Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To date all Facebook has done is take off the outstanding charges from my account I have completed the request form from the link supplied in the response from the business, and I have still not got satisfactory responses to my problem The FB page was not setup by me, and it is a community group page, we do not have things to sell nor do we buy, its simply a page to share information with like minded crafting people and to keep in touch with our members All the ads they have charged us with from March 24th are just updates to members, we never designed ads of any sort Sincerely, [redacted]
