Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI still feel it was completely unacceptable that it took this amount of time to inform me of the issueI also think it was unacceptable that Facebook charged me any amount for advertisingIf someone violates a policy, they should inform them of that when they take action and if they are charging someone for a service, provide a method of contactFacebook does not deserve a good rating from the Revdex.com as it is not A+ service to leave someone waiting days to know why their ads/page was cancelledI apologize for violating a policyI created a separate account because I followed a video tutorial I found online for creating business pages that recommended doing itPerhaps Facebook should consider providing email/chat customer service to ask questions (if this exists it is not easily found) or creating their own video tutorials for those creating business pages.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I can't log in and find my account username or direct URL, but here is my Account ID: [redacted] This issue needs to be resolved and I need to receive some for of customer credit for what I have had to go through, twice now ($ad credit preferredAlso, I need reassurance that this wont happen againI love the platform when it works, but when I get this many bugs and you disable my account and make it near to impossible to contact support, idk any other way to contact your support teamAnd in reality, no ad campaign purchaser/customer should have to go through this to get account assistanceIt's not fair and it is misleadingFacebook has a top notch company reputation, but that reputation needs to be lived up to and demonstrated, not just talked about I will accept your response once you have resolved these issues with my account and with the system.Sincerely, [redacted]
