Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it does not help me at all I feel like infact we moved backwards im not the reason im locked out of my account you are [facebook] as I said before and in my original complaint You locked me out of my account asked me to provide id proof of my identity which I did and have yet to unlock my account this is becoming more amd more frustratingI believe my direct link was something like [redacted] idk I was asked in the last reply to provide it I explained its been so long now im not sure what it is exactly and provided the email and phone number attached to the account which I will provide again because there has to be a way for you to locate my account beyond just the direct link which is why I provided associated email and phone number I feel like this isnt being taken seriously by your team shown by your last reply its like you have no idea what the situation even is if you're telling my to "reset my password and try the fb help" which is also not helpful at allSo ill state Again I just want either my account returned to me or all of my photos and associated account to be released to me I DO NOT need help recovering a password etcYOU (facebook) are the ones keeping me locked out of my account not my lack of password etc.Sincerely, [redacted] Joseph Scharett

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Issue has not been resolvedWaiting on Facebook's explaination of problemI received an email directly from fb after their last message on the Revdex.com with the same standard automated response that I received beforeIt told me I violated policies which included a long vague list of the policiesIt did not specifically tell me what policy I violated or what I did to violate those policiesThe main reason I filed a complaint to begin with was because nobody will provide me with exact informationI have absolutely no clue what I did wrong and I can't still can't get a straight answerI don't know if their block is permanent or temporary or (again) tell me what I did wrong exactly Sincerely, [redacted] ***
