The company advertises a free sample of CBD with no further commitment. However they then charge for another order and will not issue any refund.
The company misleads customers to believe they can receive a free sample but needs credit card info to pay for shipping and handling. They then charged my account for $109.00 for an order I did not place. The customer service rep would not allow me to return the product and would only offer a partial refund.
I feel a full refund of the purchase price is appropriate.
I ordered the trial product. No mention of automatic shipments. I received another shipment billed auto for over $109. Can't contact shipper
I ordered the trial bottle for back pain. There was no mention of ongoing shipments. IThe product does not do what it was advertised to do. Last week I received another shipment and was auto billed for $109 and change. I tried to contact the company but only get busy signals. No e-mail address to send message. I have returned the package unopened but have no idea if I will get a refund.
I just want this cancelled and money refunded. This auto billing actually put my account in overdraft status thus costing me an additional $35

These people sold me a sample of cabs oil for 5.95.A couple of months later they sent me an email that they are sending me an order, which I did not order, and it was gonna be $109.00. I did not order this but they have my charge card number and they charged me for it anyway
I called the company and they said they would close my account but I still have to pay for this months order of $109.00.
Ordered in January, in March received a bill for $109.97 shipping charge. Definitely a scam

fraudulent website, scam, tried to cancel they refused still charged my card even though I did not order the items.
Clicked on an ad endorsed by celebrities, took me to a website to order a free trial, after all information was entered the screens kept advancing and even though I clicked "No" on the items it was offering the end screen showed that my total was over $90 and it was an order confirmation. I immediately called the phone number and was repeatedly told they would not cancel the order, the only thing they would cancel was the free trial but I had to pay for the other items (which I did not order)
I would like a complete refund for the entire order, plus reimbursement for my time, 30 minutes on the phone with them, 1 hour on the phone with my credit card company and another 1 hour filing complaints and trying to find valid company information. Also Their advertising is completely false and misleading (I bet illegal) and it leads to a bait and click website. It needs to be removed completely from the web

Phoned their customer service and they said if I returned the unopened product, they would return 80% of the sales price. In other words, they are charging me $22.00 to put a two ounce bottle back on the shelf and calling it a restocking fee. Initially, they charged me about $6.00 for shipping to try the product. Then a month later they bill you $109.97 for what I thought was additional product. But no. this is the price they are charging you for the trial 2 oz. bottle they charged you initially for $6.00 to try out. With the understanding, that if you liked the product you would order more later. The entire process was confusing to the most knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to everyone desiring any of the products they sell to look elsewhere for said products. Purchase USA products only to be safe..

I was finally able to contact this company. They said they would reimburse 80% of the $109.97. The other 20% was their restocking fee. They charge you $22.00 to place an ounce and half bottle back on the shelf. Mind you I payed shipping both directions. There is no wonder you have given this company an "F" rating. When it comes to business, this company is at the bottom of the barrel.

This company fraudulently used my credit card to send something I didn't order
Some months ago I ordered a sample of one of their products. Had to pay shipping, but stressed to the agent they were NOT authorized to use my credit card information again. After I received the product, I realized it was the same company I dealt with before, under a new name! They used to be called Cachet CBD, and I had filed a complaint about the very same thing before.
Much to my surprise I received today an invoice in the amount of $190.97, which was charged to my credit card. I did NOT ORDER anything from them. The name of the new company is Canapro. Only the suite number has changed, but it is the same people. I called my credit card company immediately and they are cancelling the card and removing the charge.
I want whatever they are sending me sent back, and order cancelled (I emailed and told them I did not order anything and to cancel it). If I receive something from them, I will NOT pay to send it back.
These people are thieves and commit fraud no matter what the business name. I am sick and tired of being their victim. I want to see that no one else becomes their victim.
I don't want their products, I don't want to hear from them, and if they SEND me products, I am not sending them back, I am throwing them away.

Once again, they are lying, and will go out of business, and turn up AGAIN as. Another business.
They are lying because they know I have my credit card statement AND the provided invoice....and because they specifically were warned NOT to use my card information after our initial contact.
They did the same thing to me when they were called "Cachet" and I filed a complaint at that time. They need to be put out of business permanently before they steal from countless others.
I again provided the bogus "order" invoice, but will not submit my credit card statement here. I will be happy to do so privately.

I ordered a free bottle of cbd oil in January 2020 and paid $6.95 for shipping.Today I received an e-mail stating that a bottle of cbd oil was just shipped to my address for $107 and some change.I did not authorize this charge. When I originally ordered this trial offer there was never anything stating that I would be getting auto shipments.I called them in regard to this charge , and they told me that they could not refund my cedit card.this company is BOGUS along with there product.They will get there comeuppance
This company is completely a scam, all of these reviews were exactly what happened. couldn't get out of the screen unless you clicked continue, clicked on no every time and still ended up with over a $90 bill on my credit card, immediately called to cancel and was told they would not cancel or refund. ended up disputing charges with my cc company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This is a complete scam using people like Dr. Oz and Martha Stewart. It says its a free trial you pay only shipping and handling $5.99..I was billed $109.97 3 weeks later for the trial offer......on top of everything else, the product sucks!

I placed an order on line for what was supposed to be a "SAMPLE" of cbd oil for payment of shipment of $5.99 only. My customer #***,the PO#BFXXXXXA9B. Upon checkout I was charged $84.99 on my credit card. I called immediately to cancel this order and was told I could not cancel. Upon receipt of a partial order I returned the shipment to the following address: 13266 Byrd Dr, Suite 631, Odessa, FL 33556. My credit card has been charged for a shipment I did not order or keep. I received a second partial and returned it also to the shipper.
Refund of charges filed on credit card.
The company has not refunded my money after I returned the products. I spoke with customer service and was assured I would receive it in 10 days.
I ordered the product but the company did not disclose that I was signing up for automatic product subscription until after the order was completed. I immediately called to cancel the order and the company refused to cancel it. They told me I could return the products but kept changing the terms of the refund. I finally got them to agree to refund $37.00 after they received the product. I returned the product unopened and called to verify they received it. They said I would receive my refund in 7 to10 business days. I paid with a debit card online. The order was placed on Jan.18, 2020. Order # 3F8BXXXXXB. I had a return authorization number for 2 items. RA#3F8BXXXXXB and RA#***. They refused to refund the original $5.99 but agreed to refund $37.00 and cancelled the auto shipments. I spoke with Simon on one call but they kept telling me to call back and someone different talked to me each time. Told me to call 1-888-511-5312. Called on 1/18/20, 1/28/20, 1/30/20 and 2/4/20. Gave them a tracking number for the return package. Postal service verified they received the package on 2/3/20. It was signed for by an agent.

for the last 2 months I have received products from them that I have never ordered. one was cbd oil and the other is sleeping pills. today I found out I am having charges against one of my credit cards and the name of the company or address does not show up when it is googled. my credit card has been stopped and the charges are being investigated. the first order came from the address in florida. the one from this week came from fulfillment center po box 61553 savannah ga 31419. they most likely are the people charging my credit card. as I only use my card if it is an emergency or on vacation and I have not used it for months. I did receive an e mail stating my card had been compromised and closed, they ask for personal information. I refused to answer and called my credit card company. they did not send the e-mail and have started an investigation. thank you for your time

They are awful. When I ordered the "free bottle" for shipping and handling charges, I received one additional product to the tune of $95 but two were listed on the package invoice . When I called to ask about the second product they said they would send it - which they did I tried cancel, they said I had to wait 30 days. Then they wanted to charge me $55 to cancel, I got them down to $24.99 to cancel and my credit card charge would't go through. Now I dealing with that.
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Run away from them quickly. I only tried it because of the sports endorsements which I now find are a fraud.
Zero stars to this scam!! In January, I also clicked on the website off of FB, which was supposedly endorsed by Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz. I agreed to try the sample oil for the $5.99 shipping price. I declined the other two products. When I clicked place order, I had been charged an additional $84.99 for the two products I had declined. I was livid!! I called my bank and was told that since I had used a debit card, the money was already out of my account and they couldn't restore it. So I called a number (I can't remember if it was associated with the order form, or if I looked up the net address of the company that did the debit (which btw, was a company called MALEPRO.(something)), actually got in touch with a man, and demanded that he credit my account. I was really angry and I'm sure I threatened all kinds of actions. To my surprise, a credit appeared in my account. I check it every couple of days to make sure nothing else gets charged, and so far nothing has. A "bonus" of sorts--a few days ago the bottle of Cannapro Sleep Aid appeared in my mailbox! Not sure I'm going to use it--how can I trust a product from a company that scammed me?
Tried to call and cancel the automatic shipment of CBD oil. They expected me to pay half of the $108 for the cost of the oil. Told them I would ship the oil back as I have not opened the oil, they told me I would still have to pay $24 restocking fee and I would have to wait until they received the product, then they would cancel the automatic shipments. Im glad my bank declined the February shipment or I would be really *** off. This company is nothing but a scam and a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Had to give one star in order to put a review.
I ordered a trial bottle of the Cannapro CBD oil for 5.99. I was charged for that, plus a separate charge for 2 other items that I did not want.
I was charged on Jan 8th, and when I called to try to cancel the order, they said it had already shipped out and that I could return the items when I got them. I received one item on 1/25, which had been shipped on 1/21. I received
the oil a week later. I still have not received the other item. I have absolutely no
paperwork, so I don't even know what this stuff is. I am willing to pay for the oil ($5.99), but I don't want anymore. And, I would like a refund of the other 2 items.
