Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you FB for your response I had a previous FB account and observed activities that seemed the norm/acceptable (fictitious acctnames; acctswith no birthdays; strangers tried to friend me; folks promoting businesses or activism; etc.) When, this, my first FB acctwas open, I sought out past acquaintances; some did not accept my "friend requests"; but most accepted my "friend requests"; I checked out their pages as they did mine; we connected w/ mutual friend I closed that acctafter the media reported some issue re privacy Re my 2nd FB acct., subject of this Revdex.com complaint, I may or may not have used a different b-day due to privacy/hacking concerns; I absolutely used my real name To that end, I received a text from FB re my FB appeal case [redacted] and, after verifying my ID, FB's findings were as follows: -- Your account must list your authentic name [I DID] and birthday.[I MAY/MAY NOT HAVE] -- Personal accounts must represent individual people only[MINE DID] It's a violation of Facebook policy to use a profile to represent anything other than yourself (ex: celebrities, pets, ideas, objects).[I DID NOT DO THIS] -- Using your account to repeatedly contact strangers for business or dating purposes is not allowed..[I DID NOT DO THIS] Subsequently, FB closed its case [redacted] stating that my acctwould not be activated again for any reason; I could not respond With this 2nd acct., I had one "FB friend"; we were NOT trying to date; he was someone I met a long time ago and thought he was nice; I hoped to be a "FB friend" onlyI also texted my son via FB I don't know what prompted FB to open its case that resulted in my acctbeing closed but I don't agree with FB's findings or with the permanent closure of my acct In closing, I appreciate FB's time and consideration Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response that Facebook gave ~"DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE"_ to even address the issue on hand I report these SCAM Facebook pages or "IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS A SCAM Facebook Page"...And I do REPORT THESE SCAM Facebook Pages to Facebook management and such and give the EXACT LOCATIONS on where these SCAM Facebook Pages are located on Facebook ~~IN FACT I have reported these SCAM Facebook pages to Facebook several times Weeks, later the SCAM Facebook page is STILL on Facebook and still conning, tricking, and scamming desperate Internet users out of their money with double-talk and PROMISES = = = = = = = I did an experiment on something like this which SHOULD FOLLOW in the same category as these SCAM Facebook pages that I so easily find on Facebook and management of Facebook does not want to seem to do, or even investigate or take action on this....Does Facebook want their Facebook customers to be SCAM OUT OF THEIR Hard Earn Money??? What I did id this (this falls in EXACT same line with what I have with Facebook on their TAKE NO ACTION TO SCAM OPERATORS USING Facebook ~~~ I called the local police departments information line on a scenario on what local police would do I asked these local police departments in Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Plano, texas asking this : "If I was going down a neighborhood and I saw a house that clearly has several large signs posted clearly saying, "Free BEER and ALCOHOL For Children ~ "FREE CIGARETTES and CIGARS FOR KIDS" ~FREE PORNO and DIRTH NAKED LADIES Magazines For Children to take home" I ask the local police department that there are young children smoking cigarettes in front of this place and I am seeing kids opening up cans of Budweiser Beer and drinking it in front of this house I asked the police information officer I was talking to if this happened and I reported this to your police department: "How LONG would it be before the local police would do do something about this activity?" ~All the police departments information officers said, "IMMEDIATELY!" ~One department police information officer stold me that he would personally go down with a team if such a place was doing something like this." ~ ~ HOWEVER, when I report the ~~"THIS IS QUITE OBVIOUS A SCAM Facebook page to facebook that is BILKING DESPERATE Internet USERS out of their money with doubletalk and promises." Facebook takes NO ACTION on this or even seems to want to look at this With the recent news over the weekend of a guy using Facebook to post a video of him actually shooting to death an old man on last SundayWhich they removed within a few hours of posting...That is bad enough for Facebook management But, when I keep reporting a QUITE OBVIOUS SCAM on Facebook and give Facebook management the EXACT LOCATION on this which I have done several times Facebook takes NO ACTION ON THIS at all...Sometimes it takes a month or NOT AT ALL Sure, I can report this to facebook at locations given.....But, I have done this several times and STILL NOTHING has been done...That is what I am talking about Sincerely, [redacted] ***
