On 1/15/2020 I tried a free trial, for oil with no mention of a subscription. Three times I have requested this to be canceled with no response.

To be canceled from supposed subscription I did not agree to & was not aware of and to be refunded for each month billed for $109.97 for a total of $329.91.

After receiving the "free" sample of CBD oil, We started receiving oil every month and getting charged monthly and not receiving the product.

Cost of bottle: $109.97. We called repeatedly on the phone and sent a nymber of emails attempting to cancel further shipments, but they billing us. They actually owe us for two bottles which we never received. The charge is on our bank credit card. The bank will do nothing to help retrieve the $$. Nether will the AL attorney general. I also sent a report to the FBI. These people are totally fraudulent.

We would like our $219.94 refunded.

The company refunded half of the money they stole, but still owe us $109.97

At least some people are receiving product from them. My initial 1/2020 order for 1 bottle + 2 tubes of rub was incomplete - no rubs. Two calls to an obviously off-shore phone service and promises, never received them.

Now, in 5/17/20, and 6/17/20 I have two $109.97 charges from them. One says HAIRFLOW, the other says FRESH DIET. Still have not received any product whatsoever. They say I have a subscription. FAKE NONSENSE.

Obviously, SCAM OPERATION, using different names. If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would.

I return the product that I never agreed to send on a auto ship. Once the item was returned they have not refunded my money despite many calls.
I have been dealing with this company for over 2 months trying to get my refund after I sent the product back. I did not save information as I thought this was just a one time sample to see if I wanted to buy their product. Every time I call I get the run around they state my case has been escalated but still no refund. They have stated they owe me a refund but again nothing!! When I call and give my name they are always able to pull up my account with my name.

My refund since I have returned the product and paid the 20%restocking fee despite not agreeing to auto ship.

I called in 1/2020 to cxl further orders. Found out on 7/5 that even though I kept writing return to sender on the box they have been taking $109.97.
They have been taking $109.97 every month since February and each time I call they say they will escalate the issue and I will receive a call from a supervisor in 24-48 hrs. I have not been able to get my insulin each month and didn't realize that this is the reason. They credited me $54.00 for this month but still owe me $603.00. Please, please help me to get all or at least part of my money back. They got their product each month and I should get my money back.

I contacted the company yesterday. They were quite rude and said they will escalate to a supervisor which is what they have been telling me since July 5th. They claim to have no record of my call to cxl in January, which is when I got sick after 5 doses. I am out alot of money which I wasnt even aware of because I kept taking the product to the post office
To return. They say I am not entitled to my money back which is wrong. I have never received a call from a supervisor.

Same story. They charge your card under different company names out of Utah. Such as Haircute and Aquasave.

I can't get any response from email or phone to cancel my subscription.
I have emailed with no response and have called the phone number listed online and on the invoice and there is no voicemail access or the phone just disconnects automatically. There has been 109.97 charged on my account. I am refusing shipments and have canceled my credit card. This is a terrible company. What more can be done?

January 2020 ordered a trial of CBD oil for the coast of a shipping and handling fee.
Was not told this was a subscription service and that I needed to cancel within a certain time frame.
Needless to say I was shocked when I looked at my checking account balance and saw an unauthorized transaction of $109.97 Charged to my account .
I called the number noted on the account transaction and was told this was payment for my free trial bottle of CBD oil. They claimed they had tried to contact me regarding the subscription. Since I had not CALLed to cancel in the time frame that was allotted they were charging the full price of 1 bottle of the oil to my debit card.
After asking to talk with a manager he told me he was authorized to refund $ 16.00 to my account with the balance of 93.97 belonging to them.
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and certainly can not afford to lose this kind of money.
All I want is a full refund of the $109.97 and to have them cancel the supposed subscription they say I belong to. Also stop them for these unethical practices.

Full refund of the $109.97 and to have the subscription canceled immediately. Try to prevent them from being able to steal other people's money with these unethical practices. They should not be allowed to submit a charge that is not authorized by the customer without notification and they certainly did not try to notifiers me.

I am requesting to return the producted (not used and seal not broken) and to receive a refund.
Just like the rest of the 15 pending cases against Cannapro CBD, my complaint is the same. I have made calls on 6/27, 6/30 & 7/1 to request a refund and return unbroken seal item of CBD Oil, Order #XXXXXXXX. Spoken with Brandon, Customers Service and David, Ofc Manager and a female (whose name I can't remember) and was told, that the Concern Dept, would call me within 24-48 hrs and that's why I have made these calls becus I haven't heard from the Concern Dept. I placed this order in Jan, 2020 on a trial basis and on June 26, 2020, unexpectedly took $109.97 from my Mastercard. I also cancelled my Customers #643 on 6/26, as well becus, I no longer want items to be sent to me. My Cancel of Customers Acct is #XXXXX. My main concern is why I cannot return the item that's not used and get my refund. And why I wasn't able to speak to the Concern Dept on my own.

I ordered a trial sample for 5.99 in Dec2019. Nothing more... I have been charged 109.97 for another order I never placed..
this company is a scam... if you order a trial from them they will continue to charge you with out your permission for the product.. I had 109.97 stolen from my account.. my first order was Dec19, 2019.. for a trial for 5.99.. today I got a bill for 109.97 for another order that I didn't place...

Company did not respond to my email, but my credit card was not charged this last billing so I assume all is settled

My aunt got swindled into paying 5.95 for shipping and handling for a small cbd oil bottle as a trial back in december of 2019. They said she also ordered step 2 which was 47.87 in january 2020 which she did not and did not receive product. She got a charge for 109.97 yesterday. I called on her behalf. They would not issue a refund although she has not received the product yet and told her that she has not cancelled her subscription that she has never signed up for. They told me it was a 14 day trial. And she had to cancel within the 14 days. Otherwise she would be charged monthly. 7 months later she gets charged for 109.97. And they are not even considering a refund. Needless to say we will be disputing it. Thankfully she paid through paypal. So hopefully they will stop all future charges also. They also only gave me a 4 digit cancellation number! Which seems sketchy to me never had such a short cancellation number. While waiting on the cancellation number the lady kept asking personal questions about my aunt. She over heard my aunt say she never used it due to her doctor advising against it. She then starts asking about my aunts health conditions and medication. Even after I told her I would not answer those questions. She then continues to ask even more personal questions. After I realized I was not going to get a refund for her and she gave me the little 4 digit cancellation number she continued to ask personal questions so I hung up and looked back at bank statements to see if we needed to disbute any other charges. We have still not came across the charge in january 2020 that she stated was purchased.

Beware of this company. I know my aunt did not have 109.97 to just throw away just like the rest of the people in the comments and complaints. Also a reason why I always try to steer them away from unknown businesses but thankfully if there is an option to pay with paypal they go that route.

Same story as others here. I have been calling repeatedly since 5/4. I have a call log and who I've spoken with. They refuse to refund me $93.48. Every time I called it was wait 2-3 more days. Well it's been way longer. In all of the calls I've made they have provided me a tracking number that located the product in Florida, I'm in SC. After multiple calls,they are now telling me it's been more than 30days. If they would have handled this when I called numerous times within the 30 days, it wouldn't be a problem. However, I now know it was apart of the scam. I've been told I'd get a call in 24-48 hours and have never gotten a call. I've not received a call, product or refund. I can not get past a "manager". He will not give me anyone else's number to contact for a refund. He repeats the something over and over. He has sent the claim to the department and I should receive a call in 24-48 hours. Also, they had a system glitch and withdrew another $109.97 from my account. They did refund that in a timely manner. However, they haven't done anything towards the original charge except 15% back. Big deal $16.49 out of $109.97. Why can't something be done about this company and companies like them, scamming people of money. It infuriates me that they are allowed to take peoples money and nothing happens to them. They have taken money out of my account twice and under 2 different names. The original name and number is no longer in service. I also don't understand why you can't get passed the "manager". He refuses to answer my questions as to who is his boss. As a manager he wouldn't provide me a phone number other than the one I had nor would he provide me an email directly to him. I've told him that I know what's he's doing and scamming people and that I hope that he gets what he is owed for doing people wrong. I call every 2-3 days and get the same run around. Stay away from these crooks!

I have tried to cancel. I thought I finally did but they still send the product and charge my Credit card.
There is no date on package. I returned one but they will not give me credit. I call the number and get someone who says they will call back but don't. I never know when it is coming but charge is $109.97 This month charge was on June 8

I ordered a free trial CBD oil. They have sent an additional 4 bottles charging $109.97 each to my debit card. I received 2 bottles a day apart and the next 2 about a month later again within a few days. The first 2 had already been returned before the second batch arrived. I have sent numerous e-mails to [email protected] to cancel and refund my money. I have had no response at all.

I received 2 e-mails on 4/21 @ 10:07 and 10:36 AM about placing an order # XXXXXXXXXA on both. I answered on 4:42 @ 2:41 PM that I had not placed this order and didn't want it. Must have received the second bottle and replied to them again on 4/26 @ 6:02 PM.

On 5/26 I received an e-mail about placing an order @10:34 AM and another @ 9:40 PM. Order # *** and # *** I replied on 5/26 @ 5:39 PM that I had not placed this order, did not want it, had returned the previous 2 bottles and wanted a refund to my debit card. On 5/27 I e-mailed them again @ 3:42 PM. Still no response.

My bank statement shows Vibrant Vibrant South Jordan UT(8570) 109.97 and Luciann Luciann Rcho Sta Marg Ca(8570) 109.97 withdrawals on 5/27-28. Sorry I can't find the April statement right now.

I sent a final e-mail on 6/16 @ 3:12 PM.

The company is refusing to refund an order that was placed without my knowledge
I ordered a product from this company around the first of the year. I did not sign up for automatic monthly orders. The company sent more product the following month and charged my account over $100. I called to tell them to stop automatic shipment of the product in February and was told that I would not receive again. In May I noticed another charge of over $100 from the company and when I called on the 29th of May, was told they could not do anything about it until I received the product. I called today when received product and was told could only refund 70% of money. Tild the person I should get full refund since I asked several months ago to stop auto shipments. Person kept stating that I ordered the item online when I know I did not. Asked to speak with supervisor and person on phone refused. Told me if I have supervisor call back will not get a refund at all. I insisted a call back and the person became belligerent and started raising his voice at me. Reference/order#***.

I want to send the unopened product back to the comlany and receive a full refund. I want the company to cancel any future auto shipments and payments to my account.

Like others that filed complaint , I thought this was just a trial sample. Then charge shows up on credit card. I emailed, no response.
I thought I was just ordering a free trial of cannapro cbd oil on May 2, 2020. My Mastercard was charged and one week later, product did show up at house. I emailed, saying I did not order this, please cancel immediately. No reply as of June 9,2020. I was charged $109.00

Since I have the product, I would be willing to return it and receive a refund, plus a confirmation of cancellation.

100% scam, they have been charging my cards for 3 month now, I have not ordered any products from them
