Hello Business Owner, After reviewing your account I see you signed up with BrandRep, IncJanuary 22nd, 2014, was read a payment disclosure, by our Sales Rep, went through enrollment specifying our terms and signed and agreed to our program This program has a month commitment period which then becomes month to month which is clearly stated on said e agreement Client Agreed to $a month, which was then reduced to $a month on the 3rd month to help client continue We only Billed the Client for months total out of the month agreement and still provided the client with a refund on the last month charged ( to be exact 5/22/15) When trying to resolve client, she was unavailable to speak to There should not be any refund given for the matter has been resolved If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us We have sent an email as wellThank you, [redacted] BrandRepInc

Beware if this company contacts youThey present themselves as Google,they promise you a list of items that are not doneProduct placement on the first page of searches which they cannot do eitherWe have made several attempts to cancel this within their time frames and they refuse to cancel but like to bill and if your question and want to cancel they yell at youCompletely unprofessional sales people and to make it up to you will offer a website for your business to keep you in contractIt is almost like the movie Boiler RoomI do not recommend them to anyoneBeware

I started with brand rep the beginning of September The representitive assured me that it would only take a few months to get me on the front page It is now July 7th and I am still not on it at all yetThey did stop charging me after months but I want a refund had I known it was going to take so long I would have invested my hard earned money some where else I would never recommend this company it is a waist of money !!!!! And a scam !!!!

The information you posted on [redacted] is incorrect and when I tried to change it myself [redacted] wont let me because you took my ownership of my company on [redacted] When I tried to contact [redacted] to request that you transfer ownership to me because after all it's my business, they told me that brand rep did not want to! This makes no sense, it's my business and you didn't even put the correct info inI demand that you give me the ownership rights on this! The ghost website you also created for me was totally incorrect in the specific service that I provideI was able to change and edit it myself, but I had to wait for brand rep to approve my own changesIt's your job to create the ghost website and it was incorrect informationI reedited it over timesThe only thing you might have done are the directoriesI would never recommend this experience to anyone, it's a waste of time and moneyYes I decline the so called "working for me for free" until you get my keywords upYou wouldn't really be working for freeYou would still have months worth of my pay with out any service done for those monthsThen try your hardest to get my keywords up with in a month so you can charge meI want a full month refund and my ownership rights of my own business relinquished to me from [redacted] Some of the other directories have also said the same thing to meSo it would be nice if you transferred all of them to me, but [redacted] is the most important to me

My review of this company would be a F- I paid them upfront for a year advertising program to put my business on the front pages of GoogleWe went the entire year and my business was never put on the front page of Google and the best I could find anywhere was a 3rd page listing that did not represent what my busuness is all aboutFinally they told me that we will not bill for you for the 2nd year since your advertising was not listedWell we went another year the 2nd year and it ran out and I have NEVER been listed on the front page of Google yetI am very disappointed in this company, I was lied to and deceived in everyway possibleI have saved the email conversations from this company to prove all their liesI just want to say that My recommendation would be to stay away from this company because they will take your money and never deliver the services [redacted] *** Asheville, NC [redacted] - Owner
