Canvas Angel

I accidentally hit the buy button on my phone while dropping my phone and it purchased a canvas from Canvas Storm. I immediately started texting, calling and emailing to cancel order and recieved a response by email several days later saying the company would refund my money
It has been 11 days and no refund. I finally went to my bank and filed a dispute and I just recieved another email saying they are processing my order again. I do not want, need or require this order to go through and they are not a legitimate company I am finding out

I purchased an item and waited they have my correct information. the product was never delivered or ship. and they refuse to resend a replacement or issue a refund. I email them back and forth and tried calling but their number doesn't work. This company is a fraud

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with . I purchased a canvas over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They never provided me with a tracking # so I cannot track it
They claim to be located in Portland, Oregon but they are not .. the two contact numbers on their website are fake . You can only contact them via email which only tells me they are in China.

Scammers !!! Don’t fall for it .. I would recommended purchasing your canvas from another before wasting your money and time .

I ordered an X-Large canvas which I recieved, but the product was the wrong canvas. I emailed cutomer service to address the issue. I was told to take a picture of the incorrect canvas and send the pictures for proof. I did this and was told I would recieve the correct picture at no charge. This has been a 6 or 7 month process and still not resolved. I have emailed the customer service numerous tiumes, but have been completely ignored once being told they would ship the correct product. I have asked for a refund at this point and simply wanting an update on the product.

Buyer Beware. I agree with other reviews. A SCAM. Usable blurred prints are not a canvas like shown on web. I filed dispute with PayPal also.

I ordered from this company three weeks ago. The phone number on website is out of service. I simply want to cancel my order and receive my payment back on my card in full. There have been many complaints logged to the BBC about this company. I wish to not do any business with them now or in the future.

I order a canvass and it asked if I wanted it framed or not.
Framed= the canvass in an additional covering.
Their definition of frame is the wood part.
Otherwise you will get a rolled picture. Ridiculous
How can they charge 80$ for 5 prints and not include the wood outline underneath.
Stupid.
They need to make clearer information for buyers.

I purchased a XXL canvas for 59.99 plus tax. When canvas arrived 2 1/2 weeks later, packaging and canvases were soaking wet. The canvases were all blurry, dark and looked nothing like what was advertised in photos on website. I sent emails complaining about quality of product, that I wanted my money back or a replacement. They emailed back and said I received the correct canvas per what I ordered. I emailed back and replied that it doesn't look like what I purchased. They responded by stating understand that the purchased item was on canvas, so it wouldn't be as clear as if it was on paper. Clearly I understood I was ordering a canvas print, hence canvas storm. So either what they are advertising on website is on paper to look more clear, or I received a manufacturing defect. I am unable to talk with anyone because phone # on site doesn't work. All emails responses just keep saying there is nothing wrong with what I received.

Should be NEGATIVE stars!! This was crap. Blurry, not cut to size. I am filing a dispute with PayPal.

I agree with what others have said. We ordered a canvas wrapped 5 piece print. I believed I was ordering from Portland Oregon but it was shipped from China. When I wanted to return, I emailed within the week and no one has responded in the week since. I have tried to call and no one answers the phone. It says to email. Now the phone number says it isn't working.

It seems this is definitely not a reputable company!

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews and for a while I believed I was getting scammed. I ordered the XXL Michael Jordan piece Framed and was very happy when I received it. The quality was to my liking, it was handled with care and I’m giving it four stars because it took about a month to receive however it is because it comes from China. I’m sure I’ll buy another piece of art from them in the future.

I bought an item from this company, but I have not received the item. I have done everything on my part including paying for the item and calling USPS to get the item. They have not been able to help. I contacted customer service for this company and the customer service representative has been less than stellar. I want my guaranteed refund.

Horrible, print arrived rolled up like a poster, blurry, and not cut to size. Filed dispute with PayPal.

I ordered a large canvas print from this company. Right after placing the order, I received an email saying my order was being processed. After several days of waiting without any further information, I tried to call the company several times but only ever received a busy signal. Because I was unsure whether the order would go through and I could not reach the company or find any way to search or alter my order through their website, I placed an order for the same item through a different company. A week later the company charged my account for the item. I emailed them immediately to cancel the order and they responded that they could not cancel my order without charging 50% for restocking. The refund policy, however, states that they only charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. Through this entire process, I did not receive one email or update from the company about the status of my order and they only responded once the order had been shipped. I have since tried several times to reach the company via phone and none of my calls have been answered. The company is claiming they responded immediately but they ignored a week's worth of calls before answering an email.

I ordered a canvas painting on July 1, 2019. I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company daily to no avail. The email receipt said we would not get charged until we received the canvas. This company never sent us a tracking number for delivery and to this day I have not received our canvas and it’s July 12, 2019.

I ordered a 5-panel wall hanging from Canvas Storm as a gift. The image is of the "Minnesota Vikings", but what I received has a partial "Minnesota" spelled out on the top and a partial "Vikings" on the bottom. What I ordered had neither. The company acknowledged the mistake in emails and asked if I wanted it replaced or my money back and I asked for replacement. Now they don't get back to me. I haven't heard anything from them since April 19, 2019 but I have sent them numerous emails and called them many, many times. (I have never gotten through on the phone - it just directs you to contact them thru their email address and ends the call automatically. I have saved all e-mail correspondence.

CUSTOMER BEWARE..O stars. This website is nothing but false advertisements.. no real customer service, no one picks up the phone and no follow up emails after you order and long waiting times to receive the order since it comes from China....MISLEADING PORTLAND ADDRESS. I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM A U.S BASED COMPANY IN PORTLAND since there is no mention of China on their website for returns.
The product is cheaply made and is terrible quality. I tried to return it and even though according to their website description as being based in Portland OR, it was supposed to be shipped from Portland OR and returns are supposed to go back to Portland OR, but to my surprise, I was told I had to ship it back to China on my expense to return it, which would probably cost as much as I paid for the product. They make it extremely difficult to get a refund Sadly, there is nothing you can do to get your money back from them and you feel helpless and disappointed. If you read their return policy, it's made all in their favor sadly.
I received rolls of papers with cheaply used fake colors instead of the 100% premium canvas panels as described. Panels canvas are always ready to hang. To confuse the customer further they give a option to frame but canvas panels does not need framing since they are wood wrap background which is not considered framing.. Framing is totally different option.

I purchased canvas prints from Canvas Storm on June 18, 2019. When I received the prints they were blurry and undersize. I contacted the company to get a refund since I was very disappointed with their workmanship. They told me I had to return my order to China. It would cost me more to send the order to China than to throw them away! I asked if I could send to their listed US address that is on the Revdex.com website however I found out it is a fake address. I just want my $61.98 back and if I am sent a mailing label I will be happy to return the horrible canvas prints.

Product was terrible quality. I tried to return it and even though it shipped from Portland OR, I was told I had to ship it to China on my dime to return it, which would probably cost as much as I paid for the product. When I tried to refute the return shipping, I never heard back from them. Tried three more times to make contact, but no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I bought 2 canvases from this place. First of all they made it seem like they came already prepared to be hung. This is not the case. They come rolled up in crap packaging and they are junky prints. Blurry. I paid $127 for my two canvases. I told Canvas Storm I wanted to return them. They said there is a 15% stocking fee and I have to pay for shopping. Ok. Well the shipping is back to CHINA. This place has an address in the US. To ship it back was $160. Ridiculous. Such a scam. I want my money back.
