Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response received did not resolve my issue As stated in my initial complaint, I have used the "Helpful Tips" provided on the Facebook website to help recover access to my Facebook account I do not remember the email address or phone number associated with this Facebook account because it was over 5+ years and I have changed my email and phone number a number of times since then I have tried all the emails and phone numbers I could remember I have also tried to use the option to "use my friends" to help me access my Facebook account, however when they search for me in the list of [redacted] they do not see my profile The only way they can see me is when someone tags me or by going though their own friends list from their page I am requesting an immediate solution to this issue I am willing to answer any security questions from my account other than my email or phone number which I cannot remember I am also willing to send in any document to prove my identity, i.edrivers license Please feel free to call me at any time Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Facebook people keep sending me the same link to the same page to reset my password and I keep telling people there that the reset page does not recognize my email or my phone number (even though they are the same email and same phone number that appear on my Facebook page.) This is negatively affecting my business and Facebook has continue to respond with exactly the same suggestions every time I am left with no choice but to go to my attorney and escalate the issue I am very unhappy with Facebooks almost "robotic" reply to my complaints that I cant reset my password and the links and direction they keep sending me DOES NOT WORK!
