[I have already gone with another company with far better service, and for far less money. I would be satisfied with 3 months worth of monies paid to you, refunded back to me. Your company did nothing for me. I called several times, within the 90 days of which I was told we could cancel and get our monies paid, refunded. I was told this by several associates within your company, not just one. I am asking you to stand behind your word. There is no way of knowing if you did the work behind google, and other searches, or if the new company that is working with us for the past 60 days has, so please don't take the credit, when you failed to stand behind your word with this refund policy!! ]

Hello Business Owner, After reviewing your account I see you signed up with BrandRep, Inc.. January 22nd, 2014, was read a payment disclosure, by our Sales Rep, went through enrollment specifying our terms and signed and agreed to our program.  This program has a 6 month commitment period...

which then becomes month to month which is clearly stated on said e agreement.  Client Agreed to $149 a month, which was then reduced to $99 a month on the 3rd month to help client continue.  We only Billed the Client for 5 months total out of the 6 month agreement and still provided the client with a refund on  the last month charged ( to be exact 5/22/15)  When trying to resolve client, she was unavailable to speak to.  There should not be any refund given for the matter has been resolved.   If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us.  We have sent an email as well. Thank you, [redacted]BrandRep. Hi Revdex.com of San Diago,I've received the message requiring me to "accept the resolution" or "reject". I spoke with the person in charge from BrandRep (the business) and I agreed to accept the refund. Business owner, We are sorry you feel that way.  First of all we never Guaranteed #1 in [redacted] as stated in your last replay.  We guarantee 2 keywords on the First page of [redacted] within 90 days or we will work for free until we accomplish that.  ([redacted]). In fact since you signed up with us we have accomplished 2 keywords on [redacted] Maps and 1 keyword on the [redacted] Search.  Mind you this was accomplished right after 90 days and we did suspend your billing as promised in our guarantee.   If there is any confusion with this, we will be glad to assist in understanding the process.  We don't have a special relationship with [redacted], we provide services for their search as well as [redacted] and [redacted].   We don't provide priority submits,  our sales representative's and Customer service are not aware of such terminology.  We also do not not provide doorway pages to get you ranking, for this would flag your website and we stick with [redacted]'s good practices.  We are [redacted] Partner for we provide [redacted] Ad words service as well.  It is big part of our company and does mean a great deal to us.  We have been trying to reach out to you and we have noticed you have tried to reach us back.  We do hope to connect with you soon so we can come to some resolution with the concerns you have.  Thank you, Operations ManagerBrandRep, Inc

There is no priority submit for [redacted]. In fact, the only way to submit a site to [redacted] directly is through our Add URL page or by submitting a Sitemap and you can do this yourself at no cost whatsoever."Please explain how you can guarantee something that [redacted] says you can't??Everything this company offers as far as seo services goes against what [redacted] says on their support page (provided below). Another example is doorway pages; of which, this company created for my business. They also use [redacted]'s name by saying they are a [redacted] partner, which apparently means nothing.  [redacted]
