I Ordered Cannapro .cannabis oil at A cost of 4.95 in February or March . I received it in April. At the end of Apriland again at the end of May I saw a charge of 109.97 on my bank acct. Due to my health and memory issues I was only able to figure it out today with the help of my bank when they called me about a fraud alert on my card and helped me figure out the way to contact them. I did and asked them to refund my money for June as in speaking to the representative I found out they had not shipped the product yet as they were willing to give me a second bottle for free . But when I insisted I wanted my account credited the most I could get them to credit me was 22.15 . I told them I was going to report the to the Attorney General they did not care. I was totally upset. If there is a agreement to enter into a subscription it is in print so small it can not be seen by ordinary people and they do not give you the means to cancel it .This company is predatory and dishonest and overpriced.

I specifically ordered the sample of CannaPro for shipping price of 6.99$ only!! I was absolutely careful to only order the one-time shipment of cannapro. I diligently checked off proper boxes to assure that I would not be on any automatic re-order payment/shipment. But no CannaPro sent me a 109.97$ bottle of cbd oil without my consent or permission anyway. CannaPro illegally charged 109.97$ from my checking account for an order that I did not choose to make!! This is fraud and very unfair!! I want my 109.97$ returned to my account immediately. I did not consent to be involved with CannaPro in any way, especially being shipped any unwanted orders. I did not give CannaPro permission to steal any money from my bank account for any bogus orders or merchandise!! I want my money refunded Immediately and want nothing to do with CannaPro company now or any time hereafter. CannaPro should be held criminally accountable for such illegal practices.
I want CannaPro to immediately refund 109.97$ and put back into my bank account. This amount 109.97$ was taken illegally from me because I did not make any future order. Because CannaPro has my bank account number they took money from me without my permission or consent in any way. This is unfair and highly unethical and unappreciated. And I want it to stop!!
I ordered item for trial called company to send back they have me address I mailed back Jan 17 2020 now in May 2020 they charged me 109.97 saying they never got my item I have them tracking number but said they don't see on computer sorry and will not help me I called my charge card company and filed a dispute but will take 90 days

Hi, On January 7 or 8, 2020, I ordered a sample from one of these bogus companies. I gave my debit card to pay the shipping cost of $5.99. I received a small jar, 3 ounces or less which I assumed was the sample. I was billed 47.99 instead of $5.99. There was no information about a trial and having to opt out of the purchase or future purchases. I called and was told that I had ordered something that I didn't order. I called the man on the phone " a crook" and said he was stealing people's money . He said he could not be a crook because his company had a customer service department. I never ordered another product. I did not order the first product. My bank account has been hit again. This time a different named company that sells CBD products called Hair Flow debited $109.97 from our account. I called the phone number on the charge. Same man answered. He refused to give us any money back. He then said he would give us 50% if we returned the product. We never received a second product. I never ordered another product. I want my money returned.

Received another bottle in the mail today, with a charge to my card of 109.97, the first bottle did not work for me
This was unsolicited mailing. I understand that there may have been fine print when I initially requested the FREE mailing. However, did not see it listed. The first bottle did nothing for me, and I certainly am not paying for another bottle of useless oil. I will be returning to them with a letter to immediately credit my account, and cease any further mailings. I do not believe I authorized further mailings nor charges to my credit card.

CannaPro CBD uses deceptive practices and endorsements. I signed up for a trial version CBD ($39.95) and was billed for $217.00.
I was billed exorbitantly by CannaPro CBD located in Odessa, FL. One hour after ordered and realizing that I was scammed, I called back (March 12) for a refund and was told that I had to wait two months (May 13) to apply for a refund. My debit card was charged $237.00 for a trial order which was supposed to be approximately $39.95. I called back today for a refund and was told that they couldn't find my account although they had my account information when I ordered this product. The shipping for the product came from 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy, Suite 500, Las Vegas NV 89169. Order #: PCRM-XXXXXXX. Once I realized that this was a scam, I terminated the debit card that this company used to charge me. See CannaPro CBD debit below in the attached file.

I was misled by ad saying Rea Drumond was endorsing this CBD product. I suffer from arthritis so felt it would help ease my pain. It did nothing for me. In Apr of 2020 I received two unauthorized packages & was charged $109. 97. This company appears to be scamming Seniors & needs to be shut down.
I prefer a refund but since they will not refund, there is nothing but legal action to either clean up their tactics or be shut down.

Called 2times, req refund/cancelled. Product doesn't work. Changed debit card after ordering. On 4-2 109.97 debited from new card. They offered 15-20% refund, asked for Mgr ,promised call back 24-48 hrs. No call back, have called 14 times since. Now there seems to be a problem refunding to my debit card. Unexpected delivery of produce with charge of $109.97 shipped from Florida charge from Utah on statement. Want to return but no apparent how to's.
This problem date is May 3, 2020. I ordered the sample shipment quite sometime ago without realizing they would send a shipment much later but this time for $109.97 instead of the amount I paid. I can't find where to return, cancel, this unwanted shipment. I want to dispute with my credit card but don't know whether its he original purchase date or this current date. I am old senior citizen on social security only and cannot afford this. Please help me to know how to return, cancel, or whatever I need to do. Thank you.

Billing fraud on the order that I have never placed. They imposed onto me the product I can not use at all. I want the $109.97 back to my account.
I received product that Ii did not order and I was billed for it. I received an email on 3/25/2020 at 9:32:37 AM CDT. Titled 'Re: Your Cannapro Order'. And I responded immediately on the same date 3/25/2020 telling then I did not order the product and to stop the shipment, and delete my address from any more ADs for the product. on 5/8/2020 I received the order and was billed for it anyway. It was a scam. And an imposed order against customers' will who mistakenly paid for the try out of $5.99. It's totally illegal and should report this kind of company to the Supreme Court and stop their cheating on the innocent customers.
Stop their malpractice of selling the illegal product to the victims which are the customers also. Do not impose the product to the customers (including me) who didn't place the orders. Therefore, I demand the refund back to my account.

Saw posting about cannapro product. Ordered and received. On May 9th received same product which was NOT REQUESTED OR ORDERED. Packing slip indicates price is $109.97. I will be trying to contact them but this is a fraudulent sale. Credit card was recently cancelled and I will be checking to ensure billing did not or will not ever occur.

This company claims to have sent me a product I did NOT ORDER and I do not have it nor has it been delivered to me. They will not refund my money they took from my bank account without restocking fees. This company is scamming people with trick trials of one thing and send another without your permission, rather by OMISSION. Their phone sales and customer service people will NOT LET YOU SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR and will NOT STOP INSISTING THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT. I recorded two conversations with the customer service call center that they admitted that I don't have their product and that I have to receive it first after they send it, then call them back to cancel it again and pay a restocking fee.
Complete refund of my money, and reporting/sanction of their scam/fraud practices of charging for products not received then charging for restocking fees and or not refunding the money they took from a bank account without permission for products not ordered. They also refuse to allow supervisors to speak to customers from the custom support phone center and further refuse to refund your money when they haven't even supplied you with a product.

Unable to reach this company. Do not answer phone. I do not want this to continue! Payments are taken from account , bank has to get involved, bank resolves, and it starts over again. I receive products in boxes with no invoice and this last on received 5/6/2020 I have not opened. Should I return????This business is on the edge of fraud .... They either need to address customers or shut down.

Basically I purchased the CBD oil for 5.95. I received a notice from my bank that my VISA card a few weeks later was charged 109,97 for the CBD oil.
Purchased the CBD oil for 5.95 sometime in January ? Received the oil and Cannapro cream which I paid $49.00 +/-. Both were charged to my VISA.
Several weeks later on March 14,2020, I received a notice from my bank that my VISA was charged $109.97 for the oil or whatever. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION.
I attempted to resolve the matter with the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. at least three times. Could not understand the reps. asked for US REPRESENTATIVES and only got reps that were worse than the one from the country where my call landed---India????? Was told on one call that I would get a call back in 24--48 hrs.--- never happened. On another call I was told that they could not give me a refund but they would give me a discount 30%----40%????. On another call I was given a REFERENCE***. Not sure what for!!!!

I ordered one bottle of CBD oil. When I placed the order I indicated that I didn't want additional products, but found their Soothing Rub had been added. I attempted to back out of the order form and delete the order, but it went through in spite of my efforts and my Visa card was charged $47.99. I hadn't received yet any products from them when I saw a second charge on my credit card. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. My bank representative contacted Cannapro with me on the phone on January 20. We spoke to Jason. This is when I learned that I had been enrolled to receive the oil monthly. I advised Jason that I did not want to receive the oil monthly and in fact since I hadn't yet received any products that I would like to cancel the order and be refunded. Luckily my bank representative who was very savvy and persistent got Jason to cancel future orders, but he said he couldn't cancel my original order. He said he could discount the price of the rub. At the end of our conversation he gave me a reference number of C96EXXXXXX. Approximately 3 weeks later I received one bottle of CBD oil and one jar of rub. I returned the oil and the rub in the original packaging on February 12. I included a letter recapping my conversation with Jason and stating that I had been credited for $28.79 for the rub, but that I would also like to be credited for the additional $19.20 for the full price of the rub since it had never been my intention to order it. I have had no response from Cannapro nor have I been credited for $19.20. I have learned my lesson ordering from online ads that appear in FaceBook. This company makes false claims offering a trial of their oil at a greatly reduced price and then adds additional products at much higher prices to your order. Additional one is duped into signing up to receive the product monthly without ever realizing the information is contained somewhere in the small print. Their business practices are very shady.
I would like a refund of $19.20 to my Visa Card.
