Answered no to the CannaPro balm and sleep aid. s a scam -
When I printed the order I was charged for the (2) items at a total of $90 and change, not the $5.99 I was will to pay for. Immediately I knew it was a scam
I sent an email right away with the order number, (as they did not provide a phone number), to cancel the order. I resent the cancellation request every day for 3 weeks with no reply.
I contacted my cc company and the phone number listed for the balm and sleep add was billed through Boost was not in service. The phone number for the trial was billed under Mail club.pro I called (888-567-4093) and he stated he was not a CSR only to take my phone and they would call me back.
This was 3 weeks ago, have not received the product.

I want a full refund as I requested the order cancellation immediately after the order was placed. No product was delivered and no replies to the emails sent. I sent a cancellation request every day for a week with no response.
I ordered the free CBD tincture plus the sleep solution and the pain balm. I received the tincture but not the products ordered. I have called twice and was told they would ship it out and email me the tracking #. I've not received an email or package. This obviously is a scam.
Same thing happened to me that happened to ***, except I have received nothing after two weeks.
Charged ninety dollars for what I thought was a trial bottle at around six dollars. Recieved cream and sleep aid I never ordered. Had to cancel my credit card. Don't know how to go about getting my money back
Ordered the "free" sample of Cannapro Oil on Jan 20,2020, was charged $5.99on my credit card for shipping on Jan 21, 2020 by an unrecognized company, bruninskinny,innovationz.
On Jan 20, 2020 I was also billed $45 for Cannapro soothing Rub, which I had inadvertently ordered , and have yet to receive.
I was told by company representative to expect shipment in 24-48 hrs when I called on January 24, 2020. I was told I needed only to call to cancel order within 14 days of delivery and they would stop sending automatic monthly shipments charged to my credit card which they now have on file.
The package arrived today, February 3,2020, and the soothing rub was not included.
When I called the company today, the representative put me on hold for 5 minutes.
I will be seeking recourse through my credit card company.
I asked for a5.99 cbd oil and now they are getting into my account for 90'00 dollars

they claimed to be endorsed by Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil, I ordered the cbd for 5.99 and declined the other two products, when I got the final invoice they have charged me $5.99 plus $84.99 and have included the two products I had declined. The charges on my account were divided into two companies and two different charges the one for $5.99 and the one for $84.99, the company charging $5.99 had a phone number to call the other one did not, I called the number and was informed that the ticket for the order had been already printed and there was nothing they could do, this call took place in the first 5 minutes of placing the order for $5.99. I called my bank when I realized of the scam put a claim against the charges, closed my debit card. I called them a couple of time to try to solve it over the phone, to no avail; this company needs to be reported to every federal and state government agency as this is a big time scam!! I have given them one star, actually they deserve a -10 and be closed once and for all!!
I don't like being scammed. Do not send any more product or debit my account. Received a free sample even though I stopped completing the form online.. Nothing on statement to id company, no phone number. Notified my bank. DO NOT SEND or DEBIT in future. You have Revdex.com Alerts.

I paid 5.99 shipping but was xharhed 5.99 and 37.00 for a product I didn't order. I never received any products. Transactions were on January 8th for Cannapro CBD.

Ordered 1 item for shipping charges only. Charged for 2 other items that I refused when they popped up. Only some credit if I return, SB 100% credit
I ordered 1 item on line for shipping charges only. 2 other items popped up where you could get 2 for the price of one, I declined each. When I finished my order, the recap said I ordered 1 of each item. When I got the comfirming emial of the order, it said I ordered 1 item for the shipping charge amount only. They process a charge to my credit card for all 3 items. I sent an email the next morning after placeing the order. Another email 2 days later. I also called 2 days later. They said they did not receive my emails and it was too late as the order was shipped. I told them I did not order the 2 extra items and they said I did. I told them I wanted full credit for the 2 items, told could only get 80% credit after I returned them. Told them this was not right and 100% was fair. Asked that supervisor call me and was told he would in 24-48 hours. It has been 64 hours and no call. I think this probably happens to a lot of people and it needs to stop.
Full credit for the charges on 2 items I did not order, $47.99 for Balm and $37.00 for Sleep Aid.
I contacted them again and they gave me credit for the 2 items that I did not order, credit was for $47.99 and $37.00. The oil I did order for shipping charges only, $5.99 is an automatic shkpment deal each month.
IN order to cancel future shipments I have to return the oil. I returned it on 2/5/20 and just called them with the tracking number. They told me they would cancel me out of their system upon receipt of the shipment. My remaining complaint is they will not refund my initial payment of $5.99. It is not a large amount of money but the way they do business they should not be paid anything when it was returned. Thanks
I ordered the cannapro cbd on January 4, 2020. I only sent for the free trial, but was billed for a sleep aid to the tune of $37.00, which I did not order. I called the business and they told me to send it back, but will charge me $12 for delivery. Why should I pay for something I did not order? I had advised them as soon as I saw the charge and still have not received the cannapro. It was advertised on Facebook as Alex Trebek selling this.
Got an e-mail the other day saying it was shipped, but still have not received anything.

When I checked my checking account to pay a bill there was the $5.99 charge then two charges with the following listed as the company: RCHO STA MARGCAUS/WINNING8339641884. One in the amount of $37.00 and the other for $47.99. I called the 833 number, always a busy signal. I received a email for the $5.99, the young lady I talked to kept saying she could not stop the order and I would have to wait until I received it, return it but I would have to pay a restocking fee. She said she didn't understand why I would be charged if I did not order the items. I have the names of 3 other people that this happened to. I want a full refund and I do not want the products. This company needs shut down.

Order # ***. I made an order online for Cannapro tincture oil. I was suppose to be charged only for shipping of $5.99. Instead I was charged for 2 other items I did not order which brought the total to almost $100.
I called to cancel my order after I received confirmation of my order and the customer service person would not let me cancel the whole order. Said I could cancel the item for $5.99 but the others he would send and charge for anyway. I kept telling him I was not to be charged for any of it and he kept insisting on selling it to me by discounting the prices. This went on for quite sometime. I kept telling him no but he kept right on selling. I asked to speak to his manager so he put me on hold twice and finally told me his manager was unavailable to speak with me. He was very adamant about selling me something I did not want and I kept telling him no. Cancel my order and do not charge me anything. It ended when he said he would have his manager call me. I have not heard back.
They also claim their products are endorsed by Dr Phil and Dr Oz which I doubt .
I am calling my credit card company and letting them know the situation.
These people should not be in business since they do not know how to treat their customers and have very poor business policies.
All I want is documentation by email that I will not be charged for the items they say I ordered and called to cancel. And an apology for being treated the way I was.
I ordered bottle of CBD oil, which was a trial offer for$5.99, shipping costs. I received an email stating that not only was I getting this oil, but also a cream and a sleep aid, and it was costing me $90. This was not what I ordered. I sent an email back, stating that I only wanted the oil for $5.99. The company ignored it, I got no response. I told them I could not afford the $90. Later they sent another email stating the same thing, they were shipping those 3 items. Again, I sent back, saying I only ordered the one thing. I received the CBD oil and the cream. I did not receive the sleep aid. I called the phone number to explain the problem. I wanted to send back the cream, and did not want to be charged for it. They insisted that I received the sleep aid as well, which I did not. This company finally agreed to charge me a discounted price for the products and cancel the account. I did not know my ordering this product would result in creating an account and receiving the oil monthly at $25 each. Frustrated, I finally said I didn't want any of it and would send it all back, unused, for a full refund. They refuse to do this. I feel that if I send the products back, unused, at my expense, I should receive a full refund.

Today when I spoke to the representative all I asked was that my account be cancelled. I don't want to be sent any more products or billed for them. Unfortunately she said she could not do this until I sent back the bottle of CBD oil. I did send it back, but lost the tracking number. So now I have to try to get the post office to find the tracking number. There's still no guarantee that the account will be cancelled. They gave me the wrong address to send the things back.
I ordered a free trial sample of cannapro from their website advertised on Facebook on 01/05/2020 with a shipping fee ONLY of $5.99. The website offered other products to which I replied NO THANKS. When completing the transaction after entering my credit card info for the $5.99 ONLY I see that I was charged an additional $84.99 for other products that I had said no thank you too.
I received an email from [email protected] on 01/05/2020 at 6:56 PM stating that my credit card had been billed a total of $90.98.
In the above email it stated I could contact them by replying to this email or calling

I immediately replied to the email stating the error and have not received a reply as of this date.
On 01/06/2020 I called the telephone listed above and stated my concerns to a Mr. Terry J. He kept me on the phone for at least 45 minutes saying he could not refund me using many excuses such as refund department employees were in a meeting, he could give me a discount on future products, and there were no supervisors I could speak with. We finally ended the telephone call w Mr. J. stating a member of his refund team would call me back within 2 hours. Of course that telephone call never came. I need assistance getting my $84.99 back. Please help. Thank you
