On 12-24-2019, we ordered a product paid $5.99 S&H. Never received.
On 12-29-2019 my wife ordered one of their products for pain. It was order one and only pay for S&H ($5.99). They accepted the money. It was order # *** and we have as yet to receive it. I have made 3 attempts to email them, including today. There has been no response.
Refund
I ordered through this company the liquid CBD oil. Kept saying no to other stuff, still ordered the sleeping pills, cannot cancel order. its a scam.
Was not able to cancel the order. They would not take no for an answer and would not refund the whole amount. Called and email that I need to talk to CS. No reply.
I will try to call again and see if I can refund the sleeping pill only. This is a scam

I would give it no stars if I could. Received an email to receive a sample bottle of CBD oil for $6.95, no where in the complete literature was a trial period mentioned. I read the complete article 3 times to make sure. After filling out the form and putting credit card number in the price went from $6.95 to $89.95. They immediately added extra products in order but you do not know until you submit a credit card number. SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I refused the product when they tried to deliver it. After several phones calls and a lot of arguing I recieved a full refund. It took telling them I was going to cancel my credit card for fraudulent charges and they would be charged back then they agreed to a full refund.
Misleading advertising, extremely difficult refund
Unfortunately, based on web advertisement, ordered their product, a $5.95 trial on 1/18/20. All of a sudden, I was billed over $90 for 3 products. Immediately called, seeking cancellation, was told they couldn't do that. After much back and forth, begrudgingly agreed to a partial refund (about 1/2) but would still receive 3 items. After more than 2 weeks, on 2/10/20 received 1 of the 3 items promised. Called them again today, 2/13/20, was told there was an error in shipment and would (eventually) receive 1 more item. Still not the third item. They denied my claim and would not deliver on their original promise of shipping all 3 items. At that point I informed them that I would be adding to the long list of Revdex.com complaints, to which they said "thank you".
I should also note that yesterday, 2/12/20, I tried to do research on this CannaPro company and was presented with a big webpage by the real CannaPro saying that it had come to their attention that there was a US company scamming people, using their name, and that the real CannaPro had NO US locations.
Company needs to ensure that I receive ALL 3 PRODUCTS on my "order", order # ***.
Order sample of Cannapro oil and was billed for two extra items.
On January 16, 2020, I ordered a sample bottle of Cannapro oil. Received an email several days later saying my ordered had been entered, except there were two items on the order that I did not expect. Even worse my credit card was being charged $90.00. I made two calls to the company and explained the problem. Their answer was, the package was delivered on February 3. That was correct...except the only item in the box was the sample bottle. Now reading other complaints, I see that it is possible that I was set up on a recurring reorder. That is totally unacceptable.
I want the charge to my credit card to be reversed.
This company did the very same thing as it did to *** what a same they should be arrested. The oil is a 1 oz bottle and they say I still owe them over a hundred dollars for this product. I would return it if I thought this would be canceled. Its a scam.

They said I could not get out until I'd tried the product. They said be sure to call to cancel before 1/31/2020. I didn't receive the product until 2/10/2020. I had emailed them several times to cancel order. No response. I called them yesterday and they took my number said would call me back, nothing. I ordered on 1/16/2020. Order #9DDXXXXXC3. Paid with Visa.
I want all future orders cancelled.

Tried it and immediately realized it had peppermint oil in it. There was no mention of peppermint in ad. My throat started to swell because I'M ALLERGIC to peppermint. I immediately took my allergy med and rinsed my mouth and drank milk to stop the afterburn. The next morn after I had time to see(from tears) and feeling better I started searching for their address and phone number. An online search for other complaints brought me to Revdex.com. There it was, same address that was on box with a phone #. Called the pH #, it rang then immediately went to a busy signal. I couldn't get back to them on phone so here's my complaint. The action I want is no further shipments, no auto ship program, even though I attempted to contact them within the time limit mentioned in their terms. I found them through an online search that referenced the Hollywood stars which I now know is a total lie.
No further shipments or contact by the company.
Advertised as sample with right to cancel after trying product.
Ordered sample off of facebook ad. Was mailed Feb. 25th from Florida. The day I received product called and told them did not want this and would like to send back. Was told to try the sample for a week and if did not like it to call and cancel subcript. Have been calling for 3 days and told would call me back. Finally got an agent and told him to cancel. He said could not and would be charged $109.99. He said could send back if unopened this after first agent said try it. I consider this false advertising as "sample" is charged at full price and person refused me a supervisor or even the name of actual company. My bank is on alert to dispute this charge.How can these people advertise as FREE sample just pay shipping and handling with right to cancel???
Just want this deceiving practice to cease and defrauding unsuspecting citizens.
An amoount of $84.50 was deducted from my debit card instead of the $5.95 I should have been charged for a very small "sample" of CBD oil.
On January 15, 2020 I ordered a "sample" CBD oil for $5.95. Today I received the small (1 ounce) sample of the oil along with an invoice advising me that my card was debited $84.50!! I tried repeatedly to contact them at the numbers provided but was either placed on hold or received a busy signal. Please investigate this company! I am 71 years old and live on a fixed income. These people are scammers. Please see if the $84.50(minus the $5.95 that I agreed to pay) can be refunded to me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Contacted CannaPro on 1/29/20 because I had never received a shipping confirmation from them.They told me I would have it on Feb 5th. 2/10/20 now & still no product yet, they are not answering their phone now. Highly suspect I've been scammed. Have not received credit card statement yet to know if they are making additional charges. will be call CC company today. I just wish I knew how to share a copy of the purchase invoice but I can't figure out how to share it here.
I would love to have a refund from this company & to see that this company is shut down.I very much believe they are scammers. I received a phone call from a supposed representative of CannaPro the night of 1/31/20 telling me that the shipment must of been lost & that I would receive a replacement shipment on 2/5/20. Never received anything & I have not been able to have contact with them by phone or email since.

Charged for product that I did not order. To the tune of $84.99.
I wanted 2 try canapro tincture. There was a free product but to pay the $5.99 shipping and handling charges. Where I ended up ordering this, next thing I know I noticed I was charged $84.99 for two other products which was a balm and a sleep aid. I then called and spoke with three different people all day long stating I wanted to cancel that, that I had never ordered that but they refused. Then they wanted me to agree to a 20% restocking fee plus I would have to pay the shipping back to them. I stated I never ordered the product. It didn't make any difference. Now you can't get a hold of them at all. I have the support email but they're not responding. I have called several of the phone numbers they're not answering or have been disconnected. I am going to my bank but I'm not sure what's going to happen. Very frustrating. How could someone who had a business add product and charge your account a high amount that you never ordered.
I would like to return the products that I didn't order to them and get my $84.99 back. And they can have the Tincher back also.
I just called the phone number I had on hand 888.511.5312. and I spoke with someone which I was shocked. And I wanted to return the product that I never ordered. And he wanted me to keep it he wanted me to try it well I insisted I wanted to return the product unused and pay the shipping and pay a restocking fee anything well the guy just said keep the product and he's going to credit my account I was like cool ,first he said $29.74. I was hesitant and then he ended up refunding my account for $50.95.( it's in there) So very happy about that got some of my money back. Thank God. Just an FYI for everyone.
Deceptive business practices. Charging credit card for items not ordered. Supplying return addresses for refunds that don't exist.
My situation is exactly what has already been reported by others regarding this company. Ordered a sample tincture of CBD and they charged me for two more products, sleep aid and balm.
PO #***. Customer service appears to be in another country. I notified them minutes after I received my incorrect order confirmation and they said it was too late to stop the shipment and I could return for a 20% restocking fee. I never received the sleep aid and balm anyway, only the tincture. They gave me a return address for tincture that UPS said didn't exist. I have already disputed the charge of $84.99 with my credit card company. They said that I have a subscription that I can't cancel until the item is returned. So far that address is bogus which means they wish to continue the subscription and charge my credit card in the future. I have notified my credit card company but hope you can put an end to this which apparently affects many people and involves many products.
Looking at the list of things you can't do, I question why you ask for this info. This type of activity needs to be stopped by the authorities. I can address this with my credit card company and not let these people charge me for products I didn't order but I would hope that this type of activity can be addressed and stopped.
This company charged me for what was advertised to be "free". And charged me again a month later.
I ordered "free" cbd oil (online) and was to pay $5.99 shipping, which I entered my bank card info. They charged me $5.99 AND $84.99 and sent me cbd oil and a 2 oz. cream (which I did not order). I called before my items came and they told me NO refunds. So I emailed them and got no response. So I figured I would just take the loss. BUT a month later (Feb. 6 2020) I see another debit on my bank account from Cannapro for $109.97. I did not receive any more product nor do I want any. I tried to call 3 different numbers that showed up on my bank statement online, but the phone has one ring then a busy signal. I can't get in touch them to have them stop taking money out of my account. I just want all my money back now.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription, and they tell me that I cannot. That I have to provide a call back number.
Problem started on January 31st and still on going. I am trying to cancel m subscription and as I'm talking to them they tell me I cannot cancel because customer service is to busy. I try everyday several times a day and on hold for over 30 minutes before I hang up.

I have received my product that was on sale for $1.00. I am trying to reach them to discontinue any further services with them. I do not want to be on their automatic renew system. Their phone number is no good nor is their e-mail address any good. I have not tried writing to their physical address as I assume that is no good either.
Something in writing from them showing that my account is closed and that nothing further is sent to my address. Nor any further charges on my credit card.

Purchase date January 9, 2020. Return merchandise on 1/29/2020. They received merchandise on 2/4/2020. Now I cannot reach them by phone. Items were deducted from my checking account even though I did not order two of them. I was told these were a one time purchase and couldn't be returned. The original item, Canna Pro Ticture was a trial period item, (I paid $5.99 shipping) it was returned. I was to call them when I knew package had been received, now I cannot reach anyone via phone.

I want them to discontinue charging me for Canna Pro Tincture as I have returned the item. I will I could get the $84.99 back for the two items I received but didn't order.
I finally was able to talk with "Austin" in Customer Service 2/11/2020 at 10:55 am et.
He gave me a confirmation number that would indicate no more shipments or charges.
So far I have seen no activity on my account.
Hopefully my issue is solved.
