Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The latest response to my complaint has nothing to do with my issue; it neither addresses the fact that my account is locked because Facebook is supposedly still verifying my ID I sent over weeks ago, nor does it give me the ability to contact someone from Facebook directly to help Just in case they try to weasel out of a response again, here's my entire complaint reworded and repeated, with all the information they asked for: Hi there Facebook, please release my account as a hostage of your ID verification processI use my account for business and I have not been able to access it for over weeks now because you have locked me outMy account's email address is [redacted] I understand these complaints are posted, so now everyone else can see my account email address, tooSo, thanks for that icing on my cakePlease respond to me with one (or all) of the following: AA way to contact someone from Facebook directly so I can resolve this issue without wasting the Revdex.com's time(Seriously, this is ridiculous) BConfirmation that the verification process on my ID for my complaint is nearing completion CI'll also accept immediate access to my account Sincerely, [redacted]
