I purchased an item and still have to received it. I have made several attempts by phone and emails. Trying multiple phone numbers and emails with no response from either number nor emails

On Nov 29, 2019 I ordered a Canvas from Canvas Storm, total of $84.00. I received 2 emails confirming my order and that it was processing. However it is now dec 12 and I sent about 3 emails for an update and I have not received a response from them. I called the number on the website multiple times and an automated response comes on saying customer service is busy and to contact them via email in which they don’t respond to. I’m afraid this is a fraud business whom just took my $84.00 from me. Please further assist me.

I ordered a canvas from them on November 2nd 2019. I received an email saying it was in the process of being shipped from China on November 8th 2019. It’s December 11th and I have yet to receive my order. It says on their website that it could take 7-21 business days to receive the order. I have also tried to call and email numerous times. Their phone number does not work as well.

Order placed 11/8 and finally arrived today 12/11 after getting PayPal involved when canvas storm did not answer my email asking when my order would ship. The box arrived from China. Not Oregon. Very poor quality of printed picture. Definitely not worth $90. Avoid this company.

I made a purchase on 12/2/2019 from Canvas Storm in the amount of $59.48. Their website states Canvas orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. On this same website my order shows processing since the date of purchase, 12/2/2019. I have made at least 12 phone calls to the # listed on website, 971- 350-1016, get same recording with every call, all customer service reps are busy and to contact them via info@canvasstorm. I have done this with 2 emails. I feel that this is a scam.

I ordered a product in November that should have arrived by mow-I have emailed the company with no response by them. I tried to call but the message refers you to an email. I paid with Paypal and have contacted them also

I received an order confirmation. They collected my money. I've attempted 4 failed phone calls and 3 non responsive emails.

I ordered a canvas from this company, then received an email saying that they got my order and gave me an order #. When I tried to track my order it said it couldn’t be found. Then I tried calling, but every time the operators we’re supposedly busy. I finally sent an email but did not receive a response back.

I ordered a canvas for $65 about two months ago and still haven’t received it. I’m not in in hurry but try to call them and it just says to email them like they don’t take phone calls. At first they did email back a couple times saying there was a long wait on the product I ordered so I waited and now I have been emailing them for a month and haven’t got a response. I feel like I have been ripped off

Received an XL canvas print on August 9, 2019. The product was not as advertised, image quality was exceptionally poor and uneven on the canvas tile (some image cut off where on the website it is not). The canvas tiles were not even close to the same size as printed on their website. Sent photos to Canvas Storm via email on August 18 of the issues and told them I wanted to return the product. Was told I had to return to China at my expense even though the have a US address in Oregon (they do not answer their phone at all). Shipped product on August 24 to China (cost me $24) to the exact address they specified. USPS cannot track package in China and I wasn't paying >$50 to track. Provided customs number (***) on August 30 to Canvas Storm via email. Requested status of return and exchanged emails on Sept. 19, October 4, October 5, October 18, October 25, October 26, and November 11. Some responses were that they can't verify delivery to their factory, others are no response. I asked why they use my tracking to see if it's delivered (which as I noted USPS won't track in China) instead of just checking the factory to see if it's been delivered. No response. I shipped to their Chinese factory at my expense to the address they provided. Their website indicates they cover shipping for manufacturing defects (which is not truthful). I should have been refunded months ago. This company appears to be dishonest and represents falsehoods on their website. The legality of their operation in the U.S. is dubious.

Order #*** was placed on October 9, 2019. As of today, November 19th, ive still not received it, tracking still lists as processing, customer service line goes straight to a message saying to email, and emailing them helps nothing because thry just give the same tracking number. I cannot speak to a rep and they won't help. I believe its a scam abd they have stolen our money under false pretenses.

Saw these reviews to late. I splurged for my sons room and spent $150 on the xxl 5 panel canvas. Very cheap, very thin, and picture is so out of focus, you can’t even tell if the dinosaurs have eyes. I don’t even think I would pay 30 dollars if I saw this in the store. Big mistake. There is no phone number to company, just a fake one along with the fake address. This company (If you want to call it that) is located in China. Order elsewhere and always search any new companies before buying from!!! I sure learned my lesson!

this company is bogus. I ordered a canvas for my sons room. it took 3+ weeks to arrive from China. The quality of the print and the material it was printed on is horrible. It is not even canvas but some other cheap and shiny material. I kindly requested a refund. They told me to ship it back to China! which would cost me as much as the darn thing in the first place. I took photos and they said there is nothing wrong so they are not willing to do anything. we went back and forth over 4-5 email exchanges. NEVER EVER buy from them. the product is crap and so is the customer service. I am going to have to eat this one and try to dispute with Paypal. I threw the "Print" in the trash. They should be shut down.

I think there is something really strange going on here. I Googled an art piece to purchase and I was brought to a site that sold these pieces, however, it came up with a different name in the URL which is based in Ottawa. When I searched the same site on my phone, my iPhone directed me to Portland area code. I emailed them using the email address on their site I never receive a reply. When I click on the web page on a PC, it says the page was protected. After some further digging, I came across the Revdex.com site but not for Canvas Storm, at first, it was for a very similar business. the content on each of these sites are exactly the same, there are three sites that are almost identical in content but they have obviously replaced the company names. Of course when Googling one of the sites, it comes up with several websites that are are not the one selling the five-piece canvass art which makes it impossible to pin point causing my belief this is a scam. Because I paid through PayPal as a guest, the charge does not come up on my app. At first, I honestly wanted to change my order and get the artwork framed, but after all of these inconsistencies I felt that maybe these sites were not legitimate. When calling both numbers, the voice message states "our store is dealing with other customers...." which makes my assumption that I may not even get the art work and ive lost the money. You are better off order your canvass art pieces from Etsy as they are a trusted site by many.

I ordered a canvas in early October and have yet to receive it. I have sent an email and have tried to contact the company but have received no response. This company is a fraud.

Ok, so I order a xl 5 panel canvas a month ago from them and I finally got my order. Last week I decided to read the reviews and I notice it was all bad. I was already disappointed that I wasnt even looking forward to my order getting to me. But let me tell you I recieve my order today and it was perfect. It was a gift to my husband and he was amazed. I didnt recieve no roll up picture or anything. Everything was already ready to hang! Satisfy customer here!!! Wish I can post up a picture to show how it looks! Thanks canvas storm!

Worst experience ever! Purchased a 5 piece canvas. Phone number is fake. Finally arrived after over a month. What we received was rolled up in a tube! It looks like someone took a small print, enlarged it (so grainy you can hardly tell what it is) and then put in on this paper that is a bit heavier than poster paper. Filed a dispute with Paypal (because that was the only way to pay) and the closed my dispute because the seller said they delivered what I ordered. Paypal did not even give me a chance to respond. Now I am pursing a refund from my credit card company. Do not buy from this company!!!!

SCAM!!! CANVASSTORM is not company located in Portland, OR, it is a scam from China fooling people with pictures on their website and charging their cards. They have their own description of framed vs. no frame to fool customers and once you receive the product and realize that its not what you wanted, it's too late b/c they do everything not to accept returns. I filed a dispute with Credit Card Company, but they also fight back through that. At the end, my credit card company issued me a refund as goodwill but the company was still paid which really pisses me of.

Canvas arrived in strips rolled up in a very small box. When I requested a return, the company said that they would only accept returns to their China address and not through their US address. It would’ve cost four times as much to send it back as the original canvas cost. Not an easy company to deal with

I place an order Sept 21. Still havent recived it. I try to email twice. They send me trackinv links. It should not taken this long to process it. I try calling. The phone didnt go through. What should I do? Is this company legit?
