I am copying this from another person, as it is identical to what happened to me.
They offered me. 4 different refund amounts, 10, 15, 35 and then 70% .
I said no. Then they called me back that they would escalate it to the refund department, who would call me back in about 3 days and give me a full refund. I "Trust" not!!!!! I have contacted my credit card company asking for a full refund.

Here is what happened ( I copied this).
Misleading advertising regarding automatic reodering. Ordered the trial sample of Cannapros product for $5.99 and received it without any problems. What I did not know and it was not stated anywhere in their advertising that by placing that order I was automatically signed up for automatic reorder. Opened my email today, March 25, 2020, and low and behold there was an order confirmation for additional product for $109.97 which I did not order or want. Sent them an email immediately to cancel the order and tell them I did not want that order or any additional/future product. Also called the number given on the order for assistance and finally hung-up after being on hold for 45 minutes. I immediately called my credit card company and explained my situation and they immediately credited my account and told me they would handle the situation. And I haven't received a response from Cannapro on any of my emails to them. This company needs to be put out of business. It's a scam. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs.
After ordering a 'free' sample, company continues to charge my credit card even though I never authorized another order
I ordered a 'free' sample of their product and paid for shipping. On Mar 23, company charged my card $109.97. I contacted them by phone and email, stating I never authorized another order and disputed the charge with my credit card company. On Apr 22, company again charged my card $109.97 and Merchant name was different from the original charge, I will dispute this once again. No merchandise has been received since the original 'free' sample.
Advise others of these fraudulent charges.
CC was charged for 2 $109.97 products in March. Called to question, 1 chg for original "free/sample" 2nd for monthly shipment. Never got product
Made purchase end of Jan for $5.99 from ad. Rec'd, cancelled on 2/13 the monthly deal w/in the 14 requirement No word from them until cc charged twice ($109.97 each) in March.Called on 3/31 was told I had 2 accounts, I asked them to cancel BOTH accounts & asked to speak to a supervisor about the costs; was told super would call in 24-48 hrs.No call.Called again 4/13 was told the 1st call wasn't completed in Feb & I was still an active account (2x) that the CC co denied their attempted charges in Feb but accepted same in Mar so they charged full price for sample & 2nd charge was for next monthly order. They recognized I had cancelled the accts at the end of Mar & I would get no more shipments, nor charges. Supposedly the 1st charge was because I cancelled the monthly order & had to pay full price for the sample. The second charge was for the 2nd month bottle shipped on 3/23.I advised this was 4-13 & I had yet to receive that 2nd bottle. He said it got hung up in USPS shipping so I asked if they could just cancel it & refund my $$.He told me could not do that, so I told them to go ahead send the bottle & I'd learned a lesson.Today is 4-21 product has not yet arrived.Would like refund, not product & better clarification of terms on $$ due when cancelling. On my initial call in Jan they offered to cancel my monthly order for $54.99 at first then lowered it to $24.99. I told them I bought it as advertised at $5.99 & would not pay any additional fees, please cancel order & charge me no more. Thought that had happened until 40 days later I get charges on the cc. When I called end of Mar - I asked the man about the reduced $$ & he said that was for the initial cancellation call only, I didn't accept it, so was still their client. The more he talked the more I felt it was a scam. I reported the charges as a disputed charge to my cc co.
I either want the product delivered or a full refund. They should also have to spell out in their hidden language all the costs and consequences to the ad
A total 100% scam. There are numerous law suits pending against them. The business is no longer accredited by the Revdex.com. When airing my complaint, I demanded to be shown any document showing I had agreed to their scam. Their representative, a Mr. Enrique Marcos, said I could view the document on-line at: www.trycannapro.com/V1. Call up that web site and it states - "We would like to show you a description here, but the site won't allow us". Their rep said there was nothing he could do but would refer my complaint to their Management Dept in Odessa, FL and that they would contact me within 24 - 48 hours. Of course, they never responded. A complaint filed with FTC.GOV/complaint was never acknowledged..
I too have been tricked into this $4.99 trial product and was billed two months later because I didn't cancel my continued order as to the fine print.
After ordering the $4.99 sample of Cannapro CBD oil on the 19th of January, I was billed for two other products I didn't order. My credit card company is now looking into the fraud charges. Two months after the first purchase, on the 23th of March, I get a charge for $109.97. I called the number on the charge and they said because I didn't cancel my ongoing order I will be billed every month. I did not received any e-mails about my order in the first place or that it was a monthly billing or about canceling any future shipments.The man I spoke with said it was in the fine print. This company seems to find a way to rip people off knowing that they will get away with it the majority of the time.
My credit card company has filed a claim against the company
I only ordered one bottle of their CBD oil. They have refused to stop shipment or accept return of a 2nd bottle. Charged my card $109.97
I got a supposed free sample paying only shipping and no mention anyway that they would ship a bottle for $109 and no rights to cancel.
I don't want the merchandise, I don't want a store credit, I expect a full refund

They took the credit card I used for the sample and then sent me another bottle and charged me $109.97 !! I never authorized this charge.
There was no mention of future autodelivery and I don't see anywhere to request an RMA# or cancel shipments on their website: so I've cancelled the credit card.
I'm now waiting for my credit card company to hear back from them so I can send back the product (which didn't work) in accordance with Cannapro's return policy.
Apparently they've done this to everyone.
About 2 months ago, I ordered a 1-oz. bottle of CBD oil at an introductory price of $5.99 on a website featuring Ree Drummond.� This month I received my credit card statement with a charge of $109.97 for CBD oil. I tried different web sites and a representative of PureCBD Selection responded to me.� The message: " We are not the company who took advantage of you...Cannapro is...please file a claim with your bank and cancel your card." I emailed back: The CBD I ordered was from an advertisement with Ree Drummond on it." He responded: "We spoke with Ms. Drummond and we are trying to combat the fake facebook ads." My bottle says "Cannapro CBD Oil, with the Odessa, Fla. address I gave you.� The charge on my statement said payment to: PYD*Hemp Cave.
Refund I would like this business shut down, as I see you already have numerous complaints against them. I would also like them to return my $109.97 charge, less the $5.99 bottle of oil which is being being thrown away as soon as this is resolved. � � �
We signed up for what we believed to be a free trial, only obligated to pay the shipping cost. Apparently the fine print obligated us to more.
Sadly we have discovered the hard way that there is no free lunch. Beware of any ad that offers a free trial, particularly if you have to give them a credit card number for any reason. Paying for the shipping seems reasonable. However because you have given them your card number willingly, they apparently have a legal write to charge your card. To make matters worse the product has not been beneficial. DON'T TAKE THE TRIAL!! If you do, you will wind up paying at least another $109.00. You have to call them to cancel your "non-order" or they will keep shipping.
April 10, 2020. Original purchase date in Jan. 2020. Last shipment order *** Payment $109.00 by credit card.
We would like a total refund for this current shipment. We will gladly return the unopened bottle.

I received an email on April 4th 2020 at 10:02 PM PDT titled 'Re: Your Cannapro Order'. I responded immediately telling then I did not order the product and to stop the shipment, cancel any order, and delete my address from any more ads for the produce. I received the order and was billed for it anyway. It was a scam.

Charge on our check acct. Didn't recognize. Called bank to stop payment. Product came in mail. NO CONTACT INFO. Stop recurring $ immediately. Refund.
I signed for a sample of their product. Wife noticed a pending charge on our chkg. acct. that we didn't recognize. Called our bank to dispute charges. Filed complaint with them on 4/08. Product delivered 4/10. Didn't know of the recurring order nor did I know I gave any permission. With NO means of contacting them I am filing this complaint. I would like a RMA from them and receive a full refund. I also want it understood that I no longer want to do any business with them in the future. The charge was for $109.97. The original "free trial" was like $5. Again, I saw nothing that warned of any prescription with them or any opt out option. Please help resolve this as I feel no need to pay for this due to their shady ethics. Thank you
Send me a RMA ticket so I can send this product back, unopened. I also expect a full refund and resolution with our bank stating that the $109.97 charge will be waived.
I ordered this product from a Facebook advertisement to see if it would help with my arthritis. Unfortunately, it doesn't really help and then WHAM!!, my checking account gets hit for over $100.00 that I did not authorize. My bank at this point has been unwilling to refund the withdrawal and I don't know what steps to take next. Now, I call the phone number for customer service and it goes straight to a message, "The number you have dialed...'?" Wow, this is fantastic customer service, or a straight up SCAM!!

I tried a sample for 28.00 and didn't like it. the next thing I know I was charged $109.97 that would be every month until cancelled. I have called several times and nothing has been done to credit my account.

Cancellation of ALL future orders is acceptable but a 40% refund is totally unacceptable. With a 40% refund they keep $63.00 of my money. I did not sign up for automatic reorders. 100% refund is required. Plus I plan to return the product as soon as it is received because I do not want it.

False advertisement! A free trial of CBC oil only pay shipping. I was not informed that would having future charges without my acceptance.
As of 3/23/20 I am now being charged $109.97. Without my agreement. They have put forth the charge. As of 3/23/20. I am not happy not given a choice to accept future supply. I still have the oil if they want it back. I spent a hour on the phone to cancel this charge and future products. This was a misleading advertisement. I was only to pay $5.99 cents for the product. I I want my money back and I want to cancel this product. I'm a senior and on fixed income.
