any information from them at all on shipping or anything. I've called the phone number 5-6 times and it immediately goes to voicemail. I've sent an email everyday for the last four days with no response at all. I want my product asap or my money back. I ordered this for my 9 year old son to redecorate his room at his request. I planned way ahead and ordered it six weeks in advance. Now it looks like I'm not going to receive it or even get a response on it. Please do not order from this company
I am giving 1 star if I could do a 0 star I would. Buyer beware. After purchasing a 5 piece art piece I received only one communication stating my pieces will be on hold until my payment had cleared. This was the only communication until what comes next. The money was taken out of my account and there was no follow-up communication stating my pieces were on their way. With no communication and my money taken out I tried to find a way to contact the company. I called the number several times, only to get a record message stating " Sorry all operators are busy at this time, please contact us online. Which I attempted to do several times and kept getting looped back to my account and their ordering website, I also kept trying the phone number. I then attempted to look up reviews on this company which I can't find on their website. After finding something's on the internet which were none to favorable to this company fearing this was a scam or poor in their quality. I contacted my bank and started a claim against them. Likewise I contacted PayPal with the same complaint about them. PayPal took in my complaint and asked if I wanted a refund or would I still like the pieces that I ordered. I told them I wanted a refund and not the pieces that I ordered due to lack of confidence in this company. Now this is when I got my 2nd communication from them ( remember after I have filed two complaints to get my money back. The 2nd communication started that my order was being processed, though I have asked for my money back and that the order be canceled (and remember this is 9 days after placing that order. So inclusion Buyer beware, I personally wouldn't recommend buying from this company. 0 star for lack of communication, no real customer service to locate, to no transparency via reviews on their website and underhanded tricks to keep my order in play after filing complaints and asking for a refund.
I ordered a print from them in December 2018. It took a while but finally came. When it did it was not what I thought I bought. The canvas is on cheap fake plastic canvas, not real canvas, there where scratch marks and some of the prints where blurry also they where rolled up it didn’t not come 3D like the picture they showed . So I wrote the company on my concerns on January 8,2019. They seemed real concerned at first wanted me to take pictures so they could look this over. I always had to get a hold of them but finally the end of January 2019 they came back with we send this a tracking number real soon. Then that never showed so I emailed them again the said it may take a while. So I’m march I emailed again they gave the run around that they needed pictures told them I already did that, then they came back with they need to review it again. So now almost end of April 2019 I ask them what is going on explained every thing again and they came back with nothings wrong with my stuff and they aren’t going to do any thing with it.
So far I have been less than satisfied with this company. I ordered a canvas for a friends birthday and still have yet to receive the canvas. My friends birthday was last night. I am extremely unsatisfied with there service. I emailed then and all I received back was a email saying they were checking into it. Really? No phone call. Just a email.. I this there form of customer service.. I would look into another canvas print company if I were to purchase a canvas print. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY

I have been getting the run around from the company about where my order is. When I input the address it was off by one number so I gave them the correct address and never received it. They keep saying they are looking into it but have not received anything.
I had to do this because it is only right to do. I ordered a XXL 5 panel from canvas storm and it came to my front door only after 15 days of ordering it. The canvas looks great and was well packaged. I seen the other reviews only after I ordered my canvas and was very skeptical. I even tried to get my refund from pay pal, but it was to late. They had already processed the payment. Maybe they are trying to make a change for the better. All in all my experience with canvas storm was 5 stars.
Please do not order from this business. I ordered a Harry Potter canvas and it was absolutely horrid. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. It also takes about 1 month because its manufactured in China.
I ordered a canvass from them back in November and it still hasn’t arrived. They’re customer service line is always busy whenever I call about it and they always take at least a week to respond to emails. Very disappointed.
Take your money and provide no emails or account information or product and does not respond to PayPal disputes.
I ordered an item for approximately 150 dollars in December. When the item arrived in January it had multiple damaged pieces upon opening. I immediately took photos and sent them via email asking for a replacement. They sent an email saying a replacement was sent but that never arrived. Since that time I have been emailing them for months asking for my money back. The phone number on their website is fake and when they bother to return an email they say the same thing each time. That "I need to let them know and send photos of the exact panels that are broken." I have done this on four occasions now. At this point I do not trust them to do the right thing and have been requesting a refund for quite some time. I have repeatedly asked for them to send me a label so I can send the item back which, according to their website, is a possibility under their guarantee.
On 12/17/18, my sisters ordered a canvas for me as a Christmas gift from this company. The item did not come to me in a timely manner (it took a month to receive it), and the item was not as described -- the resolution / picture quality of the images were very poor, and it was printed on a white canvas (instead of a black one as pictured on their website) so the sides would be white -- which would look very bad when paired with a dark image like mine (I ordered a canvas of a universe picture). I am very disappointed with the quality, and I contacted this company at [email protected] to get a refund. They said I would have to ship my canvas to China myself and then I would get a refund. I have no idea how much it would cost to ship to China, but I'm sure it would be a lot. I told them that my item was not as described, and after waiting 2 weeks with no response and finally communicating with them further, they said that the manufacturer said it was normal so there was nothing they could do for me. I've sent multiple e-mails back and forth with them where they completely ignore my concerns and would say things like "please kindly understand" before trying to tell me that everything was supposedly normal. I said that I would ship my item back to their U.S. address in order to receive a refund, but they said that I had to mail it back to China myself.
I placed an order on February 4, 2019, as of today, I have not received my product (Redskin canvas). I have made numerous attempts via telephone to contact this organization and the telephone number is constantly busy. I have emailed the company and have not received a response, nor have I received any communication regarding the status of my product. This company has exhibit poor communication, customer service and professionalism.Ii do not recommended this organization.
I will be contacting my credit card company and PayPal for failure to provide goods or services and request a refund.
Placed an order with Canvas Storm on 2/4/19 in the amount of $51.00 (Order CS#***). Inquired when my order would be received; received an e-mail stating they were experiencing a problem with their website and they would get back to me 2/10/19. Their customer support telephone plays a recording, then hangs up. I have contacted my American Express Card Company to dispute this purchase as "This shop is unavailable", no phone communications. Very disappointed; lesson learned not to do business with CanvasStorm.com. "NO STARS RATING FOR CANVASSTORM.COM"

I Purchased a five piece painting collage over a month ago. I have yet to receive any shipping information I cannot contact them they will not reply to my emails their website doesn’t work and their phone number goes right to voicemail every time I either want my product or I want my money back
I had purchased an item from this company for $44.99 and they immediately took the money out of my bank account and said they would email me when the item has shipped. After waiting a few weeks and still haven’t received an email, I emailed them. I waited a few days and there was still no response. I went to view my order and the website was down. After looking the company up again, I seen they had permanently closed AFTER I purchased. . I messaged them on Facebook and sent another email asking if I could get my money back and I still haven’t gotten a response back.
I just made a complaint yesterday, February 11 2019 about the Canvas Storm company. I am informing you that I have received my order today. Not exactly what I expected, but it will do. Thank you for your time!
I bought one of their products almost a month ago and I have yet to receive the canvas that I ordered or an email saying it was shipped. Have contacted their customer service via email and no response. Now when I try to go to their website I get notified that the shop is unavailable. If I am not going to get my product I would like to get my money back.
This company is advertising that they are selling canvas wall art but then when you receive the item it is just a canvas fabric. The photo on their website is deceiving and should show the actual item you are receiving when you order, not what it would look like if you pay the extra $50 to have it on a "frame". They list that you can have the item "framed" for extra money, but canvases are always on a wood background, not a frame. They are calling this wood background a frame which is very confusing and deceitful to their US Customers. I am positive they are aware of this as I have told them and I am sure others have too. Not only that, but they list that they have an address in the US when they are in fact located in China. If you have a problem with your order, they tell you that you have to pay for the return shipping to China, which also involves customs forms. I would never have ordered from this company had they been truthful about their location and the actual product that they were selling.
